breaking right now at 10 an amber alert has been issued for a four-year-old boy out of Morrisville thank you for joining us I'm Gerald Owens and I'm Lena Ted we want to show you photos of Brandis Tyrone Smith Jr police believe that he's with his mother Denisha Williams officials say his abduction is connected to a reported assault this afternoon W rl's Carly Haynes joins us live from the apartment complex where this abduction happened Carly you just spoke with someone who saw the abduction we spoke with some of the Neighbors at this apartment complex and they tell us that that suspect came down this staircase this afternoon just around two with that screaming four-year-old child in his arms he then made it out into this parking lot where he went into a car and they drove off we do have a picture of that child who was abducted and next to him is a photo of the child's mom Denisha Williams one of the suspects that police are looking for now police are also looking for her boyfriend jonte pie and a third suspect an unidentified man police say the child's father and his girlfriend were with the child when Williams and perie assaulted the father held him and his girlfriend at gunpoint and then took the child the neighbor was home when she heard the noise I thought a dog would had got a kid and it sound there was adults yelling um and there was moving so and the child is screaming the whole time terrifying that something so terrible had to have happened right a couple feet away from my front door and the boy is Brandis Tyrone Smith Jr he's 36 the suspects are believed to be driving a blue Nissan Maxima with North Carolina tags LCN 3940 police think it's possible they're heading to fville and they're currently facing charges for assault and armed robbery other charges are pending Carly Haynes WL News live in Morrisville we will certainly stay on top of this story Carly thank you
