Who convinced Biden to debate in June and upend his reelection strategy?

couple of weeks ago making the convention meaningless um you know so their their goal always was just to ride the convention into labor day and then try to Coast to election day to Victory and certainly uh someone within the Democratic party and that no one speaks about this but someone SP you know got you know convinced Joe Biden to to completely go against the strategy that they had set up for a year or more so for 18 months the Democrat strategy has been hey we're going to wait until the weekend before Labor Day have our convention or the week week and a half before Labor Day have our convention and try to Coast you know get as high as we can get that bounce as high as we can out of the convention and Coast to Victory but somehow someone convinced Joe Biden to have a debate in June
