uh I want you to read through the top five guys that you want to pick up we could talk about after the fact and then I'll mention my guys and bounce back and forth with the information so you're looking at about eight of the top wave Pickers for week two right here yeah yeah exactly here so number one uh consensus Isaiah likely right you mentioned it wasn't the most exciting uh week overall but with the other tight end Carnage Ferguson joku getting injured those kinds of things Isaiah likely is a factor and we'll talk a little bit more about him when we get to that section here I had Bucky Irving at number two interesting what he's doing in Tampa Bay right now again we'll get into the numbers a little bit later uh three was kind of a cheat for me I put Jerry Judy down he's only 46 6% rostered in Yahoo leagues he scored a touchdown even though uh this offense is looking like it might be brutal you know they might have to uh play catchup to account for early game mistakes so Jerry Judy's on here an offense that is cooking is Baker Mayfield's offense I made him number four and I made Wale Robinson uh number five 12 targets another terrible offense but 12 targets you can't uh look away at how about you Joe all right so you had Isaiah likeley Bucky Irving Jerry Judy Baker Mayfield and Wale Robinson among your top five werw pickups for me I agree with you Isaiah leely should be the top guy um I'll Echo what I had said last show and I think is is proven true or proven correct there is no pukan AA there is no KY Williams this year where you immediately grab them week one and you can start in your lab every single week I think Isaiah likely actually is somebody that would play against the Raiders of week two but I'm not assuming Isaiah likeley is going to be a top six tight end moving forward so we'll discuss kind of the budget restrictions that we're GNA have that perspective with Isaiah likeley but he is top both of our list a guy you did not include and I think it's because you're cheating with Jerry Judy I'm looking at somebody that rostering in my 16 leagues I think I put in waivers for seven of them Tyler Johnson who I believe is going to be the beneficiary of pukan deuan and Reserve I know a lot of folks talk about van Jefferson uh I'm sorry Demarcus Robinson think of the former Rams guy uh Demarcus Robinson and maybe that's the right call but Tyler Johnson I've liked a lot since his days back in Minnesota he's been effective for the Buccaneers at times too when he's gotten opportunities and he was really good Sunday night so I think Tyler Johnson actually is one of those if you're in a deeper format we playing that 30 team uh Ro sorry 30 rostered Ro wire Dynasty I like Tyler Johnson a lot uh in most of those formats Bucky Irving is number three for me uh we had talked about him for your number two spot makes sense Kobe Parkinson just to reiterate from last week there's another tight end that we could mention maybe as a a deeper option too from the Packers as we get in the lat with Kobe Parkinson I thought benefited tremendously with Tyler hick out he did exactly what I was anticipating he did four catches 50 yards thereabouts that's gonna be tight end one numbers some weeks and it was pretty close this week so and then uh I agreed with you Wale Robinson number five also threw in Devon V the the 6 fo5 receiver who got 15 targets for five yards uh from the Broncos and that pitiful offense so again top five list includes for both of us Isaiah likeley Bucky Irving I threw him Kobe Parkinson you threw him Jerry Judy uh Baker Mayfield if you're looking for quarterbacks Wale Robinson also in that mix and again Tyler Johnson is one of those guys in deep performance that I'm going out an aggressively I mean I mean Parkinson uh would have been on my list but he was on my list last week I already picked him up right so so yeah we're back here uh yeah cool okay so when we're going over these top five lists we're going to talk about the players in their respective categories and again for everyone that has not been following us for the years with done the show we are trying to Target players under 50% rostered on Yahoo that's why Jerry Judy was mentioned I would imagine in League formats where you can make up pickups during the week so like Friday after Isaiah likely went nuclear on Thursday likely probably isn't an option so I I I will reiterate once more this is not the attractive waiver wire uh run out and get this guy that will be an automatic start for each and every week so just keep in mind as we're going throughout the show position by position that not as many sexy names out there as there has past week on and you'll see you'll see some other you know wer War shows or site mention JK Dobbins right off the bat right uh he doesn't quite fit our threshold around 55% we actually mentioned him last week which was good if if you're listening uh because he he turned out to be really uh doing really well when he was underneath the threshold uh now this week uh of course he's kind of out of the discussion here so yeah 50% is our threshold yeah leagues we'll look at ESPN leagues too sometimes there's some uh differences between the two especially on the defense streaming side and yeah like you said it's there's not a lot of home runs this week I mean likely is our number one pick up both but he's definitely not a dump all your Fab Guy uh type of situation so uh you want to be smart with your Fab wait uh wait for the right opportunities here and also because of the Christian mcaffrey situation on Monday night there were a lot of really high-profile drops so before you even search some of these names I would actually run through your transactions and look to see who other people in your league dropped this week you know see if anybody got uh got really impatient early or cut ties with somebody you know maybe a younger player we weren't expecting to you know to come on to later in the year um somebody actually got in a pinch and dropped Amari Cooper in a 12 team League of mine I know we were joking about this that's not common but uh it can happen and uh you have to yeah absolutely it's worth taking a look at first because there could very well be a name in there that's far better than uh any of the top