Touring homes in Houston Texas under renovation after Hurricane Beryl ‼️

all right y'all so we're touring this home in my new neighborhood um out here in Houston Texas I love this house it's a midcentury modern it kind of reminds me of back home Stone Mountain Georgia we have a lot of those I love detached garages too because I feel like it's a whole another house it's a little stuffy in here so I'm going to step out I can't breathe but yeah it feels like a whole another house but check out this pool though check out this pool this is perfect like the backyard isn't big but the way they have it laid out is perfect it's perfect especially for someone who's 30 something without no kids I me I can see myself out here just chilling every night so where my apartment is I actually have a pool right in front of it so this will be like you know what I mean it's a sign this is a sign so we going to go in I love seeing things in studs I love seeing the ruins I love seeing the mess cuz you know it's not going to remain this way you know a transformation is is taking place kind of like us you know what I mean like we go through our things we be messed up but we have the power to become new you feel me I ain mean to get that deep on you I don't know what they doing with this ground I've never seen this in a remodel for real but I'm sure it happens but yeah so I like to guess what's what obviously this is a back door this is the laundry area this is the laundry area I can see the studs that leads to you know outside towards the garage boom this is the kitchen this is where the sink and stuff is going to go I see the plumbing this looks like it could be a dining room because I don't see um any space for a closet so that got to be a dining room this probably just all open to the the backyard the great room or whatever maybe this is a dining room I don't know I don't know but I don't see a closet over there so that's why I assume that but let's go this forer is amazing it's a big old foyer big old open space I love these windows the Skylight Windows that's dope it's nice touch it makes it feels like it's bigger than what it is I actually wouldn't mind a mid-century modern for myself honestly I just like high ceilings I got to have that but yeah picture you just sitting in your living room Co in that pool outside lit up you know mean got the purple or Neon Lights whatever's your flavor you feel me but anyways let's go down this Hall see nice long hallway put some artwork down there you feel me here go bed bedroom the bedroom's a nice size this one's decent I would probably use this as an office or a studio um bathroom you can tell you can tell look like another bedroom right here so I ain't going to lie this might have to be the guest bedroom in the house because it overlooks the pool you want your guest to feel like you know I mean they having a vacation so they can go back and tell whomever about your house cuz you know people talk you want people to go back and say good things about your you feel what I'm saying this is the master bedroom I'm assuming and I'm assuming this is let's see do we see some Plumbing in here I think this is wired for plumbing so yeah this must be the bathroom this makes sense cuz it's the biggest space and and this got to be like a walk-in closet yeah cuz there's no studs in here so this is the walk-in closet if you can see it all let me step back for you so the master bedroom don't really have a view like that but it's in a private corner of the house so it's kind of like removed away from everything else which is cool you know yeah that's right I would like to see the pool from my bedroom though I ain't going to lie they probably should have put the bathroom up here when you first come in and maybe I don't know I don't know it's fine though I like it as it is I ain't going to lie to you let's see what this is yeah so this is just a big walk-in bathroom this probably where the sink and stuff is going to go tub and toilet back there and then in here like I said I would make this the a office and this would be a room for whoever lives with me if someone even live with me you feel me but this is dope y'all this is dope this is a nice little layout I'mma show y'all the front again in just a moment I'm might have to go through the the side cuz I can't lock that door back but y'all see The Vibes y'all see The Vibes y'all see The Vibes this is nice y'all all right let's get out of here all right so y'all this is the front of the house the front of the house definitely has curb appeal I would want to buy this house just the way the front looks cuz you can tell it has plenty of potential to be a beautiful home on the inside to entertain and grow in this would be a house I would live in for like 3 to 5 years while I'm working on my Mansion you feel what I'm saying this will be it for me I love it the mature trees I love that in Texas I love the block the block is nice like and look at the house next door yep welcome to Texas
