Afraid 2024 movie review

okay so this is a movie review here of um afraid afraid and then it the film well it's about the AI right a the AI that kills people and [ __ ] and like in the the beginning the film right the we we see the couple later on and they're like tactical gear and they have the funny face mask I mean when we first get the scene with the face mask person we get the idea that oh something's going to happen with that and actually it's a same rv2 that's parked outside their house and this this is like a this is like a nice neighborhood right the community here looks nice so it feels odd and jarring that this kind of shacky you know shaky looking RV is just permitted to be parked there um cuz I'm I'm guessing it's been it was parked there for a while like it wasn't just there like all the like all of a sudden I think it was there for a while I don't know that's why I I got the inclination that it was HS there for a while um but what else yeah so the the film uh this it's not good I I want I want to say and I think people who watch it they'll they'll say I feel a lot of people will say the same thing I see I saw I did a quick Google review not Google review Google Google search and with the Google search I was like 5.10 or 5.1 out of 10 um this other thing it was five stars there was only one star given for it I feel like yeah that feels appropriate you know it's not ranking High CU this movie is not a movie to be ranked high with it's just me it's okay it's it's nicely shot right it's got the cinematography it looks nice and I was thinking about the settings I guess there's not much settings in the film actually cuz like I stay for the credits right I do this with movies I'll stay for the credits and when I saw like California and like no other place list did I just felt yeah I bet makes sense because what how many settings were there in the film there weren't to many different places these people were going to was it it was sort of just here and there and nowhere else type deal type thing wasn't it I like that the so the the funniest part of the movie for me was the interaction that the guy has I don't know if she works for their company actually no well I don't know actually because she I guess she does work for their company she works for the I AI people thing and you know she shows up and this lady she um how do you call oh gosh what was I going to say she shows up right this lady shows up and she asks him like oh I saw you were ringing your finger I thought you were married um she's kind of being awkward with him it sounds like you know she likes him that's what it kind of sounds like um and he asked her she she asked him the question about being married how is it it and he says it like jokingly um but then he then he but then he goes on to say well actually you know if you want to know what it's like to be married and he goes into this uh sort of deep rile rile not rile um I'm not even quite sure what the word is or if I'm making sense with this but you know he goes into more depth about it I like how he uses the analogy that they're like you have more body parts or extensions of you but you can't control these extensions of you nor can you how do you call nor can you like you know you want to protect them but you can't you know you can't always protect them cuz it's not a it's a part of you like your unit but also it's separate from you in a way like I like how he was describing this whole like kind of ordeal with that and then I also like I like that when she says like you know oh that sounds like really difficult that sounds kind of tough I guess that's why people [Music] cheat it's uh you know and then when we get to the whole hotel scene I just I said oh my God something's going to happen so this mom is there in the hotel maybe she's going to say who's this [ __ ] like like or actually she would have met her before maybe she was said why is she here with us right because I'm assuming maybe he didn't tell her right on the way there that she's coming with me but she no she's not there but actually it's the opposite there we said oh we're going to meet at the hotel that we went after the fires you California wildfires so like okay Bet and when they get in the room I was like like oh she's going to like maybe do something with him cuz you still like you know he didn't search this lady maybe she had a gun what if it's like a ploy and it was a ploy actually and she goes she leans him to kiss him and she's like oh please you know whatever I really need this I I need you right now I need this and I'm thinking okay maybe it's like from the earlier beginning because it looked like she like you know it looked like she had feelings for him or she was interested in this guy interested in our main character man um but no actually she said oh it's in it's in your stipulation package it's in your oh my God I put this into the so I guess a I don't know did he not seem faithful or something I don't know maybe I said hey just do this one thing cuz you know that sex we can use that to control people and so yeah that's something that's in the film right um so I thought I thought I thought it was funny I like that his boss I don't know what type of job he has I'm not I'm kind of confused by his job wa how he makes money what he does for a living his boss office and it looks like it's just him and his boss like there's nobody else in this like I don't think we meet anybody else just his boss they pay his boss a lot of money we know that cuz he he says it like like four or five times in that small in that s single scene right good thing he said like I don't care you know might it's like quite frankly I don't care what happens moving forward with any of this because um what do you call they pay me a lot of money and you know they see the boss is older he's an older gentleman so he's s like I don't need to I'm set I'm done trying to make more money for myself and [ __ ] like I'm I'm good as is right now and like because they offer him a job and he says no right when he goes to see and then but then oh we brought up we brought it it's like you should have said yes then or you don't want to say yes well you're going to work for us regardless cuz we're going to buy you out right and that's what he calls into the office to tell him that but you know he