A 55 year old Colorado man caught on video putting his hands around a teenage boy's neck. The video recorded at the Loveland in and out 10 days ago, August 4th, it shows Lucas Kasher grabbing the teen by the neck and throwing him to the ground. Police say just before that teens were horsing around with some water and some of it was splashed on caller's wife. According to witnesses, the teen went to apologize but was then confronted by Kasher. Now he's been charged with felony assault for strangulation and misdemeanor child abuse. Kasher was arrested and placed under a $75,000 bond.
