are paying attention to you know the Grand hallay and like the progression um he hit this speed boost or or he figured out his rhythm right at Outdoor World Championships last year in 2023 buest and then from there just at this think this was just an upward Trend to just running fast you know indoor season 727 a world championship title there and then obviously this outdoor season 1299 I think this outdoor season I've ran I want to say close to maybe might go out on limb and say about 14 15 races and I think six or seven of them have all been sub 13 performances so it's just one of the things now where it's just like it's starting to become a norm I'm starting to figure out what the race feels like um obviously after postseason it's like it's kind of just like all right just get in and get out but um during the season you know especially at USA trials to be able to run 129 three consecutive times over the course of uh five days I think kind of just shows you the shape I was in and um I think the shape that I'm still in now you know right now just kind of just muscle memory and just going back into it so definitely happy this year was definitely one for the record books and um you know like I said it all it all got capped off Olympic gold medal I mean so
