part of Player Development which is one that's really forgotten and with the emotional comes the the journey the struggle have not met a successful person in any and I get to do a lot of really cool stuff with some of the best in in Not Just Hockey but all Sport and business they not met somebody who's you know knocked it out of the park that didn't have struggle but parents inherently trying to protect their kids from the struggle and and so again that conversation right up front is is really really critical without the struggle they're they're going to it's going to hit some point and and hopefully it's not a really good player and now all sudden in college or at International level or whatever High School the struggle hits and they can't deal with it because they never had to do it do it for