fives that we just did along the same lines Jordan Mason who was in our show last week uh if he's available I'd be definitely running out and getting him too in fact Eric had asked in the chat and I think it's it's kind of worth reiterating would you trade Jordan Mason to the chrisan McCaffrey manager for a combination of Bucky Irving and pick a receiver this guy says uh Brian Thomas Jr who was probably one of the better rookie receivers last week but I think I think there's a case to be made that you could probably get even more to trade Jordan MC I'm sorry Jordan Mason to the mcaffrey manager than Bucky Irving is that is that fair yeah I mean at this point uh you know we say that Chris mcaffry is probably going to or could miss week two we don't know that for sure said last night uh we know that Shanahan's going to be real dodgy with the injury report I think in the state agent gambling he maybe needs to be investigated for that um especially after Jordan Mason let it slip in the postgame interview that uh that that he knew on Friday he was going to start and then Shanahan and Mason back actually rolled that real back and you could tell Mason was mad about talking to the media in general just why I don't talk to the media that kind of thing so uh anyway interesting but all that aside uh yeah I think you need to take I think you kind of just need to take what you can get uh for Mason at this point because you can only really count on one more week of H you can't even really count on one more week of utility I'm sure mcaffry will be up there among the highest roster or highest snap percentage running backs once he's finally ready to go here obviously the concern is that you know the calf injury was there and then they threw the Achilles thing in there and it certainly wasn't it was never definitive that he was playing so you know it was always a risk so yeah I mean if you could get Irving and Thomas I I sure I I would make that deal you might as well will try to get both of them if you got to throw in DAV on Wicks that's fine he was a non-factor for the Packers and obviously with their quarterback situation things are going to go a little bit downhill for a wide receiver for in that offense uh you know I'm sure we'll we'll touch on that in a bit um but yeah I I'm just taking what you can get for him uh if it's guys like Thomas and Irving that are uh that are guys that uh you you know they're not someone you pick up in start week two comfortably they're just people that you think could uh eventually develop into good fantasy assets good Flex plays given the right match up um yeah sure I'd move on that and take what you can get we're getting a bunch of new uh viewers right now just to reiterate the top five list uh for both of us include Isaiah likely at the top uh Bucky Irving was right around there as well too either two or three I had listed Tyler Johnson among my top three if you are in deeper formats a guy that I think fills in notably for puku is on injured reserve for the Rams you would listed Jerry Judy for the very shallow uh six team leagues that are out there I'm kidding 46% roster on yet 46 yeah it's fine Baker Mayfield probably is the top leader at quarterback if you are streamming quarterback and then juandale Robinson Devon V for the Broncos those are sort of the the C the the the last throwin among the waveware pickups for both of us out there as well so let's get to the quarterback position you mentioned Baker Mayfield against the Lions this week the over under Fett Rams Lions game I think was at one of the highs like 51 and a half and I wonder if that would have hit if pukaa had stayed healthy all year sorry all year all game of course got injured right away the pass rush Aiden Hutchinson was insane the entire offensive line for the Rams got injured there's a lot of things that went wrong but for as rebuilt and of discussed as that secondary was for the Lions they got picked apart a little bit is that more of Matthew Stafford or you think Baker Mayfield who went nuclear last week could do it again I think a lot of that's Cooper Cup right I mean Cooper cup had 21 Targets in that game right so we know um he's obviously he's getting fed the ball and he's just too skilled to uh to not to not give him that type of volume especially moving forward here and you know if we talk about you know a talented receiver being able to beat a defense guess what the Bucs have plenty of those uh you you got your veteran future Hall of Famer Mike Evans you know Chris Godwin uh looks like looks like slot Godwin is going to be back in for a uh for a monster monster year if we want to overreact to week one McMillan was getting open plenty of times here um this offense has weapons and you know I had talked about it all the way back to our over under Best Bets show I was talking about the Bucks you know being over and being high on this offense and so far it's looking pretty good um let's see here uh yeah so Baker Mayfield is only 35% rostered in uh in in Yahoo leagues as of right now as of right now I'm looking at this uh so he's he's pretty widely available I think if you lost Jordan love for the foreseeable future you go ahead and grab Baker Mayfield right now um he'll be fine this week uh Denver week three Philly week four at Atlanta week five so I mean I don't know Philly's maybe the best defense you see in there but uh you know it's not like it's a Murderers Row of matchups here and I think this offense can and will continue to to cook so uh Baker Mayfield he made my top five and he is the best uh you know non- two quarterback League streamer this week I would say would you play Baker over Tua against the bills on Thursday uh yes if I had that option I think I would okay and then Herbert against the Panthers or Baker uh definitely Herbert okay I'm just like looking through the list you're playing Jaden Daniels every everywhere uh Aaron Rogers against the Titans or Baker I don't know Aaron Rogers didn't look super good last night I think I'm playing Baker I mean that that's kind of like a very very easy yeah I think that's I think that was kind of determined ahead of time based on roster percentages pre- draft rankings Baker was pretty much ahead of Aaron Rogers I think in most places right