know your surroundings uh if you see the individual Joseph couch uh you can look at my Facebook page the sheriff's department sh uh Facebook page you can look at the city police department's page and you can see a picture of him there do not approach this subject and uh we're asking people too if you think you hear something outside of your home please do not go outside shooting uh our officers could be in that area or First Responders uh call 911 um we do have a lot of calls coming in tonight uh and Dispatch Center is doing a fantastic job of getting to each and every call but we're asking folks please do not go outside your home shooting because we do we might have First Responders in that area it's important to know you are safe we have multiple agencies in this community in the city of London and in
