the next day the next play the next week are y'all prepared for that see when the season gets late in the season when everybody gets tired and fatigued like training camp is now right you tied fatigue you start to flatten out or go down how many of y'all still feel good and feel like you're elevated that's how you supposed to feel come October November you understand that's what you working for see you got to go out there and get it and you got to have the right people around you you understand I love the fact that this man taking notes never walk in the meeting without a notebook and a pen not a one meeting you ain't going to remember everything I don't care who you are you understand set the meetings and training camp in the back listening taking notes watching my other teammates in there not take notes not pay attention to Dion Sanders talking are y'all kidding me hold up this is my role model he's a Hall of Famer I got a jacket too he's y'all coach and y'all not doing right you not going extra hard he came to Baltimore in 2014 that boosted me boy you talking about staying on your Tipp and toes to look good you know how you been that picture you want to get taller I got taller when he came could nobody tell me nothing he your coach he text me look bro do a zoom call for the team my son's mother will be mad at me I got 11 and a half month yo I'm supposed to be home you my coach know I really want to be here I'mma be off for a second I um got a call on a Tuesday from coach to go coach after school he left before he came here I said I would man but I got a call yesterday from another school fast forward I go to that school I'm there 3 weeks it don't work out I do some recruiting got some 30 plus recruits more recruits that they ever had in the school and I get this one kid I actually get a bunch of kids that committed and came to the school because of me they want to play for me I'm I'm like man okay let's go we got this I'm excited I got my guy ready to do this right they let me go whatever I got kids there fighting for me to be their head coach I'm like man stay prayed up it's going to work I'm praying for him his dad and I communicating constantly I even call Bro man I got this guy got a couple guys still got a linebacker over there bad telling he can play calling other people he can play killing me inside knowing that I left a soldier behind you understand fast forward he keep doing the things he doing his Dad pris I'm trying my best to hold this in the kid is right here he's right here you never know what God going to take in life young man I'm a young man from shb Louisiana right out of the brickyards projects y'all you know where it's at y' got a lot of people here to help you stand up young man a lot of people here they go-to receiver you start with they go to receiver you figure out their offense they got to throw him the ball how many times eight times a game it's safy you hang around him you get one at least at least one I got two that's the easiest thing to do all right next thing to do is to follow your culture script the first day of practice watch it like that all right you going to watch the first day of practice the day before right then the second day you get it you see what I'm saying you watch the second day of practice the same way how the script is first second down or watch it how the game goes first second down is is situation football is situational men football is all situations all right first second down go together for the most part third down is a situation itself why because they have to get the first down you understand so you watch third down by itself you watch Red Zone by itself 2 minute is a situation by itself full minute s watch it all by itself then you watch a whole game you you'll watch the whole game probably first but just depends on your method everybody's different on how they learn everybody don't learn the thing some people like to have you talking to them some people like to see it you understand so you got to apply it as such make it easy for yourself simplify cuz it's football y'all complicate this especially nowadays y'all think too senior on the team was on the roster came the fall for NFL
