ARKANSAS FOOTBALL WHAT IS THIS CRAP?

welcome to another show man I go by the name dub Banks more skills and Tom Hanks man um this time we're going to talk a little little bit of hog football Arkansas with a impressive win over Powerhouse Arkansas Pine Bluff 70 to nothing woo they dominated boy 70 to zero wow man it's got me aside and I'm thinking we going to win it all baby um let's let's read the stats real quick you know what I'm saying let's read the stat and this this is in Little Rock you know it it goes down in in rock town you feel me so tailing green 12 16 of 23 229 yards two TDS 93% qbr rating Malachi sing Singleton his qbr rating was 36% but he was eight for 10 you know 12 yards at it average no touchdown KJ Jackson four for four 14 yard 93% so everybody got a little bit of something in this one rushing you know 33 carries 2799 yards eight yards per carry that's pretty good eight touchdowns 46 for the loan so they got it done on the ground receiving you know what 28 passing attempts 408 yards 14 yards you know per completion two touchdowns 34 so obviously a lot more done on the ground pretty pretty evenly spread it spread across the board everybody got touches Tesla got touches Anthony uh Lucas uh Tesla likely our best wide receiver um you know uh s stima um Harrison you know everybody got touches in this game you feel me and so any fumbles uh there was a couple fumbles so you know you might want to clean up those fumbles as we get into the season um were there any in not now here's interesting here's something interesting no no interceptions no nits no fumbles no the defense forces no turnovers against the mighty Powerhouse uapb we've got to get better at that how do you not force in a single turnover not not one but at least they got off the field I guess you know uh as they did uh pitch a shut out man I'm excited you know what I'm saying football is back and I think the Hogs are gonna win it all baby after watching that performance freak out of here man I didn't even watch the game like who who wants to watch that crap man who wants to watch a crappy opener like that when you when you got games like like tonight like see you playing uh North Dakota State you know FCS Powerhouse knocking off FBS teams left and right winning FCS titles left and right you know what I'm saying like like that's an opener you know and that that game was exciting that came down to the wire you know I I rather rather play a a formidable opponent and win by three to four then than this kind of crap right here where where you basically playing the team where you know couple guys just you know they they got a couple guys out the stands to put on a jersey and go play I I probably could make the team like like what are we doing like what are we doing you like Arkansas Pine like come on bro like we know they ain't known for their football like that like they known for the bands and parties and stuff like that I haven't when I was in college I didn't go to a pular party but I'm like but that's what they known for the bands and and and and the and their partying and stuff like that like that's what they known for for real and obviously the Greek like like that they're HBCU like they don't care about this man like what are we doing like this is our opener like this is what you bring in the Little Rock no wonder why they shutting shutting down war memorial they don't have to shut down War Memorial they don't have to what it is is they don't want to they don't want to pay that money you got teams like that you got you know Florida State playing Georgia Tech now they lost but that's a heck of an open opener and Dublin iron you know what I'm saying when we going to get some better openers like we when we going to play Someone Like Air Force I'm not even saying we need we need to it needs to be a a a upper echelon opponent it doesn't have to be it it could be someone like like Air Force you know it it could be someone like too would have been better now now now now now let's I bring up to Leo that's that's an interesting point re right there right um because if if you look throughout out history even under Brett Bea we've lost to a lot of these opponents we've lost to Louisiana Maro we lost to Toledo U we lost to um San Jose State um we we lost to um Western Kentucky we've lost to North Texas we've lost to um this is a lengthy list ain't it that's five five teams already we lost to Colorado State they came back and beat us um we we lost to North Texas that was a blowout by the way they blew us out um pretty pretty ridiculous right um we lost to Liberty um you know we we we struggled with Missouri State when um the guy who's now on the AR Arkansas staff was uh head coaching down there uh you know was uh doing the number on us we we struggled with um Coastal Carolina when they came and played us and uh it was a shootout and we barely won by a few points um yeah so when when you have a lot of that going on you can understand why they schedule someone like Arkansas P because they're they're tired of the Heartbreak and it disrupts the momentum of the team and the confidence and and the Morales down going into the season so so they want to want to give us as easy of of a cupcake gang as game as possible um to to get people as sight to draw interest and things of that nature that this doesn't excite me this doesn't excite nobody though it's like put putting a a high school team putting IMG Academy IMG Academy would have been a better would have been better competition than this I would have rather played IMG G Academy they would have been more competitive if I'm being honest like what are we doing instead of investing the money because these people these suckers don't want to pay the money um I'm talking about the the people on the highend you know that that call the shots and and and you know sign sign the bills and things of that nature you know what I'm saying people in the in in those Suites during the games and stuff like that they don't they don't want to spend spend the money to make the necessary changes to improve the program they want to keep everything status quo they want to create this illusion that hey we're advancing and we're good Arkansas football's great but they're not make they're not doing anything