good morning magic crew how are you guys doing today good morning it is Tuesday July 30th 2024 and uh this morning we are going live to get together support each other and be prepared uh for signing up for the 2025 uh run Disney princess half marathon weekend so I'm glad you guys could join them this morning already before we get started anything else you guys are oh all the they're all open all of the links are now open so if you guys are doing this with us go to rund disney.com right now and uh all of the links are ready to go they just opened up in line what's that get in line get in line now now that now the queue won't actually start until 10:00 a.m. but we want to be in line and ready to go now I'm doing this with you guys so this is not going to be like your normal stream uh that's new never had to do that before zero I have to put a code in to say that see 47 you have to verify I'm not a robot I'm not a robot I might be a robot though I could read codes I could read codes and be a robot all right so I'm in two cues now we're going to continue to do that I've got multiple devices this morning um what's going to happen happen is is once you sign in thank you one Owen's giving me an advice to sign into once you click a link it will put you into a waiting space at 10:00 when the links actually become open open they will throw you into a randomized cube um it's a lottery and it's a lottery system Owen's already jumped in for me on his phone um so that we'll have several phones to play off of now none of these are going to show any countdown at all until we get it to the clock so I want get signed in on all of them I can't sign in on this computer did I do something wrong there we go and there we go all right so let me get into the chat with you guys there good morning um Jess and the view is here hello Christina G uh we will be doing a resort tour I moved it to this afternoon we will start at 2: p.m. um but it was It's always important for us to have the support for those of us who are in The Run Disney group uh so this is really not even so much a live stream as much as just a support stream for those who are registering why do we do this is because it's good to know who's getting in um where your numbers are as far as cues uh and then we know about when things sell out and we can tell each other what's going on and it's just additional people um it's sort of like um you know uh having somebody there with you as you sweat it out for the next hour and a half trying to get in the register so uh we will finish up this live stream probably about 11:30 when things are starting to sell out making sure everybody who's trying could get in uh and then we will close out uh and uh I will get Owen and we will be running over to Disney's Caribbean Beach resort to start at about 2:00 to take a good walking tour um for that Resort as well uh good morning cake toast how you doing this morning uh let us know in the chat what you guys are signing up for today um Samantha uh we are going to be trying for the challenge going to try for the challenge uh which is going to be um your uh 10K and your um your half so Vanessa says nice pink color today um it is it pink I guess it is pink uh this is my um princess Enchanted 10K from 2024 um from last year's race uh and I also have my race pib from last year's races uh just a sort of a uh reminder that you know this is what we do we've done it before um also remind you guys if you do successfully register for a race and you are ready to come and um race with us February 20th through the 24th of next year uh as soon as you register or while you're waiting for your queue to come up um send us over an email uh to um Susan and myself at Susan Edwards travel.net uh getting your uh room and ticket packages for that race weekend and also remember anyone who uh books and uh has their their registration for uh Walt Disney World 4 race weekend for this year or any of next year's races um let us know when you reach out to us that you're registering for races for the race weekend and uh we will provide you with a complimentary set of earto ear magic official bib boards to hold your bib onto your race shirt without having to use those those terrible pins that put holes in your shirts they are very uh very reliable awesome uh bit of bit bit of uh uh race gear to have uh and they are official ear to ear magic so when you guys are out out on the race courses uh you can look to see if anybody else is wearing um their ear your magic bitboards uh I'm excited for o to the mouse this is going to be your first one isn't it for the 5K o to the mouse all right yeah o o o to the mouse 5K only I haven't done anything like this before so baby steps there we go uh is Owen going to join us for princess weekend I don't believe so uh Lori loves the magic says it looks Frozen says recalculating that's because it won't open until 10:00 a.m. uh so here's the here's the secret to this guys once you are in do not touch do not refresh do not mess with let it sit there um and uh it's it's going to uh tell you that it's recalculating um but we got to wait for your cue we're waiting for the next 3 minutes we're going to be placed in a queue everyone who's already signed in will be randomly thrown into a line and it will tell you how long you have to wait until you get in so we're at 3 minutes now uh to figure out where everybody's going to be at as