I mean it's close either way here's I think one of the more interesting ones do you play uh Joe burrow I know you have 55 shares of Joe burrow where you play Baker May freaking Joe burrow I told you Jake I warned you I was looking out for you I love you we've done the show a million years now I was looking out for you saying do not go after Joe burrow and you were all all invested you I don't want to you know I have much Joe burrow I'm not going to overreact to week one I think Joe burrow hasn't he I I saw some tweet or some stats they have been bad in week one for like the last bunch of weeks in a row and I don't know what it is and hopefully they get T Higgins back and uh can get back to cooking a little bit so I'm not so worried about that yet but I think uh from what I saw week one I think I could I could easily see uh playing Baker instead I was gonna say you don't you don't have to be wrong about Joe Joe burrow just say I will play Baker Mayfield this week over Joe I think that one's a totally fine assessment I into defense mode there for a second cuz roster wise you if you could pull it off I think that's absolutely the right call so Baker is among the top quarterbacks I think if you missing Jordan love or if you have a Joe burrow um I I have like the Brock py Kurt Cousins combo I think I'd pick up uh Baker Mayfield to start in that scenario too if you cousins look bad yeah yeah he did not look good and per was against pretty good defense but he's fine you know what was that uh almost every quarterback threw under 200 yards or at least most of them did it averaged about 200 yards all quarterbacks it seemed like really missing the preseason game so we'll have to see as that progresses but Baker Mayfield I think absolutely Warren's discussion was again a top five pickup for us it was really Josh Allen and Baker Mayfield as your 30 point scorers this week and that was that was it J Danel got close and Lamar got close with the rushing but passing wise really nobody did it very good this this week uh and then if you are in a 2qb league we have the Malik Willis Sean Clifford conundrum y I was telling uh the office here that I was feeling great even though the Packers were going to lose that Eagles game up until the third last play of the game and then I dreaded all my Saturday and even a little bit of Sunday until we officially got word that Jordan love will it seems like at least one week if not more exactly I would say three weeks because I I wouldn't mess around with it who's not the second highest paid quarter quarterback in the Le yes Dak got that uh so yeah he get he gets that uh that pressure off him so to speak but yeah I was I thought it I didn't say it out loud to jinx it but I was like man you know they're going to lose whatever they flew to Brazil I'm just glad they're not going to leave this game with any major injuries of course yeah right at the very end it was it was going through my head I don't know something about uh even just thinking it jinx it well it's cuz they were playing in an ice skating rink I mean that that was one of the worst conditions of fields I've seen a long time so they're playing on a field designed for 120 PB people to Scamper around on not 300 PB athletes making deep deep cuts on but uh anyway uh we had to aggress on that uh I I doubt that uh I doubt that the Packers will ever you know voluntarily uh make that kind of a trip again and you know hopefully have some pulled to Lobby against that anyway uh we go to the situation where it's Malik Willis or Sean Clifford for the Packers here Sean Clifford played the entire preseason and then obviously Green Bay brass did not like what they saw and traded to bring in Malik Willis here so Malik Willis for all intents and purposes should get the start um you know allegedly maybe a little bit of a dual threat quarterback we haven't seen a ton of Malik Willis yet um you know I don't really know what to expect from him he's got the Colts this week they're at home you know should be good weather um he's got weapons in that offense the Run game did get established after a while against the Eagles I mean can probably be they'll probably have to be more onedimensional now um given that uh I think laflor can draw something up and they can maybe find The End Zone a couple of times you know maybe uh maybe a little bit like early early Jordan love last year before things clicked but uh yeah that's the best case scenario is a two quarterback League there's no there's no redraft thing where I have any interest in Malik Willis Malik Willis uh has been on the roster now for 20 days that that since the trade happened 20 days likely not enough time to learn the full Playbook that was one of the criticisms enter the draft is that he wasn't like that quick with that stuff so I'd be very surprised if he somehow did I would assume the Playbook will be shortened I assume it'll be a lot of handoffs to Josh Jacobs and Emanuel Wilson maybe if Marshon Lloyd is healthy I don't think it's gonna be oh Malik Willis who is a very good athlete let's just do more read options I don't think that's gonna be the adjustment I think it's going to be let's just played safe let's try to win this game 17 to 10 um as opposed to maybe 30 to 24 if Anthony Richards crazy so I agree I'm not overreacting to trying to jump out and get Malik Willis even if you are saying's going to start let's just say three weeks I don't I don't think that's a fair assessment for him from a fantasy perspective the other one and you don't have this list I want to just it's worth mentioning Jake Sure jamus Winston in a 2qb league uh we had news that seemed pretty I mean I don't want to discuss more of the news itself from wants another legal matter pops up obviously played horrendous against the Cowboys uh the the the tinf foil hat me person is interested in how that story ended up coming up directly after a bad performance but either way you have a high paid backup in jamus Winston who's produced at the NFL level uh flacko produced at the NFL level last year are are you like let's to say Scott fish p and you have an extra roster spot you know how much the quarterbacks matter in that one you're you're picking up like Tyson bent multiple weeks in that format last year