what has made this so special with working on this show and all the joy you're bringing to audiences oh thank you um well the it's a it's a brilliant powerful play and it really lands on people and and captivates their I hope hearts and Minds um for me it's been meaningful to work with Sam and Amy who are you know who I've known for 25 years and so it's it's been a homecoming on so many levels uh to work with Sam again I did a play with him at Lincoln Center I don't know 15 years ago and a play of Amy 10 years ago and um so to get to come back and work with them and for this to happen this is just unbelievable and because of your success on TV and film introducing an audience to Live Theater which we all had when we were growing up what that means to all the people who are finally seeing a show for the very first time cuz you're in it well I will say if that's the bait and switch for for for me to do something to get people to come to the theater I can't tell you the number of young people who came from all over the world to see this play and it was the first play they'd ever seen and that that's that's the reward that's been amazing for me
