Preview of the US Open 2024 Quarter-final between Daniil Medvedev and Jannik Sinner !

hello guys from Faro town today I'm going to give you a preview of the quarterfinal uh match at the US Open between Daniel medv and yanic sitter uh the two players will face uh for the 30th time in their head to head uh the head to-head is slightly in favor of uh Daniel Med who is seven and five against sitter so it's quite a very special rivalry very weird at the beginning because at the beginning Daniel VI was leading six love then uh C won the next following five matches and their last uh meeting was a victory for Daniel Med in five sets at wiblin I think for this match um I can give a slight Edge to to Yanik C who is playing some incredible um some incredible tennis he played so well uh last night against Tommy P beating him in straight sets two tie breaks and 6-1 in the third the American couldn't keep up with yanic C in the third uh set I mean Yanik is becoming an uh really a veteran in the tibre is's becoming really good winning 13 of his 14 uh tie breaks which is um which is insane uh in my opinion uh yanx cter can truly win can truly win this title uh it has been really a weird US Open due to the fact that Kos sakuras was out very early on in the second round against bage V s jovic losing in the third round against Alex poin which is which was stunning we couldn't um believe it we thought that jovic kind of regained his confidence with the Olympic goal but it was not the case same it can be said for alarz we all thought that Kos alarz was going to maybe get his third major this season now Yanik CER has a chance to go all the way with two of his biggest Rivals out I think really the two players that can um give a hard time to anex are of course his next opponent Danel Med and also Alexander is ver can cause some trouble to to yanic S Alexander ver who's playing tonight against the American Taylor Fritz I hope is going to be really a great match between uh these two um it really has been a special US Open um this is the first time also is important to note that this is the first time since 20 and two that not a player named jovic or feder or adal will win this the a grand slam I mean um jovic unfortunately uh this season will have zero slams it can happen I think that it's the first time since 2017 and something like that happens to jovic but um on my part uh due to the fact thatal I'm rooting for yanic sers to go all the way and claim his second major of the Season his second MJ major in his career I think it's possible I think there could be still a little bit of hurdles uh there but yanx Ser has a huge confidence I mean with all the pmics all the controversies that he had to face uh the doping Scandal and all that kind of stuff uh well I'm not going to go into detail here I really want to focus on the US Open uh my predictions again didn't work out because I said that the three favorites were were going to be uh jovic alres and jovic alres are already out there's just cter left Z I think also um has a chance to uh fight for the title I think he's the only player who can threaten uh Yanik s's Throne uh a top of the ranking um I mean let's see what happens I'm really curious uh this US Open has been very unpredictable and guys I would like to know your opinion about who do you think is going to win the title whether it's sinner or uh someone else guys that's it for today thank you very much for listening as always if you like the channel hesitate to subscribe don't forget to leave a like on the video and see you next time bye
