I hate to admit it but I was kind of hopping on the NRE Dame bandwagon this season but their playoff chances just went completely down the gutter coming off a big road win against Texas A&M they return home to lose to an unranked team that hasn't been relevant in 10 years and that's a group of five team in Northern Illinois NRE Dame paid this team 1.4 million to lose to them what is going on I don't know what is going on with the nurre Dame offense is Riley Leonard that bad he went 20 for 32 32 pass attempts for only 100 63 yards and two interceptions and even defensively they gave up nearly 400 yards which was surprising give props to Northern Illinois on the win they will be in the conversation to be ranked and they are a group of five team to watch out for and I don't want to completely throw Notre Dame out of the conversation to make the playoffs but it really seems like they have no shot at making the playoffs now you got rewarded with an easy schedule but you lost to one of the easiest teams on that schedule the only way they make the playoffs is if they went out and go 11