do you do you get jamus Winston a little bit early sure yeah I mean I I guess why not I I mean DeShaun Watson looks so so bad uh but I mean if we're going to play uh this game here uh and talk about a high play high paid quarterback uh that could maybe eventually see himself bench like would why don't you go get Drew lock right from the Giants I mean Daniel Jones look just as like so bad so bad um you know you could say the same about Kur cousins so uh I'm not I'm not quite sure I'm wasting a roster spot on that speculation yet but if week two happens and he doesn't look any better uh then I'm going to go for it and of course the other one I noted down here was uh Justin fields we didn't get to talk about it last week if you're in a two quarterback League he was snatched up immediately um in two quarterback leagues might even been drafted if it's a deeper two quarterback League I'm sure he was in the dynasty but he is preparing to make another start week two he was kind of uh obviously it was an interesting situation Russell Wilson wins the job injures his calf ends up being the emergency quarterback very very Russell Wilson things um but yeah so Fields ended up playing didn't do anything of note kind of game managed his way uh to a victory that they kicked six field goals in and um and that was that so so yeah Fields Willis and then if you want to go real deep for two quarterback leagues I guess yeah jamus Winston Drew lock and uh who the heck is kir cousins backup why Michael penck but I think in most of those formats it's Dynasty League anyway or something like that PX was rostered so I I Winston is the far more interesting fantasy option over Drew lock but in the same instance the one more likely to be replaced is Daniel Jones because Drew lock and we we saw that on HBO Shane the GM for the Giants had mentioned that Dan Jones wasn't all that good of a quarterback and then they had to like add episodes in to pretend like they actually liked Daniel Jones and ignored the Drake May trade up for the Patriots and stuff like that so I I I think the high upside scenario is jamus Winston I think it's very intriguing if you have roster spots to do so to pick him up with the speculative idea that maybe you could get him against the Jaguars this week if Deshawn Watson does not look good in that matchup or looks as equally bad as he did week one I think Winston's GNA be out there sooner rather than later I actually do feel pretty confident um making that sort of call I mean normally it would be such an unpopular move because of how much he's been but actually in this case it would be a popular move because everybody yeah everybody knows the Shawn Watson's history here so yeah yeah there there might be out with that I wish there was more attractive things to say about the running back position but at least for week one waivers it it's it's kind of a little bit uh Meek I think is the right word but let's sponsors bluewire all right we're back and talking running back pickups and last week who mentioned Rico Dole we we were all in on Jordan Mason even beforehand julum M Laughlin deont Foreman you could safely cut deont Foreman I think it's clear the Browns offense is not very good and aren't goingon to be utilizing foran all that much Dobbins was also in that conversation last week he is at 50% rostered so we're gonna exclude him from this list 50% as of Monday afternoon he's up to about 56% now again that's first come first serve leagues because of the waiver yeah uh you know so first come first serve he's long gone he was picked up like in the middle of his game right but uh but um but other leagues so I mean it's worth checking if you're in a 10 Team league JK J Dobbins could be an impactful player yeah the person that made both of our top five lists was Bucky Irving the rookie running back for the Buccaneers uh at least crucially for us here at rare Bucky Irving clear was the backup running back behind Rashad white we had sha Tucker right around that Mark Tucker only got like four or five snaps overall so Bucky Irving either clear clear starter or clear backup to the stter Rashad white yeah so if you were drafting Bucky Irving or or even picking him up now again you're not picking him up as a uh I'm going to start him week two confidently right uh that's that's just uh not the reality of the situation you're hoping for you know it's like an advanced handcuff to a situation where like he could he'll probably get five or six points a week working behind what obviously if anything else happens but uh you know he could uh he could thrust into a bigger role here uh but the thing is is like you definitely weren't expecting him to be used this much early and that's a great sign as a rookie um now if you compare the snaps Rashad white got about two-thirds of the snaps Bucky Irving only got a third um if you compare the routes run Rashad white was far more dominant as a pass catcher you know ran 19 routes he was targeted six times caught six for 75 uh Irving did haul in two passes here um but but as far as far as just the rushing aspect Irving did outplay white I mean he had 62 yards on nine carries White had uh needed 15 carries to get to 31 so Rashad White's the starter he's the pass catcher but there definitely is a role in fantasy for Bucky Irving and uh you know if you can't it's probably too late to get Jordan Mason at this point everybody that uh you know didn't scoop him up prior to the Monday night game or after Monday's news you know he's not out there so I think uh so yeah Bucky Irving's probably the top running back option in a week that's pretty shallow for that along the same lines Justice Hill and I had talked about on the Thursday YouTube uh show that we do that Justice Hill had gotten one carry for three yards but played something like what 45 snaps whatever it is either Todd monin is the dumbest offensive corar of all time and I don't think he is or they are going to have to balance the splits more because you can't give a tell to defenses at the NFL level like that that every single time Justice Hills on the field he will be the pass catching guy and I understand they have Derrick Henry uh John harau had made the comment earlier this week saying they didn't sign Derrick Henry to be a 