hi guys welcome to a day in my life today's an easy day I get to do a solo lift which is really exciting for me post surgery I've been working really hard in the kitchen and in the gym and Optimum nutritions gold standard way makes this really easy because I have a protein goal of about 162 grams of protein a day I thought I was getting enough protein and I definitely wasn't especially since I'm so lean it's really important for me to try to maintain my muscle mass and even gain muscle mass throughout this process anyone who's torn their ACL knows it's a really big deal to get done one crutch so I'm really excited to be able to walk a little bit more on my own and to navigate my way throughout a weit room I finally feel like I'm starting to have a little bit more autonomy over my life and so once I finished my workout I did a little pistol Squatch show off my healthy knee and I made sure to get in my 24 gram of protein and a little bit of carbs right when I was finished working out my favorite piece of advice was journaling especially through the recovery process so after workouts I make sure to sit down and journal and take a moment for myself being a little bit more mobile now I had the chance to run some errands on my own which was also a big deal for me and I came home to some flowers which I loved and finished the night with my favorite ready to drink gold standard protein shake
