Y Story - Fritz

last year my husband fell ill unexpectedly with a serious ill illness which meant that he hasn't been able to work which of course had an impact on our income as a family my name is frit and this is my wife story it happened overnight where my whole life changed it was a beautiful Monday and I was having so much fun with my family and to wake up the next morning um do not understand what's going on because I could not get up that eventually diagnosed with gamber syndrome it took me 9 days hospitalized and another 3 weeks U doing acute rehab to even get out on wheelchair 7 to 8 months I started work using Walker to get around I was told there's so many activity that I can do swimming and then do hydrotherapy would be a good thing for me and so the only place that I could find actually has all that and that would not um leaving Financial strain on me was actually the YMCA all the tools that I needed for my recovery was right here and and and more because I was able to actually get my family into here and then I can see where my kids can be able to take advantage of this I found that span was actually was exactly what I needed so till today I'm still doing span at least twice a week and here I am today and not have to use a walker to get around I can walk around on un assisted thanks to the wife it's it's totally like our extended family and it's the it's I think one of the only places where I'm happy for the kids to run around and I I I don't have my eyes on them because everybody knows them and it just feels really safe um and like home the annual campaign is so amazing and here's why if it wasn't for the the the support of that donation I probably wouldn't be able to have my family here when I look around around the why like you can tell everybody has a different story and and that makes it a big difference and every penny spent and to this donation is a great Penny spent because it helps someone's family out there