30 plus carry guy fine but I don't think you wanted to have Justice Hill tip off defenses to the extent they were now maybe it game script for Thursday but in pass catching leagues or PPR leagues Justice Hill has some value I think yeah and I think I think some of that was just how the defense played it uh that that hill was the open option on the flat I mean I think they double covered Mark Andrews on like 90% of the play the routes that he ran they were clearly paying attention to Mark Andrews which of course could uh you know could lend something to the I say likely conversation here but Hill's pretty much a pure PPR guy he was on the field for 51.4% in snaps which is significant he ran 19 routs and he's targeted eight times caught six of them for 52 yards so uh um that's important I don't think they're going to play from behind against the Raiders in week two um so you could see that uh conceivably go down a little bit but again uh if we're talking these five to 10o guys because of their uh because of their you know circumstances here uh heill definitely gets in the conversation and uh for example uh like stake League where I have I have Pico but I have um Nick chub I'm waiting on and then I've got Corum Trey Benson Tyler alir I have to start an rb2 at one point or another here I would feel more comfortable picking up justice Hill and starting him taking my five six points than you know hoping for three points out of out of those other guys so that's something there all right so let me give you another name then uh knowing that Malik Willis has only been on the team for 20 days knowing we expect Josh Jacobs get a ton of workload and there's no clear uh listing for marshan Lloyd as of yet in your scenario or in others is Emanuel Wilson worth a pickup and possible really really spot start for week two yeah it would be a really really spot start and uh I I would go I would go Hill over him you know if given the option okay um I might I know James Conor kind of I I think I I think I'm just going to trot out Tyler eler again before uh you know messing around and taking uh Wilson because I feel like alir has you know a little more handcuff value I guess if you want to say that I I don't know it's a tough call but uh you know I I'm not quite there yet okay I might go with Emanuel Wilson now Stak leag is Half Point PPR so there's the difference and if in the unlikely event the Ravens are struggling or the Raiders rushing attack is actually able to move the ball and therefore they're able to slow the pace down and Justice Hill has to be out there more often fine but I think uel Wilson is is kind of due for like another 40 yard unless to say seven or eight carries and that's four points in Stak League it's not great but I don't know if Trey Benson or Blake corm or even Tyler eler get that so it's something to consider and again deep performance Manu Wilson is out there otherwise it's pretty bleak at running back I threw in tank bsby oh yes yeah let's mention him real quick he's only 5% rostered he actually split car's dead even with Travis etn and also Travis etn did get the touchdown and etn would have had a second touchdown but he fumbled out of the end zone for a Touchback so uh it could looked like a much better day for etn unfortunately you know I guess he's still not out of that you fumble you get benched for a while uh situation so you know that could have been part of it uh Bigsby was actually more effective on a per carry basis um only 34% of the snaps and uh I don't know next week they're at Cleveland um the Dallas running backs look fine against Cleveland um so so I guess there's a matchups there but Bigsby Falls right into this hill Irving even Emanuel Wilson if you if you will C category as somebody that is got an unexpected time share and uh I'm just the carry volume is significant even if he's only on the field for a third of the snaps bsby was awful last season and he was widely tied as a clear backup to etn and he was so bad that they could not play him out there it is telling that after that etn fumble bsby got more playing time I think that's that's a real trust it wasn't all after I mean bsby got a Boost after the fumble but he was still getting rotated in before the fumble so I I I I'm just I'm I'm reaffirming what you're saying like he is in that scenario I mentioned Emanuel Wilson or Justice Hill Bigsby is the one i' take over any of those guys right now obviously Bucky Irving is my Preferred Choice he can do everything Rashad white does and if Rashad white gets hurt I don't I don't think they really I think rightfully we might have slipped this one by alen Lazard might be near the top of the waiv uh wave wire list for receivers it's near and dear to our Packer heart but I I thought there was some Chemistry Between Rogers and alen Lazard which was really great to see despite a dismal performance overall from the Jets offense yeah I mean nine targets is no joke nine targets and touchdowns is is is serious um I'm ready to let somebody else use a higher priority on it but um and maybe overreact a little bit because you know we it's been years since we've seen I mean we haven't seen Lazard do anything positive since the last time there was a healthy Rogers essentially and uh even even with the Packers there were a lot of games as a uh you know he's a great blocker you know he's a great player he's a great real life player just not as good of a fantasy player um I'd be pretty surprised if this caught up and especially now that it's it's on film so teams have to actually account for him a little bit it can't just be Garrett Wilson though that's where I think and and Mike Williams obviously there too they had said they were gonna work him back in maybe that's maybe that's part of it that Mike Williams getting health targ I didn't even do we have the snaps for that yet I don't know if we have uh yeah I don't know either I was we don't quite have snaps for it yet totally um so yeah I think as Mike Williams goes into yeah that that definitely uh takes from Lazard Charlene I had said Charles no Charlene was right I think Alan Lazard in deeper leagues like I'm considering him the two touchdowns probably doesn't happen again but let's just say again like you're you're in stake