September the 12th and it's Thursday show well Sunny was absent today which was a great disappointment um Sunny although she gets on my nerves sometimes like all of them do I mean all of us get get on all of our nerves I mean this is way sometimes I get on my own nerves are any of you like that okay so any who uh she was absent today and so Chelsea Clinton was sitting in for her and Chelsea is a good um fill in I really though Brian I really would like for you guys to diver diversify the pool of individuals you pull from to sit in for the ladies like normally when Sunny's absent Rachel is it Rachel Lindsay yeah Rachel I think that's her name she's an attorney by trade and she was on The Bachelorette so she is an ABC contributor uh just like Chelsea is an ABC contributor um well excuse me I don't know that I don't know if Chelsea is but I know normally the people they pull from are they have some of those contracts with ABC um but I would like to see more diverse uh people like can we have a man one day maybe can we have um someone who um you know like uh Chelsea to my knowledge is not an attorney so I now know that you guys don't have to have an attorney to fill in for sunny I always thought that because the people would fill in would be like remember a couple of seasons ago when Sunny was absent um ebony K Williams who's an attorney she fed filled in for Sunny um so like where's y'all can pull ebony again ebony is great for conversation so and Ebony already has a big name out there um sometimes when you pull from people like Chelsea Clinton or these other people who were like born with a silver or gold spoon in his or her mouth that kind is like we kind of look down on that at least I do it's kind of like I like when Chelsea comes don't get me wrong but you know would Chelsea be anywhere she is in the world had it not been for her parents and no it's not a child's you know no fault that they were born into a um Rich family or a well-known family but I think all of us understand nepotism is a real thing and uh so yeah so I I would like for them to have different types of people to fill in now it's kind of like the same people every season um so that that was something I will tell y'all overall Today's show was pretty boring for me my viewer experience was not that exciting because well Sunny was absent that's one thing Anna wasn't there like why couldn't you just bring Anna I mean she's got to be there tomorrow anyway uh you know for the Friday show so that would have been cool but then too Chelsea was advertising some projects that her and her mom were doing and then one that her and her parents are doing in New York so which is later this month so maybe it was more about that um but yeah um now let me tell you why I was offended okay now here it is all of this all of last season they didn't touch on Shan puffy com story which was the number one story in America for at least a day okay everywhere you looked it was trending because he is the richest man in hip hop um it was the 50th 50th excuse me anniversary of Hip Hop and H two of his mansions in the United States got raid by federal authorities they didn't touch that story not one point but you mean to tell me and then the Kevin Cosner divorce Kevin Cosner is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood okay and he was making really strong allegations against his wife they didn't touch on that they didn't touch on a lot of stories that that were trending and very very popular that other shows were talking about and yet today you bring on these two girls from what was it called the Mormon wives who are sitting there talking about trashy crap like what you can't talk about the JLo divorce but y'all can talk about swinging I mean let me tell y'all something are you prepared you may want to log off you may want to log off you may want to log off CU I'm about to go there you know this kind of stuff right here really really is um I will tell y'all and my view in regards to the world and on my world view is this we have gotten to a place in society not every country is like this and not you know but in our society here in the states where we have normalized very dysfunctional um Behavior we we're even normalizing mental health like transgenderism is a mental health problem in my opinion I agree with science okay so we're normalizing behaviors that are detri m al to people's well-being so you got this girl now the other girl on there she said I have I have not participated in this swinging and the other girl I forgot her name cuz I never even heard of these girls before I never even heard of their show the other girl who was talking more I like when Chelsea cut her off and said to the other girl I'm just going to make up a name Judy we want to hear from you too cuz uh uh Cantina keeps talking and she didn't say it like that but basically that's what it was it was a hard pivot okay from Ana to Judy okay so it's like wait a minute you you're here sitting up here talking about how you and your husband would have sex in groups with people all in front of each other that's what that's what you're making your living off of and I know um like um Sarah pointed out the show is much more than that and the girl said that's just you know the part of the the part of our lives that we put out there because that would get people interested the fact that that is that was the marketing strategy you guys see what I'm saying you don't have to agree with me please