Live Bridge fire in wrightwood CA. 09.10.24

wait a little bit guess I can't do it like this all right well it is what it is can you guys hear me says you going live I think it's live I hope it is I usually do um Instagram live I'm trying YouTube so everyone on a different platform Twitter Instagram Facebook um can uh I don't want no streams um can uh check it out so current location right now is is Mocking Bird Road and M Road in rightwood we're looking at right now is the other side of the Hill it's been burning the one that I've been documenting so far is on the that would be the north side of Highway 2 this is on the south side and it was um torching a bit so let's see this right here uh I'll get a little closer right now but this area right now is where we can see some Flames it'll pick up there is a possible structure protection going to happen here they are staging down the street and there are several units over here not sure if you can see the Flames there it's right in there so let's get a little [Music] closer some of the flames it's was pushing down we do get a lot of winds right now um for moment it'll pick up and then it dies out [Music] uh yes it's growing this thing is not stopping right now the winds are definitely pushing it um in a bit I'll go to the other side where I was at earlier I did a live there with Instagram and uh there was a a good amount of [Music] action right here for a good bit um you can see the Flames they're uh relatively close but um it's uh it's they've calmed down a bit right now but that's it there is a crew over here toara unit fire crew and it seems like there's more units not on this house here but on the opposite side of it in the backside the address is a 872 Mockingbird you can see it light up yeah I'm not Rel I'm not I'm not familiar with uh many of these streets here I usually carry a second phone that could map it out for me real quick um I couldn't find it so I'm not sure of all these folks that want to like add stuff to it this is fairly new to me as far as a YouTube let's go back a little bit I'm not sure if you guys can hear the Flames or sorry the wind so the streets are mocking Mockingbird Ro and Mill Road if you can map that out on your map you'll know where I'm at there's fire on that side over there that's what I documented earlier now it's on this side of the hill and it's pushing our way towards me zoom out a little bit that's a private road no Outlet 875 that's all it says see from this side it's hard to see the fire that's why I was a bit um out if I were to zoom in maybe you'll see it we'll need a flare up and you'll be able to see where it's at if we don't see anything here I'll get off the live and I'll go to the other side and there's uh tons of stuff going on over there this one from the Road um look fairly aggressive and not saying it's not just as far as the phone it's hard to uh um describe it or show you guys Mountain High I believe mountain high is gone or part of the structure I don't know if anyone's been over there but there was a footage of it earlier it's a little dark so let's uh pull away a little bit and see if we can see it more you can see it right there it's hard it's for moments when it grabs the wind it'll flare up just right over the ridge so I believe it was Highway 2 I think it was burn b r n e right next to it it looked like it was I'm not sure what it was if it was either Jesus stop trying to add me um uh it was either a a church or um a warehouse I wasn't sure but it was definitely uh big and uh I believe they they saved that um structure there's a flare up right there um next to that structure uh I'm not sure if that's the church you would be going west there were several um structures that were destroyed I don't know the exact address of them I didn't look them up um My Maps show me a fairly simple location and I just provided the footage to you guys I'm not sure they're letting people in to get things out there is an evacuation order and majority of the folks did leave this place here looks completely empty it goes the wind yeah fire girl's good she's down the street she was here a little while ago yeah this is rightwood California this is um the bridge fire started Sunday we've been jumping around did the line fire did another fire and banning and uh this one um seemed fairly aggressive it was either this one or the airport and we came here and unfortunately it's fairly aggressive it's windy and uh right before it gets real close to you it starts sucking in all the air and it'll start pushing so yeah see how it gets bright that's the flare outs so I'm just going to back up a little bit so we can uh get a better picture just give me a sec you see there's fire on the other side as well that would be on the north side of Highway 2 so going towards the desert would be cool to see the bear hopefully uh the bear left it's a nice area Okay so there you go we can see a little better now and it's definitely pushing towards whoa there it is so if you're familiar with these cross streets the ones given um you can uh look it up on your maps and face it I'm facing now South and that's the hill that's burning you can hear a little bit of uh the trees uh getting burned up hissing making that crackling sound [Music] I probably should have put the cross streets on the caption make it easier but it's Mocking Bird Road and millroad so there's that look check this out so I'm not sure if it'll focus but that's where I'm at and I'm facing south and that's where the fire is pushing now I'll pivot to my right and what you'll see is a little bit of um flare of where the fire is also burning let's see if we can see anything right now that's the side I was pumping earlier we were over there that's where our structures were destroyed you can barely see stuff right now doesn't mean it's not burning but from uh from the location where I'm at it's not doesn't look like much um I don't know if it's burning towards Upland I I can't see that side I'm in rightwood and it's kind of difficult to full track of all the other locations uh a great app that uh everyone uses is watch Duty and that'll kind of keep you updated because they pretty much do the whole perimeter of the fire this is just one location that you know we can document for now you see it right there WEA is windy I wouldn't say it's hot it's actually fresh I I'm hoping that uh has a factor in this but it's definitely windy not sure um how windy but it's windy yeah there you go you got watch duty all right well you guys go ahead and uh share this live if you guys can I'm going to go to the other side real quick and I'll jump on the live once I'm there once I get in a good spot I want to keep my phone fairly charged in case of uh um an emergency of course I need to have my communications my coms up and uh I'm not sure how many structures are are lost as of now I personally counted seven and there are locations where um it's hard to see because of the smoke but you know it's a structure so um there's going to be a significant amount I want to say it was uh near uh somewhere near Flume Road I believe that's what it was I'm not sure what Sheep Creek is that um like I I said earlier I usually have a a second phone and it'll help me uh map out the area I don't have it with me right now let's see all other give me a second I'm not sure if the elementary school is [Music] gone what's easiest for me is um doing the live letting you know where I'm at the location that I'm facing and what I'm seeing and you guys have access to uh you know maps and stuff like that I I can't jump to my maps while I'm doing the live so I can't I can't see all the locations you guys are uh asking about I wish I could but I don't at least not right now me see if my aack kicks in give me a second just give me a second bear with me [Music] yeah my off-road Maps doesn't load correctly right now so I can't give you a better location for whatever reason it's not