league but you need the reverse instead of the the second running back you need the wide receiver three four and a half six points whatever like I think Lazard does that most weeks and it's not great but maybe get the high upside one every once in a while like we had Monday uh you had Jerry Judy among your top five waveware pickups and again this is 50% and under rostered so you were able to sneak that one just by make sense hey I'm glad I do this once in a while cu last week I snuck in JK Dobbins at 45% and maybe I helped one or two people I just wanted to throw it throw it out there you know look for Jerry Judy especially you know again not someone even at 45% or whatever even after scoring the touchdown uh he was targeted eight times which I guess is uh which is encouraging only caught three of them I'm not I didn't get to watch that whole game I'm not sure how many of those were actually catchable but he's definitely a factor in that offense and if they do make a quarterback change they can really only go up from there um maybe he keeps going down the road is Cleveland the place that he finally realized his full potential and stay healthy who the heck knows but uh I like Jerry Judy um better than a lot of these other guys that we're going to talk about if it comes down to it that's fair we also both had Wale Robinson on our top five wer list led the Giants with 12 targets it's Giants versus commanders week to I'm not sure if you think game script wise that helps Daniel Jones hurts Daniel Jones I'm not positive anything really helps him but uh where he at with wandale among the other receivers among this list I mean if you took a flyer on Jaylen hayatt he's droppable um malag Neighbors played 100% of the snaps so that's serious I think neighbors will eventually have some bigger games here but uh they do need another pass catcher and they are going to find themselves behind in games a lot and 12 targets is 12 targets basically is you automatically make the list you know the show list here and uh that that's serious enough for me for sure uh the difference between full point PPR and Half Point PPR I think matters significantly here but Alec Pierce caught that one beautiful pass from Anthony Richardson gets the touchdown uh was was really insane just from a deep ball perspective I had wondered if ad Mitchell was going to be use the Deep threat of course Josh DS wasn't playing week one when Josh DS comes back is AD Mitchell them pushed out there the Colts actually have four pretty good receivers it's just how they're going to use them and if Anthony Richardson can use them but Alec Pierce he's GNA be on the top of the search lists because he scored the most fantasy points for a lot of people but is he the top of your list um let's make one thing clear for anybody that did not watch the Colts game Anthony Richardson did not look good I think he was something like nine for 19 I don't have it in front of me um he did not look good and he was not accurate but his final line his final fantasy point line masks that because of the rushing and the fact that he had these two bombs they were just Hees one of them was the I think Jerry put this in his article there was like the third longest air yard pass since they started doing nextg stats so he's got a cannon and that that works for him but you know that could easily you know that stat line could easily look a whole lot worse if uh some of those balls aren't falling so I'd actually you know not to Sidetrack but be trying to move Anthony Richardson for what I can after what I saw uh week one here and hopefully somebody just looks at the number and not the actual game footage of what happened there um so that's a possibility but I guess yeah Alec Pierce a low priority ad I suppose um you know it depends on your format Josh DS will eventually come back who knows how that factors into Pierce all we know with Pierce is that he is ahead of Adon Mitchell on the packing order for snaps routes targets all all of those things in the chat somebody ask what's your thoughts on Michael Pitman you had mentioned anthy Richardson as well too would you you've always been high in Pitman are you trying to move Pitman as much as you're trying to move Richardson in that I love I love this question after week one right like a guy has one bad game it's time to move him right um You you this is the time to sell him at his low you're trying to move him at his lowest value like what would you be happy to get for Pitman um I'm like like I mean what are you trying to what are you trying to get out of that deal um so it's tough I mean I think Pitman just based on volume Malone will eventually overcome but uh he's going to have some pretty bad targeting efficiency this year if he's not getting balls you know thrown that are catchable we missed this one and I want to Circle back obviously we're talking receivers right now but real quick Devon hen and Raheem oer are both uh not listed as practice participants on Monday's uh estimated practice report again they play Thursday against the bills knowing that would you pick up jayen Wright who is a healthy scratch there is Jeff Wilson I'm sure that's widely available like but how do you sort through that backfield aan and moster did do a whole lot rushing wise but hm was obviously insane as a receiver well this specific question puts it between Jaylen Wright and uh and uh Jordan Mason and he notes that his opponent has mcaffrey um Jordan Mason for sure that's I just move past that I was gonna say yeah Jordan Mason's the number one target for Daniel caps here thanks for tuning in thanks for asking a question here um so then we're going to move to the Miami backfield yeah those are interesting but um I I mean if if Mason starts and if Wright starts Mason has the way better game and I don't I don't know I get I guess if you're the a chain owner I could see making a claim for white if you don't get if you don't get Mason especially in that situation but uh I I I'm not super excited about it Jeff Wilson's ahead of him on the depth chart Jeff Wilson was getting meaningful carries there so that back Field's really kind of a mess outside of aain being good and uh maybe moster you know touchdown regression for sure for what it's worth I actually