More than an Athlete: Curtis McGrath

I'm Curtis McGrath and I'm a berer ambassador from Australia in the sport of power canoe I'm a bit of a film buff I love movies um particularly the Lord of the Rings is quite a favorite of mine um and in my spare time I really enjoy going to the the cinema and watching old films as well loyal generous and the third one I reckon would be energetic do not be afraid to fail I think it's really important that people fail in order to learn and grow and build themselves from that in order to improve I really wanted to be a fighter pilot a Jet Pilot um really L the movie Top Gun um and really saw myself hopefully going joining the Air Force and becoming a fighter pilot but I was not very good at maths so it didn't work out for me playing a bit of PlayStation another little guilty habit um and probably watching some TV shows with a bit of chocolate my favorite music would probably be old school like '90s hip-hop so not any song in particular but um yeah just sort of original hip-hop uh I think my first one would be S David edenburgh um the second one would probably be Julius Caesar and then third one I think CH [Music] S I would be most proud of my ability to adapt to change it's not necessarily something that everyone's comfortable with and I am not myself but in order to grow we have to go and face change and change for me happened very suddenly but at the same time um I've been able to deal with most of the punches that are thrown my way and and get through it so I think that's probably the thing I'm proud of [Music]