to to to make any real changes they want to keep this good old boy good boy football going instead of making the necessary changes adjustments needed to make this program what it needs to be to be you you got a A Billion doll Corporation sponsoring your program uh they played the role in in in funding your your athletics department of course I'm talking about the the Walmart guys yet th this is the crap that that you're doing I'm not impressed by this like this doesn't impress me like this this I'm not going to sit here and watch this who wants to watch this now now if you were to put up 70 on on air force that that gets me excited if you wanted to put if you're putting up 70 on Old Miss say we play Old Miss as an opener and we score 70 to nothing that that would get me excited like if it was a formidable opponent I if we played um someone like like at like um I'm trying to think of a a mid- tier opponent that would be respectable that I could I could lud to if we score 70 on Ruckers they played tonight they they just beat how Howard 44 to7 if we play if we put up 70 on Ruckers I'd be like okay okay I I like that there there's some hope here okay cool ju just ridiculous just ridiculous y'all need to do better Arkansas the the the front office the people who are who are running things up up there y'all need to do better I'm not going to sit here and and watch us beat up um on on a dagam uh Bishop Sycamore I'm not going to sit here and watch us beat up on Bishop Sycamore put some real competition on the field give us a reason to be excited and if you need to boost the program and improve the program so that our team is actually formidable to where we can schedule better opponents at the beginning of the Season instead of scheduling teams like this that don't give a dang about football probably won't have a football team in a few years C cuz they they care more about other like football is not what they do like come on y'all come on y'all is this is this where where we've come to is this where where we're going we used to have dope openers we used to open up the season with with with really dope openers this this is crap like who who wants to watch this not me no not me I'm I'm good on this so I a even bother watching this game but the Halls win 70 and nothing I guess some people are happy about the win you should win a game like this it would be sad if you didn't win a game like this don't don't don't schedule UAP again don't do this crap because we deserve better than this fans are spending way too much money to to just to up and sit here and watch this crap why would I want to drive all the way to L Rock to watch this you got to think about this why would I want to drive the Little Rock to watch this crap for what I can stay home you think I'mma drive to Little Rock and watch this absolutely not it's utterly ridiculous do better Arkansas do better that's it that's my time man um we got AR we got Oklahoma State next week why couldn't we open up with them you know would love to open up with them that would be great that's on the road why couldn't we just open up with them and then we got UAB like UAB would have been a better opener but even even still like UAB UAP come on man we've got to have better opener we've got to have better non-conference games than that towards the end of the season we got Louisiana Tech that would have been a good opener why don't we open up with L we could have opened up with Louis Louisiana Tech get these teams out off the schedule and actually schedule some real competition like schedule someone like from the Dagon uh East or from the uh American let me see we we we could schedule some someone from a Conference USA which we did we we scheduled Liberty so let me let me see I'm I'mma see who who else like we could schedule someone like from I would say from the Mac like get get a couple of them you know what I'm saying like we schedule someone schedule like a buffalo um in in in Ohio would have been a good good one a a Northern Illinois that that that's a good opener you know what I'm saying obviously we scheduled too before put them back on the schedule central Michigan would have been a solid opener you know what I'm saying bully green I I'd be okay with buling green like any of these teams are better than what you just put out there tonight that's ridiculous to have people drive hours to another city to watch that crap no wonder why war memorial is going to shut down don't blame him it's a waste of money this is a waste and y'all doing this on on purpose because y'all don't want to spend no more money y'all greedy and that's crap get it together Arkansas get it together y'all want to let's see our non-conference schedule Alabama and& them to open up the season that that's okay then then we got Arkansas State I'm okay with that n Dame is Mississippi St yeah NRE Dame then we play at Memphis okay that that's much better that's much better so looks like looks like they clean it up Al A&M Arkansas State then we play at Memphis then we play norre Dame the first four okay okay okay so I I I I I'll maybe give them a pass and then it picks up the second half all SEC okay okay so I I I I guess I can live with I 2025 is much better but don't don't do this again don't just don't do this again next year's schedule the way y'all got it set up okay good good so no more of this cupcake crap no more of this if we going to schedule someone from the FCS or lower division it it needs to be some someone understandable I I'm okay with with Alabama A&M and and Arkansas state which which is one of the ones I put on the list like I I would have been better if we like put up 70 on like say um like said we play like like Air Force or Army like those are disciplin they don't give up 70 points so we score 70 on them then then then I'm hyped like okay we might have something you know what I'm saying that that excit me but this crap right here don't don't do this don't do this again I really was I really was going going to go to the website and and write a letter and everything but but look got Oklahoma State to me I I count that as the opener that's the real opener we're going to see what Arkansas really made of we we going to see see where where where they stack you know what I'm