think Jaylen Wright is a really really good running back in the NFL level that he didn't play week one doesn't make me all that worried and in fact I kind of like the prospect if mostard and hm were not playing but this is the issue with doing the show Tuesdays we don't really know most certain n chain weren't playing Jeff Wilson gets like 15 carries just because of how that is I think I think Jaylen Wright actually is just gonna have a Breakout game but so like and we saw this all throughout week one the NFL coaches are so risk averse they don't want to have the possible bad scenario curve for their rookie when there's a lot of upside that's possible it's it's super frustrating that's just the way things are with the lack of preseason games I really think if Jaylen Wright is out there and those two guys are not or even even if one of them is not Jaylen Wright becomes the second best back in that backfield it just matters what do you think he gets utilized for I think he gets utilized more than Jeff Wilson so I guess we'll agree to disagree we won't really know on that one until uh come Thursday but Jaylen Wright I think is certainly one that we had at least mention when we were skipping over the running back spot so continuing with the receivers on my top five list in deeper formats again I'm playing in 16 leagues this year seven of which I've put in a waveware bid for Tyler Johnson I understand Demarcus Robinson's probably going to be the attractive name for a lot of folks it was Tyler Johnson that was the factor once pukan was out with that injury Monday night sorry Sunday night against the Lions and I think Tyler Johnson's been a provenly capable receiver and also a really good run blocker which is what what is valuable for Shawn McVey so I like Tyler Johnson a lot five catches for 78 yards uh in that loss to the Lions he was among my top five W for the list yeah absolutely I agree with you I mean he got two-thirds of the snaps um the other night I think he you know the Rams I think uh ran a good amount of just uh three wide receiver sets only one tight ends uh this is just kind of a plug for Jerry's article he does the uh Personnel um every time so the Rams ran 11 personnel 100% of plays they didn't have any two tight end sets early game planned in here so that was um and that was even with puka nakua getting hurt so these receivers are going to see the field a lot um both Demarcus Robinson and Tyler Johnson uh were each targeted seven times Johnson was the more effective one five for 79 after watching what happened here in week one uh teams are going to double triple cover Cooper cup because they know the ball's going to him no matter what it might not matter but there will be somebody open and I think Johnson has an absolute uh absolutely great chance of uh being that guy Greg dorch was kind of in the Wale Robinson spot of things where he got a bunch of targets McBride had nine didn't have a really good fantasy day Marvin Harrison of course was missed on that wide open TouchDown Michael Wilson did score a touchdown for Kyler Murray in that bills loss I think it I mean we had heard Rumblings about GRE dor I think he had made our show mentioned last week too I didn't go out and get him anywhere I didn't play him if I would have but now at least in deeper formats like let's just say the NFC for example we probably should be looking at for our teams dorch might be the guy this year where we decide uh okay is is this player above or below the Greg dorch line because he'll be floating around there in waivers and somebody will pick him up for a week and then they'll drop him and and that'll be like our threshold right because uh clearly it looks like the target volume's there I mean listen Marvin Harrison Michael Wilson both had a much higher snap share but they both ended the game with just one catch a piece and dorch had eight targets so uh that definitely seems to be uh a worthwhile uh pick up there again for that Fringe line you know we mentioned again in deeper formats Devon V that seventh round rookie for the Broncos was a lot of preseason hype I think Shawn pyton is a dunce and he is kind of in that John guden Raiders second contract era where he can just do whatever he wants does not matter uh even if the offense looks poorly Shawn Payton's so insulated so I think this Devon V who got what eight catches for 35 yards that's just going to happen more I think B Knicks throwing behind or at the line of scrimmage will happen all the time as well too and this experiment will look awful uh at the end of the season but right now fantasy wise in fullo PPR Devon V is someone worth monitoring yeah yeah sure I'll give you that uh and then otherwise Quinton Johnson you have done on the list I watched because I I hate myself I watched that entire Chargers Raiders game Quinton Johnson nearly led the team in receiving yards it was lab Maki with his very last ception that pushed them over let's not overreact it was two schemed First Look plays to Quinton Johnson and a 16 yard Crosser that the defense is playing third and 18 on I'm not overreacting to this and right in the middle of that fight that was uh that broke out towards the end there too yeah and I kind of wonder if Palmer Josh Palmer who was like one of the instigators for at least was involved in it could get suspended I'm not saying he will but there was just enough that I thought uh I'm not going to include my note that I wrot I'll never understand punching someone with helmet on I know I I wanted to hit someone a million times in the game but like I'll just punch him in the ribs like what's the point of punching a helmet I I thought that same thing when when uh when that was happening I thought of you specifically saying that too I it's so funny yeah I agree with you I do not understand the process for it uh let's move over tight end because we have a lot of questions Jake that I want to get to at the end we had talked about Kobe Parkinson he was still on my top five werw pickup this this week as well no off Fant notably I am dropping Parkinson for Noah I'm sorry I'm dropping Noah Fant for Parkinson and I'm also dropping Fant for our boy Tucker craft who clearly is the team starter at tight end for the Packers yeah it would I I