we're going through this process if you're in the sign if you're in the registration let us know how much you have left it's sort of like your countdown to your Disney vacation what's your countdown for registration um uh are they mirror images actually Sam probably because let's do it this way how about that is that better there you go yes Disney's Magical Journey like my chicken nuggies do not touch do not you want to you're going to want to touch it you're going to want to re you know see what's going on don't do that uh Sorcerer Mickey 82 nervous yes this is a really hard one to register for too uh registering for the yoga One Yoga will be taking place Monday morning um that is Yoga in front of the castle uh it's very popular it sells out um very quickly uh so uh good luck to everybody who's trying to sign up for the yoga as well um we are down to two minutes uh Calvin wanted to remind you guys we're going to be having a meet up on Saturday of Princess weekend so whether you're running races or not if you just happen to be in the area uh moving forward um for uh RNE and dine this year and all of our races in 20 for 25 that are in person uh we are going to plan to have a meet up for the year-to-year magic community uh that race weekend so whether you're running races or not it doesn't matter you guys are welcome to come in we'll have more information a lot of tbds coming but we want to let you guys know we will be having meetups for you guys to have um who's signing up for the yoga anybody I don't know if I would do with yoga I've never tried to do yoga before are there goats or flamingos if there's not goats or flamingos yeah there's no goats there's no flamingos uh there's no otter um there may be a mouse or two down to 959 is uh oh is is Ashley says yoga is is Hollywood is it Hollywood Studios this year even less I don't know I wondered yoga after the actual run events Vanessa that isn't you normally or in the past they've done yoga before the weekend now they're doing it after the weekend so maybe get that extra stretching in after you've done your half marathon how you doing this morning Carol welcome in exp 626 that's right after you're running you get that stretching of the muscles and stuffing like that so how you doing Anthony we'll see you at 2 ready to go it's 10 a.m. a let's see what happens everybody watch your I have more than an hour over here I have more than an hour over here I think everybody gets more than an hour in the beginning unless you're Travis um Travis gets like 30 seconds I don't know whatav does always I don't know Travis always gets him before anybody else does um we don't have the dates yet uh profess of the art Sorcerer Mickey but I can I pretty much guess what we're talking about it's going to be somewhere around the middle of January or the 15th of January to the third Monday of February it's almost always those six weeks so um Ashley says Ah I have mine in 11 minutes sweet oh my gosh that's awesome and Vanessa yes we had the uh we had the medals come up yesterday um for uh the wine and dine for um all of the r they look pretty cute they're pretty different though they're very different a lot of forks and knives um stav stav very stavy uh Calvin says 47 minutes I'm at more than an hour for all three of mine uh Christie says I got in under 20 minutes for the marathon weekend was meant to be for me to run the Dopey 2025 that's cool we are shooting for Dopey 2026 that will be my first doy that's what we're going to go for uh Travis says it's because he has gamer internet I don't think that matters it's a lottery uh Sorcerer Mickey yeah more than an hour away for me to register for princess yoga yeah it'll keep changing you just got to keep watching and as they go through I'm just hoping but one of my three over here will go less than that in just a minute um quini says do not sweat early wait times on registration they change wildly until you get closer to inside 15 minutes that is true yeah they and this is just your initial so let's you know give us some time and see what one of the parks what's going on here just a guy in a pink shirt sitting in front of his computer really and truly this is about um checking my times about providing a resource for those in our community who who wants to run run Disney uh we want to be here to answer questions we want to be here to support and have someone to talk to because you don't want to be stressed out for this next hour sitting by yourself it's like watching water boil so to sit here and to come into chat we can celebrate with people like Ashley who get in early we can talk about how the rest of the weight times are working for everybody else and it takes your mind off off of the stress of sitting there and watching literally paint dry so um we will be going back into the parks this afternoon at 2 pm for our weekly Tuesday Walt Disney World Resort tour uh at Disney's Caribbean Beach resort you're going to want to come and join us today uh because if Owen has anything to do with it we're probably going to stop at the banana Cabana uh and uh get some uh bread pudding today so you got to do that right um and uh do us a favor guys we we want to celebrate with you guys as you go through so as you get your weit times feel free to let people know what your weit times are in the chat so we can at least see that somebody's moving along and it makes things go a lot quicker