the Cowboys lined up now for the point after the point after try is in the [Applause] books the Titans are ready to take it to him it'll be a Touchback first down on the [Applause] way offense lines up here Romo's got the football after the play fake launching it deep makes the play that's down and this game just got a whole lot more interesting got to take advantage of situations like this not often in the NFL do you get somebody this wide open good job by the receiver nice job by the quarterback's handing and what do you get easy touchdown [Applause] pass the Cowboys are ready to run back this [Applause] kick and he's taken down right at about the 29 not quite to the 30 the Cowboys come onto the field for their next series the Cowboys come to the line with an empty backfield scrambling now and here we have second down it's a two tight end formation hand off BAS nowhere to go as this will be a loss of three that time that's just a bad decision by the running back he makes the wrong read the offensive line blocked it right but when you make the wrong read you're going to get tackled that time he gets tackled for a loss the Cowboys won in a Runway last week Phil and now they're going to try to win one that's going to come down to the wire I think all the teams in the league know when you're sharp you're going to win the games and that's the easy way to win but can you find way to win when your football team is not as sharp we're going to find out get ready first down and 10 will'll run it here's the hand off shrugs off the first [Applause] hit he gets into the end zone complete that one yet it's still second down Romo back in shotgun formation and he's forced to the ground ah not a good job by the quarterback that time inside of two minutes in the first half you got to get rid of the football if nobody's open just throw it away that time he loses yards by taking the sack offense lines up here third and long that's a good tackle and that's a quick three and out defensive coordinators love this situation don't they third and long they can do just about anything and it's going to work and they stopped the offense that time and he'll step out of bounds out of first down offense readying for the snap drop back shotgun formation takes off off with it makes the catch taken down at the 39 the Cowboys one timeout remaining second down now they've come out in the dime package from the shotgun he's got the catch and at the 37 he'll be brought down and the offense will call a timeout this will be a 54 yd field goal attempt the field goal attempt is good it's good that does it here for the first half Titans Trail in this one he had nowhere to go and they deck him at the 16 yd line they face first down [Applause] DeMarco Murray is in the backfield hand off by Romo and that's a gain of nine when you have defensive ends that like to go up the field and they think they're going to get to the quarterback you know what you do to those kind of defensive ends you run draw plays and screens underneath them take advantage of the fact that they're not reading their keys find Walker tackle made and that'll move the chains Romo able to show off the footwork wow what a good job look at those feet like a dancer gets himself in very good position to throw the football Tony Romo will take it right from the center first and 10 trying to work that left side picked up a couple that [Applause] time nice catch by the receiver but it still doesn't get a first down the defense comes out of the [Applause] dime Romo's going to take it from the gun makes the catch but didn't get the feet down incomplete the incompletion stopped the clock but third and eight still to come shotgun look here for Tony Romo from the gun throwing now to his left and he's going going to be tackled and that's going to bring us to fourth down good job by the defense they're well taught well schooled by the defensive coordinator they know in situations like this if it's thrown short of the first down marker they're good they come up make the tackle now we have fourth down wants to give it a go here games 16 the Cowboys ready to take over the football first down at the 20 looks to his left has his Target that'll stop the play right there second down coming up takes it from the gun going to try and Scramble now the reception easy wide open [Applause] that's an awesome job by the offense picking up this first down here in the second half they've got a big lead it's not about scoring anymore it's just about milking that clock and that is an art that this team is good at games maybe five and here's a stat line that comes as a surprise to No One Phil this running back getting it done once again on the ground no surprise that is right listen this team practices a running game they are tough that's why they get it done week in and week out games 18 and Morgans is the one who is down and will step aside for just a moment now inside the Red Zone they were very good at finishing off drives last week in this situation first and goal from the 10 here's the hand off and they'll run it and that's Woodyard in on the stop second down hereall car nickel formation here for the defense he's scrambling now they're going to get him here for a sack you got to be quick and decisive when you're down near the goal line and you're throwing the pass as a quarterback that time it was n and he takes a huge sack and they overcome the sack third down on the way for this play they'll go with two tight ends now on the Move no separation at all incomplete Jim when you get in these situations there's not much you can do third and long not easy to pick up first downs in these type of situation no good no good so many times when you see these field goal kickers miss it it's just about mechanics what was it were the steps wrong did he plant his foot in the right spot and you got got to hit that football in the perfect spot too a little bit of everything went wrong that time the Titans will take the snap from the 40 DeMarco Murray gets the hand [Applause] off second down after going to the ground game the first play muray lined up in the back field and he's taken down well sometimes as a quarterback if you can read the blitz that is coming you have to keep some running backs in there to pick up some of those blitzers they don't do it that time they get outnumbered and the quarterback takes a sack right lined up now as a slot receiver Ball's picked off that brings the play to an end nice job for the defense that time in position they read to quarterback's eyes and it led to an interception first and 10 to the ground left [Applause] side the Cowboys offensive line is just whooping some tail today aren't they what a job up front that helps the running back get in space get down there and pick up a big game first down here after the run the defense comes out in the nickel he'll take the staff the first here in the fourth quarter that's a gain of eight looking ahead the Titans will be on the road in Cincinnati next week while the Cowboys will be on the road in St Louis that leads us to Second down
