today Kevin and I are going to be trying a 4-pin zis spices we have the pen zis cracked rosemary and I have it right here we have pin these pens ease justice which looks like this we have the Bavarian seasoning which is right here and then lastly we have the French for spice we're gonna be trying all four of these with a pork chop which I just finished making so that's nice and hot I want to thank Michael in Wisconsin for sitting these these sending us these pins e spices and so we'll be right back to try them for ya so I've kind of pork chop I made a whole bunch of pork chops for this for this review we need I've cut up this one so we're gonna I'm gonna talk about each one of them this is the pin T's cracked a rosemary and that's all it is and it says rosemary is a classic seasoning for lamb but equally good for poultry bill and pork it's great also great for soup gravy sausage and mashed potatoes or vegetables I made the pork chops I did use flour but I did normally I had salt and pepper I did not add any seasoning at all so this is just meat and some flour to add some about Christmas to it you know what I use Romans very origins what focaccia bread oh we have a video up of Kevin's focaccia bread it is absolutely fantastic and it makes the whole house smell 1 or more let's get any toys there it's not too strong but it's strong enough for you taste it yeah I love it with the porkchop please go for it was very good I would still want to add some salt yeah I didn't because I didn't know you don't want to affect the point exactly but you can really taste that rosemary and that is delicious but that would be good with bring that in the goal you could do the the oil oil and put rosemary and dip your bread in it oh yeah garlic clove delicious I love that and this was a free sample so this is called pins ease justice and it has shallots garlic onion green peppercorns chives and green onion and of course normally when you cook with these you will use them while you're cooking no but just for this video do want to suffer have to do it this way that's very funny mm-hmm you really get the chops really strong don't you goodness out that's exactly what I'm thinking yeah that that green that kind of green onion because you are left or with a hamburger I think that would reduce people yeah that's predict when you're patting at your hamburger you're good right tell us be good on potatoes or something yeah I don't see it let me go with a lot of stuff because it's just very it has that the green onion kind of flavor I don't see on here what Thanks recommend and maybe that's why I don't with the poor job because I knew that would be safe that's good but yes I think this would be awesome it was you're petting at your hamburger at that I think that would be wonderful but you are honestly it's it's for me it's all green onions yes very oniony okay this one is the bavarian seasoning it is fresh brown mustard rosemary garlic thyme bay leaves and sage and it says excellent for pork veal or lamb sprinkle meat with lemon juice rub on seasoning and then you can roast or grill of course I didn't do it that way because we're doing the video but that one probably too many more of these um well I have a whole point I just haven't cut them up that it's not a strong core I mean I don't go on up no but I love it I like it that it's not overpoweringly one seasoning you do get all the seasonings and I love it I don't taste brown most I know that Brown motion is the first ingredient I forget more flavor than but I must honestly get more rosemary rosemary garlic yeah I didn't get more than that's not super strong yeah I didn't get the the brown mustard out of it but I got the other flavor I was kind of hoping it didn't have a little mustard flour I like that quite a bit it's good I like I like this I think you just have to use these and now which ones you need to have a heavier hand with this one I would do I would sprinkle one yeah I would know now to use more oh so this last one is called French for spice it is white pepper nutmeg ginger and cloves and that nutmeg is gettin em pork on pork use for grilling or braising pork beef and rabbit also good for making poultry stews with wine meat pies and pork sausages add two white sauces cream soups and egg dishes is it strong yes no way around it is strong it cloves mathematic is really really really strong and then a strong climate play around up to though the net magnets what I was worried about I'm just making your tongue is that ginger and dude you say cuz I feel a tingle my yes ginger that is one that out I wouldn't mind using it again but I wouldn't use it in in a lot of pork chop I wouldn't do it I don't think it's not bad it's just very very strong and it honestly you're used to getting those flavors more in something sweet mmm so like if you combined that what happened to that last place oh it's just gone had to get rid of that nutmeg lemon I I think if you if we're used to tasting those flavors in sweet things like pies and things like that so I think if you took that and added some sugar to it and put it it'll sprinkle it over something I think it would be very much a better use for it then meat I just I don't I just like a sweet meat soon I didn't care for a nutmeg and ginger in the mix no it's awful I probably go for bits off flavor I would only come anyway so I yeah well I love I love the rosemary just just for rosemary I just love them right rosemary but the bad news one all the time maybe the job the green onion because that's mainly dreams yeah that pin sees justice yeah because that's what you're hitting is and you're getting mainly green onion and I think this is the most versatile in here I think you can do this with all kinds of things with the exception of the resonator which you you want to Rosemary yeah yeah but this one I think for like pork I think you could use it with hamburger yeah so if if you only had enough money to buy one of them I think this would be the one they didn't want because you could use it on anything you like green onion yeah and that one's called justice yeah you have to like green onion though because it is dizzily that strong flavor in your mouth but I think the first three were really really good and I would just pass on the the French for spice just because it's not one that I I don't want those like right that's not a spice we're used to but something about by car you something that's nice things but I love that I am at certain times a year or certain
