Strokes yesterday Tuesday September 3rd 2024 Dave Rodney his former manager told the Jamaica Observer that the Entertainer's family confirm his hospitalization Rodney however could not confirm the extent of his illness J know guys this is really really sad everybody know Lieutenant City he was one of the top DJs in Jamaica one of the top artists one of the most lyrical artist in the dance hall he is now a gospel singer so this is indeed a sad story The Scoop news that Lieutenant stitching was devastated by a severe brain hemorrhage made its rounds on social media on early Tuesday and that his family had set up a go fund me account to raise money for his medical care Rodney who managed stitching career from 1988 to 1995 said that he last spoke to the 58y old several weeks ago and that he was upbeat about new projects our conversation was about music and he was eager to work on a new album Rodney disclosed he said he was aware of stitchy having medical issues this year during a show in Canada a former athlete and school teacher Lieutenant stit real name Clive langing cut his Musical theat on the competitive sound system circuit in Spanish Town his hometown during the early 1980s along with other aspiring artists such as Papasan Wickman and major worries in 1986 he got his mainstream breakthrough with the hilarious where size followed by nauy dread and guys me tell them two
