we've gotten what everybody wanted Democrats Republicans and everybody else and every legal scholar wanted it to be brought back into the states is this at all true I think you can guess no not at all almost every poll done about the overturning of row shows that in the court of public opinion the conservative Supreme Court Justices were going against the will of the people most Americans support at least some kind of abortion protection and most agree overturning row wasn't the right move but okay let's talk about the legal Scholars Trump mentions sure you might be able to find a few anti-choice lawyers who think the right to bodily autonomy is wrong in fact I can think of a few right now but everybody hell no so many legal Scholars have been asked about this and the general consensus is the majority even if they don't necessarily agree with Rose's reasoning felt that row should have been kept in place even the notorious RBG herself wanted row to be written a little differently lawyers like all other human beings have different opinions on things that's literally why they're lawyers it's not a lawyer or legal Scholar's job to be divided on these issues it's their job to uphold the law which is why roow was passed in the first place life liberty and the pursuit of happiness you know so like most things Trump says simple factchecking shows it's plainly untrue
