🚨 Pro Football Focus Revealed Stats Showing Travis Hunter Should Focus On This Position In The NFL

Pro Football Focus broke down Travis Hunter's defensive statistics and it revealed that he probably would come out better playing this position more so in the article it broke down his productivity and it said his production and coverage is at about the same level as his production as a tackler and run Defender last season he ranked top 50 among power five quarterbacks and PFF coverage grade but the raw data was less impressive as he allowed a completion percentage of 56.6% and a passer ra at 89.7 when targeted as well as 13.8 yards per reception he also allowed a touchdown rate at 99.4% when targeted all his coverage stats outside of pffs gray was outside of the top 50 for power five quarterbacks last season and these marks are very underwhelming compared to other cornerback process prospects in recent memory the article also went on to say what he was really really good at I think I made a video about that pretty much his saying one area in which he performed fairly well was Zone coverage his PFF coverage grade in zone was 76.4 which ranked 31st in zone coverage on top of this two of his three interceptions came when he was in zone coverage his ability to play zone coverage at a fairly high level popsong film has his incredible ability to anticipate throws and make plays on the bar that most quarterbacks can't make this is very very obvious even if you watch his highlights and as you seen in Spring ball where was Travis Hunter at he was at that nickel position and as those numbers come out are revealed and just watching the thing he don't get me wrong he's an exceptional player wherever he's at but I think he's going to be an elite Nickel in the NFL I think that's his position I think that's more of a of a a situation where it works for him now he's going to have to gain weight and he's going to have to be more of a even a better consistent tackler out of that nickel position but as far as reading routes covering he in my opinion he has more quickness than straight Ahad speed so nickel would be ideal for him um wide receiver still dominant check out some of the stats and and PFF put out about the wide receiver position he was not super but he was definitely efficient and we've seen him like he's going to make the play he was good on all three levels so Travis Hunter and teams are going to have a tough decision to make do you take him as a wide receiver a slot wide receiver where he was dominant or do you take him as a a nickel Corner don't think he's an outside my opinion think he's more of a nickel but I think he can be an elite nickel so he's definitely gonna be interesting to see what teams think and what value they have on him um still curious to see exact exactly what he runs in the 40 because in my opinion more quickness more of a of a of a shuttle guy probably do real good numbers in in the The Cone drills the um shuttle drill but as far as the 40 who knows y let me know what yall think about this in the comment section make sure I like the video subscribe to the channel