say he out snapped Luke Musgrave he drastically out snapped Luke Musgrave I mean craf was on the field for 94.8% in snaps Musgrave only 25.9% he ran 28 routes compared to Musgraves eight and Musgrave barely played outside of the two tight end Personnel so Tucker craft is tight end one in Green Bay you know maybe we got a lower expectations with Malik Willis for a while um but uh you know if you're looking to fill that tight end void he's got as good a chance as any to come away you know with some Red Zone looks or maybe the defense slips up once in a while they certainly the defense certainly slipped up and left Luke Musgrave wide open a bunch of times last year you know you get lucky with one of those maybe Tucker craft doesn't fall down that would be that would be different yeah yeah exactly so uh yeah he's one to look for um yeah right there Isaiah leley was an obvious candidate and probably not worth mentioning much more than we already have throughout the show real quick I thought this was an astute call by You Luke scoon maker if and when Jacob Ferguson has announced that he will not play week two does have that high draft Capital that maybe he matters for the Cowboys this week yeah yeah interesting maybe they just go away from uh tight end usage for the for the Cowboys as well but Schoonmaker is next up on the depth chart if uh Jake Ferguson misses time with that knee injury um looks like Ferguson has an MCL sprain SL bone bruise he hasn't officially been ruled out for week two or allegedly I don't know how that's possible I don't know um but yeah Shenanigans there it's the injury Shenanigans it feels like and I do want I do want to Quick touch on likely one more time just because 28% rostered um he is going to be the number one pickup overall here but just you know a couple words of caution if you're looking for someone to tell you that um well so granted the statline 9 for2 111 yards a touchdown could have had a second touchdown if he was wearing white cleats um so that'll be you know a topic of discussion here um he was he was just heavily targeted the Ravens ran tons of 12 two tight end sets and um and they also decided they were and the CH Chiefs decided they were going to double cover Mark Andrews on pretty much every single play so if you need someone to talk you off the ledge there yeah I think likely finishes a top 10 tight end but just barely that's fair give me the 15w answer on streaming defenses because we have a lot of questions I want to save time for um obviously Bryce L uh young looked terrible last week so the number one choice is actually your chargers at Carolina on the road uh just just because Bryce young just didn't look like he had a clue or gotten any better um this one is 53% Yahoo but only 15% ESPN uh the Houston Texans are home against Caleb Williams and the Bears uh make no mistake Caleb Williams did not look great in his debut either I don't think they had an offensive touchdown um but so uh so you got that to look forward to here Texans and then last week's pick uh makes another repeat here the Seahawks 43% at New England basically keep him if you picked him up last week no real need to make a move here I mean brassette is like the slowest best running quarterback ever I don't know how to describe what said right I think yeah yeah L okay that's where that's where my brain picked that up from yeah yeah Gerard Mayo yeah picked that anyway um but just because they managed to outplay a historically bad week one Bengals team that was all out of sorts uh doesn't mean that I think the Patriots are going to be any good this year obviously they're over under win total jumps up to like four and a half now but uh not so much there so uh yeah next one who I went through with this here sorry filling the radio here would you trade Bree hall for Aman St Brown and Tony Pard this is actually a really really close one that's a fair deal I wouldn't blame you for taking other side of that um personally it would depend on the rest of uh my running back room and but who is the best player in the deal is it Bree hall or manra think BR Hall not even close they were drafted right next to each other I mean yeah Bree Hall had a better week one I guess and am manra has more uh competition so I guess yeah best player in the deal Bree Hall this one I was really befuddled with should I trade Jaylen Wadd for Rashi rice um no yeah this is oh no see I was I was thinking I would go rice at this point I'm taking you know Kelsey will eventually get more I guess we don't know that maybe Kelsey gets more involved and Hollywood Brown's coming back so I don't think rice will see this as as someone who has Ry rice like in our in in one of our Dynasty leagues I'm happy about it but I don't think that volume will quite be the same on a week to we basis here two more questions so this one has a lot of words Jake I I'll shorten it down for you would you drop Antonio Gibson or Rico Dole for Bucky Irving or Alexander Madison I think Antonio Gibson gets dropped right proba yeah for for Bucky I think specifically right yeah it's yeah either Bucky oh so is he dropping Gibson and dle for Bucky and Madison correct I think you would say like these four running backs basically rank them yeah Antonio Gibson Rico Dole Bucky and Madison yeah um so Gibson's last in that case then uh I don't know D Bucky Madison Gibson yeah Madison is in a half Point PPR format so I do think it's D and Bucky in some order for those first last question here and we were talking about quarterback streamers before Baker Mayfield major top five list would you play him over Matthew Stafford against the Cardinals with an over under of 49 and a half one of the highest in the week two slate oh I think i' probably play Stafford but again that's one that could go either way yeah I think I'm playing Stafford too but obviously no puka AA you you theoretically can't force feed every targeted Cooper cup although they tried week one it's interesting I'm going to play Stafford just going to feel a bit safer about that match those divisional games I feel like typically generate a lot of points so uh Stafford over Baker that one's really close don't blame anyone going either direction on that so again all those questions in the chat save them