um oh Missy you know we love doing this uh Dash is going to try for my first half marathon because I want to run through the castle I've never done that as many races as I've done Ashley I've not run through the castle every time their way back in they've been out of town for a bit they just drove through hot Atlanta you're getting here about eight hours during rush hour it's 10 o'cl it's not as bad at least they can stop at buy just north worth of making true we got to plan a trip somewhere that allows us to actually stop at a bies for once we were um just so you guys know this past weekend uh Owen and I were in Tallahassee um about four 4 hours 10 minutes away from us we were on 10 heading west Susan I don't think I told you the story and uh they had a sign for bies it says get ready you know it's time for bies and Owen got all excited until the side there was two Billboards side by side one had the bies logo on it and you know some sort of get ready get excited the second billboard all it said was 269 miles W he's like why would you why would you do that to people uh Jennifer says my wait time still says more than an hour that's me at the moment too Jennifer um Calvin just jumped to 20 minutes sweet dude uh Pam says I hope your AC is working they came yesterday they worked on our air conditioning it was so cold when I came in the house last night we turned it down extra low just because oh oh it says good it was good sleep last night Pam because the night before was just horrendous so we actually slept last night it was great um o to the mouse at 59 minutes you're in there dude you're in there you're making it happen I know this is going to happen for you to the mouse I'm looking forward to it um how you doing Rod good morning good morning um oh Missy says uh we are chunking off this wine and D race weekend vacation so we can start on the may cruise trying to add a week at Disney might have to uh consider the organs or toes uh sorcer Mickey says I'm also trying to register from the Mulan just in case uh did you guys uh um I I I did an intro this morning I don't know if you guys got to see that so those are all the races we're doing the Mulan was it Mulan um I can't don't close Okay um Vanessa says will you get perfect season oh not even close we're only running uh I think they do a perfect season you have to run every single race uh and for um Marathon weekend we're only running the half marathon I love the I I can't believe I'm at a point in my life where I'm saying those words I'm only running the half marathon like whatever um but so it won't be a perfect season because we're only running a few races but uh and I think we're only doing the challenge which always gets me this always gets me Calvin's probably going to like is guy ever going to get it in his head when you do the challenge it's only two races for princess weekend it's not like um November where you get to run all three races it's only the only the last two so um who's who is it Jennifer says this my first race awesome rod says my first race in Florida Lori says this will be my first one in person uh Skipper Bob says bad timing for me otherwise I would be doing the 5K you know always that's the way it works Bob things like never work out just the right way like to this morning I'm getting ready we're like pulling together you know funds and stuff so I can pay for this thing and um our uh one of the boys uh APS uh for Disney went through this morning and I'm just like why does all this stuff like always happen on the same day um sourcer migy right now I think we're trying to sign up for the challenge which the challenge should be the 10K and a half marathon I really wish it was for all three races i' like they do know RAC weekends but um it's just for two races um Lori says I'm worried that I won't get in this is like last time and this is such a frustrating it's a really scary time to do this more than an hour more than an hour more than an hour it is scary it is so frustra and this is why we do the live streams for sign up these are probably boring for everybody else there's only a few people who actually need this or want this but for the people who are doing this at home to be able to talk to and chat with other people who are registering at the same time time hopefully we'll take a little bit of that stress off of this is when it's good to have a like aose to share youred C information then you guys can both be working on it whoever gets in first they register exactly this is where you're going to get start to get run Disney buddies who can help you out in case one of you gets in so uh sker Bob breakdown I no I had to take my dog to the ER last week oh no the little puppy he's fine now okay I get it I totally get it Skipper Bob so is FFF still in here FFF had to go to the vet uh yesterday as well or this weekend cuz um can't afford to go to the real doctor so he goes to the vet because it's cheaper and no I hope fff's puppy is uh doing better too as well more expensive to take the dog yeah the dogs are more expensive than us I got a copay the dogs are like all right we need your left arm uh purple pet paw third time trying to get in for me I'm going to tell you guys this is a really hard race week in to get into uh it is popular it is extremely popular I have only run in a couple of races uh for princess because every time I've tried in the past I've been unable