definitely doesn't uh all right so here's the plan this this kills Steelix then that baits out applon and applon come we switch to hydreon hydreon Draco drops that sucker then we go z strika z strika wants to low kick so we go um dragapult uh dragapult then baits High horsepower so we go to s o wait wait wait wait wait no no no yeah then we go to Coburn we kill that with two bulldozes getting the speed advantage in the process that brings out simir who always wants to go HP ice and then we switch you on HP ice all right and let me make sure that Aran with Flare Blitz or sorry with charcoal kills the corvite does I guess I live or die by my own decisions then huh chat so all goes off the the rails if if uh Steelix decides to do a thing you know all right I will be sitting on my chair and bright powder so we're going to go for rsph which never misses we're meing um this Steelix will never explode turn one it'll either Stealth Rock or 2.5% earthquake critical hit that was not necessary man set up Stealth Rock so now we got Stealth Rock for the rest of the game not the best not the best but we'll make do uh RS just kills us we taken no damage this should go applon because applon does more damage than we do and it's slower uh because it has thick fat so Ice Beam only does like 66% or some sh this could leech seed but I believe it should go that doesn't make any sense to me I don't understand why didn't we rapid spin because it has bright powder and if we miss the rapid spin it explodes and we die why why did it do that all right why did it do that somebody walk me through this so our water spout kills this it's faster and Zing zap does 71 to9 71.9% it doesn't outspeed and out damage the only thing Mega Blastoise does outspeed applon but this says AI Pokemon is slower than the player and Deals more damage than it takes so it should be plus two no I I don't out I don't outdamage applon 67.7% versus 66.4 yeah does the AI see the focus band on Zeb that doesn't make any sense I don't know why it would that to me frankly doesn't make sense the one thing I could see is that does it know that it's faster so it reduces the damage of water spout AI does not see normal Blastoise stats I I know I'm confident on that so the answer is either it sees Focus band or it sees that it does damage but I don't I feel like it's never done this Focus band thing before like have I just never been in that position yeah I don't think it sees it sees bands either like unless am I am I doing something wrong here this sees that it does more damage 67.7 more than 66.4 so this is plus two Ze strika is plus one unless it sees that it's doing less water spout damage or it sees that it has Focus band it's one of those two things I just don't understand which one it is it it it it has to be the dynamic speed actually cuz even if it saw that it didn't die we would still do more damage it has to dynamically factor in water spout damage which is insane okay VA viewer or highlight Channel viewer or anybody if somebody can if somebody can validate that yeah I I would I I'm shocked that it's not in here I think this is fine because we have enough answers here that it doesn't really matter it's going Zing zap and honestly I could just stay in and risk the crit to hit rapid spin now this wouldn't even be a bug this seems like it would be something that makes sense all right well so let's assume it's that this is going Zing zap so I can go fly on but and then I can bulldoze earthquake the issue is that now the Apple ton gives us problems I mean I'd like I'd like to I'd
