Ty you got it. We're good, we're good. We got this. You got it man. Keep in mind, you guys, this is a construction site. So we're giving houses to people that usually never be able to afford a house or have been renting their whole life. It's volunteers, like you guys that come out and help work on a house that makes it so habitat can do this. Me coming into college, before I even made a decision, I wanted to leave wherever I went. Better than I found it. We've been big with community service as a team this offseason, and I think that's great to use our platform and to go out there and help the community around us and impact people's lives in a positive way. To let people know that you're not only good on the football field, but also good at community service, you know, helping others when they need it. Whenever I have an opportunity to give back to the community or help out the community, I take it. Good days work. I feel like we got a lot done. He said about two houses worth of trim, probably. So, it feels like we got something good done today. All right, here we go. In here, tuck them in. Every one of these is important to set the stage for what we want to do later. This is coming in here, going to work. You got two blocks to work today. Will be efficient with it. And we'll get you back out of here. Here we go. Ready? It's all about getting better and being ready to play whenever game one comes. And it starts with the man, Coach Ballou. Inside backers in the middle. Outside backers row one. Elbows high, load the hips. Good. Hips down, toe straight ahead. Coming up squeeze now. Four, five, one more. Aggressive! That’s a good one! Good, good speed. Load your hips, pop! Good, nice job. Last set of lateral raise. Ballou, best in business. Built by Ballou. His voice just makes you want to go harder. Good, nice, elbows up. Up, up, up. Good rack it. With this game now, it's not just about just lifting weights and being stiff like you got to be able to move with the weight that you have. And so he built a great offseason program for us. And he going to put us in a position to be safe on the field, efficient on the field. Whether it's explosive wise, whether it's strength wise, whether it's speed wise, like we have a very strict regiment. For us, we’re all about data and analytics, so we document everything that we do. And so, you know, you got competition boards, whether it's a power cling and you see your power numbers compared to another running backs power numbers. It shows you where you need to approve. And then he tells you how to improve. Good, good. 2.17. Pull! Rip! Could be at the top of the leaderboard here on this pull. Let's go. I need 2.1 or higher. 2.1 or higher. Load those hips. Aggressive! Bump his weight up, it’s too light. The mindset he's developing, the confidence he's creating within our team. There's a lot of belief that our team has in him. It's not just about lifting weights, getting big. It's also about staying lean, staying mobile. And so Ballou and his staff, they do a great job of that. There you go, keep it above 2. Keep it above 2. Nice job. Keep your elbows tight. Push. Good. Rack. Rack. Bring it up. That's how you come in and attack an in season training right there. All it’s about, all of it. It's about separation, creating separation. And then collectively, when you get these 30 days up and we'll go show everybody what the separation looks like. Hell of a job. Break down. Get out of here. Swarm on three, swarm on three. One, two, three. Swarm! Good, hands. Good. Stay low. Stay low as you move. Stay low. Good. Low hands. Low feet. Good. Good. Nice. Push push push. Good. That's it. Nice. If your eyes are buried, all of a sudden, the balls past you before you can actually disengage. Reduce the shoulder here. - Ready? Set. Go! Good, shoulder. Nice. Good. Nice job. Hands go up! Hands go up! Coach Wo, Coach Wommack, he's a great guy. He brings a lot of energy to practice. And he pushes us to reach that Bama standard each and every day. Coach Wo, he's a great coach, great guy. You know he loves the game. When we make a play sometimes it's hard for us to celebrate. Coach Wommack will already be out there on the field. Show up! That's right! That's right! That's right! Hands go up! Hands go up! I love his energy every day. You know he’s a high energy guy. Fourth down, fourth down. Nice job! Fourth down! Nice job! You can tell he just wants the best for you. And he's going to do everything he can to see you there. Nice job. Nice job. He just does a great job of bringing the staff together on his side of the ball. You know, everything he does there trickles down to our players. And you know it's the culture I want to have. Swarm D is really a mentality. It's just a matter of swarming and getting to the football. Drive it, drive it! Way to use your tools, man. Way to use those tools. Good job. Nice job. Breaking on the ball and minimizing the gain of the offense. That's how you create production for yourself. Recognize and attack that mindset. That mindsets got to be what our defense is all about. Hey, good job right there. Drive down hill on it. The make up in the secondary, I would say we are very versatile. Malachi Moore, would be a guy on defense that I would look at as a leader He put in so much time here. He believes in this place. And you know, everyone believes in him as well. Just being around him every day, going to him every day is just inspiration to me. Deontae Lawson, is another player that just jumps out. Under pressure, Down he goes! Deontae Lawson! Just so consistent, so solid each and every day on the football field. Just let the pads do the talking man, let the pads do the talking. To prepare for the season we just need to make sure that we play Alabama football. And while we do have a challenging schedule, we can only play one game at a time. So that's what we're going to do. We're not going to look too far ahead. We're going to worry about dominating each opponent one at a time, week by week. All the hard work that's done in the dark will shine once it comes to game one. This year, we've really came together, especially since the transition. I think everybody who's here wants to be here just about competing, dominating and, you know, playing for the guy beside you. No excuses, like, making no excuse behind how you get it done. Just get the job done. Constantly getting better 1% each and every day. 1-0 mentality. Just striving to get better each and every day because you bring that competitive nature each and every day it’s going to do nothing but allow you to be great. Everyday, taking advantage of the moments we’re in, understanding full well that we have a long ways to go, and there should be moments that are going to test us all season long. We're hungry for greatness, and each day we go out there, that's what's on our mind. The goal for our team is to be better game one this year than we were game one last year. Win every play. Win every quarter. Win every down. Win the day, win the day, win the day. The expectation for this season is a national championship. We know what it's going to take and we're willing to do it.
