oh oh wow that rain is that rain is really picking up I might have to jump in the car or put on a rain coat or something like that when it rains at pores maybe a cliche but it proved to be fact in Southwestern Ontario on Monday July 15th at 9:00 a.m. a storm rolled into London Ontario and in less than 2 hours More Than A month's worth of rain had fallen on parts of the city streets unable to drain quickly began to fill up with water trapping some drivers in their cars sewer covers blew off in the Storm from the pressure the city closed several portions of roads that were underwater including Oxford Street West as well as the Adelaide Street underpass at least two department stores in Hyde Park in the city's Northwest had to shut their doors early due to roof leakages London wasn't the only city dealing with heavy rain and floods Burlington residents were also trying to cope with dangerous roads and flooded basements and no floods in Toronto Monday but the city has only had 9 18 dry days since the beginning of June making 60% of the summer so far rainy [Music] [Music]
