[Music] hey guys this him and this is russling unlimited So Yesterday word did come out that Nikki Bella Nikki Garcia's husband ardam chkv was arrested for domestic battery we had heard a couple of different things like they called an ambulance around 9:00 a.m. in the morning and then somebody called the ambulance off we also heard some other allegations pop back up from previous people that he had danced with on Strictly Come Dancing in the UK and so it made it sound like arum may have a history with violence and so forth no victim has been named in the case but we have new info on the ambulance being called off and we have a statement from Nikki Bella's Representatives given to TMZ as TMZ writes the following Aram tesk now accused of a felony domestic violence himself called 911 after he allegedly battered someone in his home and minutes later he called back and told 911 never mind TMZ has learned as TMZ reported ardam was arrested Thursday morning in nap California where he lives with his wife Nikki Garcia AKA Nikki Bella sources with knowledge tell TMZ the alleged victim never called 911 it was ardam who apparently panicked over injuries that alleged victim sustained and called in the emergency around 8:30 a.m. as we reported paramedics and fire trucks were dispatched and were in route when 911 dispatch got another call again from ardom telling the dispatcher to call the whole thing off we're told although paramedic and fire department were turned around and went back to the station it's protocol for police to still respond at around 9:30 a.m. R told police arrived and observed injuries on an alleged victim and that triggered an automatic arrest arnam was taken to the police station and booked on felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant we're told Dancing with the Stars had an option to pick up his contract for next season but this week the show chose not to pick up the option and that put him in a bad mood now about 20 minutes or so after this TMZ would come out with an update stating quote Nikki Garcia's reps tell TMZ quote This Is A Private Matter and Nikki asks for privacy for her and her family at this time now this is the latest update that we have gotten on the arrest of Nikki Bella Nikki Garcia's husband AR of chkv that may or might even involve her all they keep saying is alleged Victim Because the victim has asked to be kept Anonymous in all police records so with that if we do hear anything further on this situation and what it could lead to we'll have it for you right here Pro wrest Unlimited [Music]