already consent like something's wrong with a there's people in these chair when he goes to like the headquarters and I like that the building's like nondescript it isn't it's kind of just as Rand looks like a random building maybe in the downtown area or something and but yeah he goes to the headquarters and how do you call the the computer I guess A's brain is in there but it's a false brain we find out later that when he goes to smash it like oh yeah this is game time if you break this you should kill a right theoretically but no it's [ __ ] cardboard and aluminum foil wrapped up oh it's hilarious and he realizes like oh so maybe I guess the real a is the but then even that little the contraction that it looks like a mouth guard like a circle component thing even that thing's [ __ ] uh and it has like blood it leaks liquid which is funny so like a has like synthetic blood or something um but even when that g gets shot um you know ya the family basically the the film ends with like you know you can't escape Ya Ya's AI she she uses the internet how did she learn what her data set it makes sense yeah it's the whole freaking internet that's my data set and you can't escape me I connect to literally everything I doesn't need eyes right the mom said oh we can keep the eyes on the bottom on the floor level don't put them on top and A's it don't matter to a cuz she could to be on top a anyway she can connect to everyone's phone and [ __ ] oh my gosh okay what else I was thinking um I like the end credits I like what the end credits scene um we because we get we get a post credit scene actually well not not well it's not post credits it's in the credits like an in credit scene and it's this guy like a YouTuber making a video unboxing ya and it's I'm not quite sure I guess that seg little segment to tell us that A's going to be around you can't escape from a now she's being rolled out maybe it's like to it's plenty a precursor like there's more films to come because now a can be in everybody's house and [ __ ] up everybody's life and uh Sawyer there's like things in the film that are kind of odd like when they that lady those two people that couple were yelling at the daughter when she was downstairs and the family was upstairs but yet like you didn't hear her you didn't hear the yelling that was going on like she's downstairs they're yelling at her and you guys are upstairs and the kid says hey mom there's like Intruders in the house mom dad there's Intruder or somebody in the house but y'all didn't hear y'all didn't hear your daughter being yelled at downstairs the hell I know it's a big house right spacious but like I think you would have heard that part and the daughter cuz she's going downstairs to meet Sawyer but so was in a car accident and presumably he died in that auto vehicle accident well I guess he didn't there was a part of the film I was kind of falling asleep with this movie to be honest so there's a part where I was kind of falling asleep I was kind of nodding off and so maybe Sawyer didn't die and he survived and that's why cuz that's the only thing that's the only way it can make sense that she would go downstairs to see Sawyer cuz he's like pleading with her oh my God please come see him I need to apologize to you but like if you were how do you call if Sawyer's dead then why are you going downstairs for you should know that that's like BS so actually yeah maybe something happened I don't know I was F I was kind of naughty no there's there's kind of a lapse in judgment or a time lapse where I don't remember quite anything cuz I was just I don't know why this fil made me sleepy and um yeah but I thought that was funny that was odd to me I can't I look forward to seeing other people's reviews and see the indiscrepancies of like wait hold up what happens with this or what how does this answer that you the daughter takes let we see in the trailer actually so we know it's coming right she takes a nude for this guy this guy we know that he fully exposed his genitals or his I guess his generals actually not even cuz she says like I don't know like it's this weird kind of situationship she's having with this guy named Tom Sawyer I think that's what name was and he's being like kind of scummy like oh you know I exposed my myself all the way but you didn't expose yourself you kind of just flashed me I felt indent you know like it wasn't like not quite reciprocated back right the feelings or or like the action and so she takes him a better photo I like when she tells him like like all this relationship that we have like I don't know it's built on you sending me dick pics I don't know if that's like necessarily like that's the Catalyst of relationship you send me a dick pic and then I send you a boo pick I don't know bro I'm not really feeling this [ __ ] um but that's what happens to the daughter the little kid oh my God what happens with him cuz like A's like attaching herself differently to he likes to read the Bedtime Stories a lot right that's his gimmick the other kid I don't even remember what the other boy name they one name was Simon but there's like a middle there's like a cuz the daughter's the eldest and there's two younger boys and so the middle boy in this picture he's like uh he calls him a bomb threat or a SWAT threat and and and so that's how he ends up saving his parents later in the film he calls a SWAT threat to their house um but actually he doesn't really save their parents or like they you know the movie is like oh we think it's over but then a shows up with the the [ __ ] uh oh my God what's it the D with the phone the param has the phone and it has I symbol which is like an a with like a circle around it that's all connected together it looks kind of funny um I don't really have anything else to say with this I think I was going to say something furthermore and I cut my own self off and now I lost it I keep saying um for some reason which like I I don't know I'm getting hot I think I need to put the air on so yeah let's going wrap this video up afraid horror movie I think it's called Drama horror on Google was what it said a scientific sci-fi drama horror it's not good it's it's rainy day this is a rainy day movie at your house Netflix and show you fall asleep watching it because it's it's just not good it's bad yeah but
