yeah really looking forward to it now um not long to go the team's in a really good position so I'm just excited to get out there to be honest and get started I've had a really good year I've just come back for winning Greece I'm my confidence is high I think I'm in the mix to win a medal and I just want to go out there if I can give my best performance I know I'm in the mix and I can make to the best players so I'm not really putting a Target on it but you know I want to be in the in the contention for seeing those medals feeling good fairly short feeling ready and I think the belief can be seen on the table and yeah I can't wait I want to go out there and enjoy it and take each patch as it comes and get their processes right but I believe on my day and I can go and get gold this is the first one for me so three events I'm playing in and yeah I'm really looking forward to going out there and performance I think to be honest just take every match at a time try and play my best table tennis and then and hopefully good results will come I've played with bliss once in a tournament and I'm poor once and we've got gold both times so I'm feeling good I've been feeling confident so hopefully we can gather in um I mean the Commonwealth I was playing uh a few categories above them but like to get back to class six I think it's really really chopped me up and it's really pushed me forward Ready for the World Championships and I think that was evident in the Greek open a couple weeks ago playing Tokyo was amazing uh it's like like I said a different completely different experience for me but something that I'll remember for the rest of my career so yeah it'll probably be a good step for the world championships for sure obviously the teammates so supportive of me and everybody else and the support staff and coaches and stuff like that so we're all one big family already so yeah I think we'll be uh we'll be ready to go at the world for sure we've got a really good team spirit I think you know we always have we're a good group you know we trained with each other for so many years now and got a lot of young players coming through now that are doing really well we've got a few senior players that are still at the top of their game so I think it's just a good place to be it's a good environment to practicing and we know you know every single one of us can go there in their categories and has a chance of being successful and you know like success breeds confidence instrument so you can see I think when you come into a hole you can see that everyone is very confident and just looking forward to the event [Applause]
