Meet BioNTech’s pioneers: Meriem Chenini

hi I'm Mam and I'm working as a manager for the site Development and Construction unit at bch well we all have one big goal in mind we're working towards it it's fighting cancer and who doesn't want to be part of that I think our colleagues are very fun there's just kind of a different atmosphere in this company it's very Dynamic people are very young and they want to achieve something they take responsibility so it's the startup mindset which makes bi Tech unique for me there's just a different atmosphere and dynamic in the day-to-day work so the team has to adapt very quickly at all times to different issues or to difficulties that may arise unexpectedly but this is what makes work so exciting for me you never know what the next day will bring in my position I'm in contact with a lot of different departments just to make sure that we meet their requirements we want to know how they work how they feel what they need to feel good at work and this is what we aim we want to to provide a good working environment for them when open opening the new building for about 600 employees we noticed on the last day before occupation that there was some things which weren't ready yet we needed to do like a lot it was kind of fun because everybody had another task and nobody was too proud to get their hands dirty we were working hand in hand and we were walking through this building and you met a colleague everywhere in every corner you know so that was kind of fun I'm very happy at biontech I couldn't be happier I think the position is just perfect for me yeah it's it's so diverse it's so many different projects I'm able to work on I'm able to build processes to be creative and yeah it couldn't be any better my advice to people who consider applying to biontech just do it [Music]
