Kelly, what are you hearing about that? >> Well, Jason, the city's office of Emergency Management is expected to release some concrete details tomorrow about timing and about some of those closures. But I'm told from law enforcement, most of this area will be gated off completely. Certainly behind me. And then at least part of the Independence Mall as well. The public will not have any access to gather outside either. Certainly not outside the Constitution Center, but how long that will be? The case is still unclear at this point. >> It's cool. It's cool that we got to host a convention like this decades living in old City, Lenny Cohen is excited for all eyes to be on Philadelphia next week, but you won't catch him anywhere near Independence Mall. Cohen is staying away from here, and he most likely won't have a choice. >> Law enforcement sources telling Fox 29 they expect to have a perimeter around the National Constitution Center and Independence Hall blocked off to any public access, with no live audience allowed in the debate, there won't be an area for people to gather right outside. Instead, either. The center, already closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, will also close Sunday and Wednesday. >> As we get closer to the day. It's going to be a little bit more challenging in the district and then once things are over, we'll be back open for regular business. We're working with all of the local and federal law enforcement agencies, the National Park Service, to make sure that it's a safe event and that people have their ability to demonstrate in a in a safe manner. >> Today, Park Service staff could be seen moving, fencing and a meeting outside the center that included Philadelphia police. Several factors will contribute to the security plans, including what day and time candidates will arrive in Philadelphia. But the city plans to announce the major travel and transit impacts as soon as Friday.