to get in so it's a really hard race to get into people love the princess Rus prce weekend um far and I got a free worming yeah and that was only from the guy out in the parking lot so I mean they're so helpful they're so helpful around there um good morning FFF how you doing boy speaking of my puppy I'm surprised she hasn't come over here yet she's probably going to give me about 30 minutes and then she'll jump in all right all right so what do you guys at right now everybody call in what is your current wait time um I'm still at more than an hour for all three of mine hello AB Disney Lisa says I did a few virtual princess ones um uh that was back in the day that was prior to 2020 when they actually did virtuals for a while for all of the in-person races um and uh they are now stopping that they're they're only doing virtuals for virtuals for the virtual races so Mahia family says I have a one hour wait now that can change that's because you haven't been put into another queue or you're in a queue but you haven't gotten to a point where they feel comfortable telling you how much so it could jump down a lot of people when they go from more than an hour cuz sudden they go to 40 minutes or even 30 minutes so Pam's exhausted she's just thinking about a race uh Samantha's still at more than an hour sorcer Mickey more than an hour wait wait wait wait we get something sweet Ashley awesome Ashley got in guys congratulations Ashley oh I lost it where' it go I wanted to put it up there it's weird having seven screens at this morning I know it was up here where is it I have a white wall behind me so it's really hard to see the comments there we go congratulations Ashley see now you've inspired us we're good we're we one of us has gotten in we're going to do this so congratulations Ashley uh I hope um like I said if you haven't done so already I don't know uh if you need uh a room to stay on property or something like um it has never gotten any better it really hasn't um Tony says it makes me kind of mad that Disney has never made this mind-numbing process any easier for you guys um it is always been just a crazy process but you know even in um other scenarios like when you see the marathon races for the big cities and stuff they're still in a lottery system they're in a complete lottery it has nothing to do with you being in there or in the right time you put in an application and then it's a complete lottery so I don't know at least I feel like um I have a a chance so o to the mouse is down to 23 minutes Jennifer just went down to 54 looking good Jennifer that's awesome we'll let you guys know it's not going to happen anytime soon hopefully but we'll start when we start to see certain races sell out we'll put it into the chat let you guys know um be prepared for a backup plan a plan B what you like to do afterwards if for whatever reason let's say your 10K doesn't go through do you want to go ahead and try that first half marathon um you up a because you could get yeah the very first time I think I signed up for a half is because I couldn't get into the 10K I'm like you what maybe I should just make this happen um 23 minutes for y to the mouse I'm I'm excited about o to the mouse the countdowns are getting lower Disney Lisa are you are are you running uh for princess are you coming for the princess morning Tammy B so far guys we've gotten one person in well not we we didn't get them in Ashley got in but of our group so far uh we have at least one person who's uh successfully signed in and registered so that's awesome and remember if you're not already part of our um Facebook group um we' love for you guys to go on to Facebook search groups under earto ear magic run Disney and find our support page there and we'd love for you guys to join there as well it's just a place for people to go in and ask questions and again for everybody who's part of our run Disney group just as support encourage we can post pictures for training we'll encourage you guys to get ready for races we'll remind you when uh registrations are coming up and really and truly just each other in all of our life experiences but the idea of seeing someone else register um CU you know I have not always been able to get into every race but it's really nice to be able to see other people do it uh and they be a part of it so um I'm excited I'm excited for o to the mouse I'm excited for Jennifer I'm excited for sorcer Mickey um to get in and to do these races and that also means that because you guys are going to be doing the races that we get a chance to come and see you in the Parks so jantha says down to 52 on one thank you quarini for putting that link in there if you Cabana Cabana the banana Cabana uh and uh we may may even get um one of Owen's favorite treats since I introduced him to it uh which is the um what is it the sweet bread pudding that's there that's made with their homemade uh caramel sauce that's really good so if I tell him I'm going to carry B beachs for a tour he may be under the expectation we're going to have that so uh o to the mouse is down to 14 minutes how you doing Betty thank you so much for popping in and hanging out with us today Betty and I'm still at more than an hour on off it's 23 minutes in uh I am wearing my uh 10K shirt from last year uh for uh the princess um and if we do get in I'm going to have to figure out I think we might need to do some really