hi conratulations at Tiff almost exactly a year ago to the day talk to me a little bit about the journey you've been on and what it means to be standing here tonight to win the Emmy for this this particular movie um I mean since you mentioned Tiff uh you know it was such a surreal experience we were all so proud that the movie got in there and was able to screen there um but it was during the strike so none of us were able to go except for Jessica you our incredible director and so we really uh we so sad to miss out on that but that's sort of the story of quiz lady was we've uh gone through a lot of stuff we shot during Co we premiered during the strike uh and we just sort of like kept going we were the original comedy that could uh and it's just been so wonderful to be able to share it with the world and to be able to have nights like tonight uh to celebrate it so thank you so much thank you okay next question in in the front hi I'm Maggie I'm with the television Academy Foundation my question is for Aquafina we work with interns and so I just want to know what would your advice be to your younger self and to a young comic and Entertainer getting started in this industry oh wow interesting um I was a horrible intern just by the way I I did not I I didn't know how to make copies and stuff like that I would say for young artists right now um or young comedians anyone that wants to break in it's really important and this might sound redundant that you really harness your own voice and use the tools around you um the platforms around you right so I I started on YouTube that's a great um like place to start and I think also just like you know if if things aren't if you're going for opportunities that aren't really coming you have to create them for yourself in a way you should go to open mics you should go to um you should make your own content pretty much yeah thank you thanks any other questions yep okay right over there in these last few minutes since you've won the award have you heard from Sandra o and if so what did she say um none of us have our phones on us but we assume that she's very excited I know she was really so sad that she couldn't be here but she's also very happy because she's at Tiff in her beloved Canada um and so thank you Sandra and thank you to the to all of Canada for giving us her uh she's so great and I'm sure she's going to be so excited well I was reading online on some of our comments and people are just she's been on television for over 20 years and this is her first Emy what what that's right wow she's won yeah the firsty win oh oh oh oh yeah no she's been nominated wow so cool that's amazing man we miss thank you guys any other questions okay thanks so much thanks thank so