understand you don't have to agree with me when you get my age you don't need anybody's agreement but I'm like you mean to tell me that's what you thought would get people's attention the fact that you guys have sex among yourself so then see this kind of debauchery okay this type of dysfunctional Behavior so then when people get sexually transmitted diseases when they when they have herpes and they have HIV and they get chyia when they get gone ARA when your heart is broken into a million pieces so it's not just the physical aspect of these this type of dysfunctional Behavior exchanging of sex partners okay it's the mental health piece of it too when your heart's broken into a million pieces when you then find yourself quote unquote in love with three different people one of which is a woman and then you're going to go over here and then your kids see all this kind of crazy behavior and then y'all are popping pills amongst all this type of crappy Behavior I really couldn't believe that she that I'm like this is what y'all are presenting to you but you can't talk about the benefer divorce you can't talk about the Kevin cson divorce you can't talk about puppy's houses being raided by the um not FBI but Homeland Security we can't talk about a lot of these other pop culture topics that you guys didn't touch on but but we're sitting here promoting maybe this is an ABC show or a Hulu or something that's got to do with Disney but I'm like I don't want to hear this crap cuz that's all it is that's all it is so you know I just couldn't believe it now the other girl who I'm calling Judy she said that she did not participate in this behavior and that she has her and her husband well she didn't say about her husband she said her she had nothing to do with this and that she was very confused herself because obviously now I didn't know about it but evidently there there was some sort of Scandal surrounding these girls and this behavior and um listen religion this is again my worldview religion of any sort of any um type I should say does not exempt people from dysfunctional Behavior I mean you're still you're you still have to work it out you still have to work out your mess no matter what your religious belief is but for me when I see this type of stuff being promoted and the fact that that was the part y'all chose to promote to get people's attention whose attention is that going to get other than people who also have an interest in these types of things it's the same thing I was saying with my other audience about Gypsy Rose Blanchard's husband and then the new boyfriend I was pointing out the fact that listen people can fall in love with people who are in jail but when when people quote unquote fall in love which that's not really what it is when people fall in love with people when they've committed certain crimes that's a sign of a dysfunctional person so you've now fallen in love with your rapist or you've now fallen in love with the person who's been accused of multiple counts of child mestation that's who you're going to marry you have a problem so it's like we're promoting all this stuff and then we look at our society and wonder why we're so confused why children are are so confused why the world is such a mess why we can't get gun violence under control why no one in power really cares about little kids being gunned down see all this stuff is connected y'all it's not a piece over here and a piece over there it's not really a compartmentalized problem it really is a moral issue it's a moral decline that that causes all this outer crap it's no different than the roots of the tree if they're not healthy the lemons or the limes or the the fruit on the they won't be healthy either and so I was just offended like uh and I've been seeing on social media since last year folks begging y'all to talk about the Kevin CER divorce especially because Kevin cner as I said he is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood one of the biggest and and most well-known but we got a whole segment for debauchery and crappy Behavior I I didn't I didn't like that I'm like really really really Brian I know Brian I know you got if it was an ABC show or whatever a Walt Disney production I understand y'all got to do what you got to do it's all about promotion and dollars but at the end of the day I'm like really see people look at this kind of stuff and they think because they all I mean I'm like a head full of weave all this is all this all that's being played out here are grown folks who've been traumatized when they were children it's just like porn that's all that it is we were talking about this the other day every porn star that's ever given an interview when you read their interviews they all say the same thing be they male or female I was sexually molested as a child I was abandoned as a child I was you know mistreated as a child you see all these behaviors are a result of a person who was traumatized and so now you're just acting out you're hurt and you're whatever that's all it is and so I just can't believe it I'm like don't bring this crap back on here Brian don't bring this crap don't approve this crap again okay now tomorrow I like to hear about the JLo divorce since I had to sit of course I didn't have to I'm speaking you know in the general sense I had to sit and watch what was the girl's name whatever their name the girls with a head full of weave I had to sit and listen to their crap now can you talk