[Applause] not massive news but an important topic I think so I just thought I'd do a very quick video just to give you the information and just let you know what I think about it because Gideon cadua has gone on loan for the rest of the season to Wick and wandas it's a good move we'll get to that in just a second but I do think there's a bit of a clear out going on at West Ham at the moment I think the clear out is twofold Conor Coventry being sold that's absolutely the right thing so clear out is twofold it's to allow the under 21s to progress because a lot of these guys not even under 21s they're 17 18 19 and it's to give a pathway for to allow them to come through I do think this is what's happening at the club I just don't think we're going to maybe see the benefits of it until next season and Beyond I think the other thing that's happening is we're clearing out Squad players to bring players in I'm quite certain we have got a sign in or two to make in this January transfer window and I don't mean kids coming in I mean you know proper first team players who David Moyes is going to want to utilize and going to want to use uh let's just get to Cur though because having been to watch the team play in the uh was it the Bristol Street Motors trophy was the E efl trophy anyway I went I watched watched them against Wickham the other night myself and Gio did a breakdown of it I did a video on this channel myself and Gio did a little player rating thing over on our Patron and when we were both discussing them I said I thought Gideon cadua was the play are most ready to step up and play regular first team football and I also if you remember I did a video on here and I mentioned there were four players I felt should go out on loan now and he was one of them the four players just in case you didn't know were uh were Ole Skyles were Lewis Orford were Gideon kadura of course and I thought it was it was K Marshall those were the four so he's got his loan I think this is a really really good move for him he was good that night they were very physical team it was a very attritional game and I thought he was the one player that looked like not not that he could put up with it but maybe give it back there were a lot of players who I thought could could handle it and could handle the physical nature of the game but I I thought he looked as strong as as some of them some of their players he scored a goal he scored a really really good goal sort of set up tapped to him by a danester probably done danester a a disservice Taps pass danester passed him the ball and he he rifled it home really firmly very very accurately I the keeper um got something on it but it was so powerful it went into the back of the net was an impressive was an impressive shot and uh he looks ready I got to say not ready for the Premier League this is what I said I don't think these these guys are ready this season but he looks ready to go down and play some first team football either a championship or League one as I mentioned I think the interesting thing is we already have Freddy pots there don't we at the moment so that's um that's that's very good there so he's got somebody there who knows who's already in the team at Wickam who's playing regularly and it's a great Club it's it's an excellent football club Wickam wandas it really is it's extremely well run we know that the the players are going to be well taken care of there and and I think he'll get game time he'll get looked after look we've had some pretty crappy loan deals in terms of players going out in ter over the last few years and they don't really get their chance I don't expect this to happen at Wickham I think he'll get his chance I think he'll play and I suspect he will impress at level this is a really really good thing I want to see more of this from our Academy really good really good move for kadua really good move for the club and really good move for Wickham everybody benefits they get a great Winger we get some someone get some experience you proves himself and then maybe comes back and gets a championship loan or something like that next time maybe comes back to the club and eventually o over time he comes and features for West Ham if not what we're doing here is we're increasing his value and for him it's it's a win-win he gets a chance to really push and prove himself as a professional player and sort of carve out what is the start of a f fledgling career worth pointing out he was a captain for our under 18 team last season he lifted he lifted the fa youth cup so there's a lot to like about this guy I really do don't get me wrong I think the under the under 21 team and will be worse because of it we may well find and I mentioned this the other day that if we loan these players out we don't end up winning Premier League too I think that's okay I think it's fine we we've had our Glory with the fa youth cup I think it's all about getting them experience and now there's a number of these players who are too good for Premier League 2 so let's get them out there let's see what they can do in the professional game well done Gideon well done Wick and Wanderers and that's it I said I'll keep it short all [Music] done a
