Intro so the analytics guys say that Derrick Henry is slowed down so this summer I watched some Derrick Henry film from last year and I can't see it I can't see where he slowed down where he's a different dude so today let's draw Derk Henry the king I'll share some clips and you tell me if you think he slowed down let's do this y'all Derk Henry absolute all that downhill Serge [Music] [Music] so originally I just really wanted to get um a drawing of Derk Henry in his in his throwback Oilers uni uh that Inspiration for the Drawing happened in week four against the Falcons but the inspiration for this drawing actually came from a clip in uh week 13 against Indianapolis where um he just takes it to the sideline and then runs past the entire Indianapolis defense it's like linebacker sit down safety too slow little guy get out of the way here we go with the clean lines let's talk about a little bit about the the declining numbers for Derek last year so I'm going to make some excuses yes I am number one uh the worst offensive line in the NFL last Derrick Henry's Declining Stats? year as per PF rankings um a new quarterback a rookie quarterback who struggled but to me the big one of the biggest differences was the new rookie Taj Spears he was awesome he came in right away and took away the passing Downs third down duties from Derrik Henry not that he does that all the time but he took he took volume away from Derrik Henry here we go with the face mask side not face masks always give me such a hard time but that's okay I think after I work rework this about 5 million times it came out it came out okay there's a little clip from the same game does he still have the juice does he still have it okay back to the volume thing derck Henry is a volume monster he beats the defense up for three quarters and then in the fourth quarter he just keeps on rucking so when he loses a significant amount of volume which he did last year he's definitely his numbers are going to decline and he's going to lose some of those explosive plays those long big plays cuz he needs to beat people up before he hits that big one usually here we go we're working on the color get in The Importance of Volume for Derrick Henry the colors baby so taking all of those things into into account I just don't feel like this guy has slowed down I may be wrong but I believe he is ready to blow up in Baltimore this year and I for one am excited to see it let's go the finished Derek Henry throwback Oilers uni the king I'm very happy with how this came Coloring the Drawing out very happy with how this came out and I appreciate you watching if you watch this whole video you are the bomb I love you if you're interested in Conclusion & Finished Artwork getting this on a t-shirt it's already available link is in the description to my website just balling with j.com this baby is ready to go um thank you guys so much for watching if you enjoyed this please like subscribe hit the ringing Bing Bong Bell uh we got more coming out oh yeah we got a Ravens version too we got a raven version guys um that's not on the website yet but it will be very very soon um I appreciate you guys for listening I will be back soon good luck on all your drafts your fantasy football drafts um I can't wait for this football season to get started let's get it guys I will see you soon peace [Music] n