about the JLo divorce yeah okay the rest of the show I mean I didn't even know I mean I've heard of Katherine Han before but they were talking about her show got the all along like I don't know you know because I don't watch a lot of TV I don't really know a lot of these projects and that's actually a good thing too because I get to learn about things and then sometimes I'll say oh well okay I think I will put it in my calendar to to uh or my phone to remind me because that's what you got to do when you don't watch a lot of TV um you have to put reminders in your phone like tonight I plan to if I can stay up I plan to watch the Oprah Winfrey special about AI because that's a big deal that's a big deal and I've not been keeping up with the latest stuff on it the last I knew about in terms of these Tech Giants and AI they had all signed that letter a lot of y'all remember that y'all remember that last year um Bill Gates and a lot of these uh even I think the inventor of AI didn't he signed a letter too and they were warning the developers to stop while you're ahead because this is dangerous and so I feel like almost it's my duty to educate myself on what's Happening um listen Len y'all the people who are on this race you know space sex and all these people they're on a race to get on to get in in in space you got to know there's something going on I knew there was something going on when uh I talked about this on my other podcast uh two years ago when NASA gave a grant to I forgot the the group's name they wanted to interview religious leaders all of around the world and excuse me excuse me not around the world let me get the facts straight in the US the the most noted religious leaders in the US they wanted to do a study with them on if we were to tell you know citizens in the US that there was life on other planets what would be their response and how should we address that from a religious perspective uh or spiritual perspective I knew then I said okay so basically y'all already know there's life on other planets CU you wouldn't be talking to the preachers I mean preachers are very rarely brought into the conversation on anything having to do with societ okay and you definitely wouldn't be when NASA is going to put money behind it that let me know that's that's like they saying we need to prepare these people so we're going to talk to y'all first because most people not all but most people have some sort of religious belief most people not all believe in some higher power and so they wanted to go ahead and figure out how would we even address this to humanity Humanity excuse me uh without people going crazy you know so the fact that now everybody's trying to rush to space and this one's trying to beat this the guy who owns Virgin Mobile's trying to beat Elon Musk it's something going on and this whole AI thing is playing a part in it so for me I plan to watch this tonight I'm hoping I have the energy after work to stay up and I could record it but I I find that when I try to record other things I wind up just not watching it um that's why I like to watch the view in real time if I can or if I'm traveling listen to the podcast the same day because life gets too busy and it's like uh you know I'm tired I'm going to sleep or whatever so there you have it guys those are my thoughts on the show really wasn't that exciting today but then not every show can be 100 you know what I mean um the the ladies look great Alyssa's dress was really really cute I like that shimmery dress um let's see what else happened not much let me ask y'all something Sarah's hair has been looking so beautiful lately is that a partial wig I know last season she was wearing a partial wig and um I could tell because I wear wigs from time to time and I especially like in between you know hairstyles or whatever and I could see like the the the front of the wig and I was like oh wow how genius um and I know she wears clip-ins because I follow Sarah on Instagram and sometimes she's taking them out when she's doing her Instagram lives but who who I know Derek does the hair but whoever's idea that was it was brilliant because it's so well done it looks beautiful her different hairstyles that they're able to manipulate now that they're putting you know using more um extensions and things like that so I just wanted to see what you guys thought about that I loved her hair to day I thought it was really it was bushy it was pretty it was really really cute on her so guys there you have it that's those are my thoughts on the show today just not a lot really now I will tell y'all I have not been listening or watching the behind the table podcast so far but um I've got a lot of meal prepping to do tomorrow and I plan to use that time to get caught up the great thing about it is that um you know you can actually watch the behind the table podcast on their YouTube channel The View you YouTube channel but I am not big on visuals like that so listening to the podcast is great for me because I can be multitasking like some of you are listening to me now and you're doing other things that's the great thing about a podcast your eyes are not captive right you your hands are free and your eyes are free too so anyway so I plan to C tomorrow but I'm hoping tomorrow's show is a lot more exciting because Anna's going to be there and hopefully Sunny will be back in the house as as well but guys there you have it that's my feel on The View what did you guys think
