each team each team is different uh and and certainly a program changes as as you develop it overall so here we are in year five and now every one of the players in this program has been recruited by us and coached by us in their entirety other than the junior college coaches that they've been working with that mindset of what our vision is what our philosophy is needs to permeate through our team and i think that does on the practice field right now and hopefully that carries over into the season i think in in 2009 i was much more hands-on in the process i think it was necessary because i was teaching coaches as well as teaching players what it was that i wanted i think i'm less involved on the practice field these days probably a little bit more involved in the meeting room and making sure they understand and then having them go out and carry it out um observation in my opinion is such a very important skill of my title and right now i'm trying to answer what i'm observing as we go through camp and changing uh this training schedule uh uh to accommodate this football team i i don't know if i was a sharp doing that year one i don't know that i wasn't uh but right now i'm very aware of that and change it on a daily basis because of it
