I just like to time for this opportunity to embrace the presence of everyone here and I look in this room I see I see perspective I see knowledge I see opportunity I see perseverance I see so many special minds and so many special things in the future and um I just want to personally encourage everyone here to keep going we're all here for a reason um because we're all gifted at something something that we wor so hard for um and we're all unique in our own way we're all our own breed of on and um I just want to encourage everyone to keep going you know I think there's a misconception out there um in the world that with the goals we set and the things that we want to accomplish that there's a point where we'll say We'll arrive right but there is no arrival there's only the journey so enjoy the journey and keep going now any go work that that was from the heart now I'll read the paper any goal worth achievement takes work and our next performer has worked tirelessly to get what she's wanted to be she signed her first record deal at the age of 20 has spent a decade writing music performing touring and perfecting her craft 2023 was a year when it seemed like everything came together professionally and artistically she spent the summer touring performing on some of music's big biggest stages and secretly in the very limited Spare Time wrote the music of an album that has been called her magnum opus here is time 100 next artist Kelsey ballerin
