okay we got O's tickets in the pre-sale here's the watch how it happens to help people who have maybe haven't done this before so using the Ticket Master app go and choose the event that you want this was the pre-sale but the events will be there and then you get put into a waiting rout so here 8 minutes down to 1 minute this can be l so at at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow on Saturday this will go less than a minute you'll be in the way to you can join as early as you want and then there and then you get put into the Q so here I was in the queue for Cardiff 5,000 ahead of me this is in the prale took about 5 minutes to get through that it'll be a lot more tomorrow maybe and down to one and then you're in so then here you kind of need to be calm uh but make sure take a second to make sure you're choosing the right thing so there's a list of different ticket types you will come straight to this tomorrow and you just need to double triple check that you check getting the right one not accessible standing or some package and then get the put the number in wanted to before find tickets here you will see what tickets they giving you which see for standing and you really don't want to be going back at this point cuz time is precious once happy get the tickets now you come through and here is where you can choose a souvenir ticket so don't miss this one here for seat you can just get one on the standing you can get one per person um and then there's some uh charity stuff then the card payment which I've skipped over there then second next you'll be asked if you want to protect the tickets um if you want them to contact you marketing so you can say you know no pretty much no to all that but this is all just extra stuff and then as you can see very pricey uh um exercise this but then then you wait so here you've had like you get like a two-minute timer to get through this so you need to be calm but make sure you're choosing the right thing now we get uh I had my credit card Bank approval so I had to go to my bank app approve then go back to the Ticket Master app here and then just waiting for it to go through and then you're in so now if I look in my Ticket Master app my events tab I can see it there so and I've also got the confirmation email so you don't tend to wait that with Ticket Master that comes quite quickly so tomorrow my advice is make sure you're logged in on The Ticket Master app like half an hour before 9:00 Half 8 make sure when you click the my events tab it doesn't ask you to sign in so make sure you're signed in make sure you've added your credit card to the my payments in the account settings already if you if you haven't you don't have to do that but it just save you time CU you do get to like two minutes to check out just be calm and make sure you're selecting the Right tickets when you select the number of them 1 2 34 H just to check that you've not selected the wrong ct1 or A500 premium meal cting that you didn't want to just make sure you get the right ticket and double check yourself but don't spend too many seconds because there's people buying behind you so obviously the numbers are going down the longer that you look at it so stay calm where you've got 2 minutes good luck and we'll see you there let me ask me any questions and I'll try and answer before tomorrow morning let's do it now you're not me I'll do it