crazy outfit really fun uh designer thing to do this year I need someone who can help me out I need like a cosplayer who's like really good at what they do uh who can create some really amazing outfits for us to wear on the races CU I am not talented when it comes to stuff like that um Tony says I'm flashbacking to March this year when you did the race registration and then later that afternoon I ran into you and the boys at Disney Springs and oh that was a long day we registered for a race uh we were over at Disney Springs doing the live stream and then we had a patreon call that day we had three streams in one day um but I remember that the first time I ran into you and the boys over there you guys snuck up on me and when I was sitting over there um by amarat uh Betty says the Caribbean Beach has decent Cuban sandwiches I will say this I like Caribbean Beach oh oh I got one underneath an hour I'm at 58 minutes on one of them um I like the um the the the food court the the Quick Service that's over there but I mean in all honesty I know that they redid that whole thing um and Centertown is a nice place and they have some good food they have some good options I really do miss the old food court there the old food court um something about the way that it looked and felt it it just was just I just liked it it was really cool um all right Samantha 46 minutes you got this and that's still well within the time frame I think you're looking good how you do Britney uh doc has lost over 55 pounds so far I can't seem to lose anything I'm uh I I I think I lost some pounds this past couple weeks only because of the fact that I was just sick so um Calvin says okay crew let's lace up the shoes and do it again it's challenge time and successfully has registered for the challenge there's your 10K and your half a castle castle this time hey Britney oh to the mouse is down to eight minutes he's going to get that 5K go go you should get a medal for doing this I think you should get a medal just for registering Rod stain at Caribbean beach in December sweet right you going to hang out with us this afternoon uh Tony says I found all those pounds that you lost I found them on the Scarlet lady uh Tammy says congrats uh to here I've lost 100 pounds in a year and a half that is awesome Tammy Calvin says I make no Castle commitments every time he said we're going to get you in that castle we're going to get you in that castle we never get in the castle I have yet to run through that castle I think people are making that up Ain is down to 38 minutes it's happening see I think that's what happens to Lori I think when I'm walking around the parks I'm catching all all the pounds that people are losing from sweating and walk around everywhere I just kind of collect it all right all righty guys we've got H how we doing o to the mouse see Al in is going down I am now officially on my where I have been signed in I'm all under an hour now so I'm curious to see if you guys are still there uh has any everyone who's minutes Lori is still at more than an hour while we've been sitting here I know you can't guys probably can't see that it's my confirmation for the challenge this is bu come yes group of two or three and work together so and what we want to start doing in this community as well is we want to start having you guys form connections we want you guys to have someone who can help you out the only reason I was able to get registered just now because I'm I'm at 50 minutes or around for my registrations is that somebody else registered for me because they got in Faster what we want you guys to do is not have to do this by yourself so as you get more comfortable as you make friends you make connections here in the Run Disney group it's good to have someone that you feel comfortable with that you can say you know what if you're in can you sign me up at the same time or vice versa and really watch each other sort of like what happened with uh January for uh Calvin was he something kept messing up on Calvin's end and he was not able to get into the half marathon I got in I just registered him so we want to we want to continue to encourage you guys to make those kind of connections so in itself is a way to support the channel and so we do have five tiers um and for the zoom call we do ask that you be one of the five tiers even the lowest tier gets access to the uh the monthly Zoom call but um we uh so you do have to be either a uh stage crew Green Room stage manager director or producer um to get uh access to the monthly Zoom we do it the first Tuesday if we can the first Tuesday of every month everyone can come in it's sort of like a call like this but it's a zoom call so everyone can come in video and audio uh and if you guys uh want to get to know some more people you could do a 5k you can do a 5K walk can you walk around the world showcase at Epcot you can do it we walk we don't you don't have to run them you don't have to run fast um but you can do it that's why we encourage people to try it and to do stuff no balloon ladies 5K yeah there are yeah right there are no balloon ladies there's no minimum time you have to meet just to do a 5k you take your time and it works out pretty well um Calvin says for those registering don't forget you can go back and set up your proof of time for races and buy merchandise later don't get bogged down into putting your proof of time in or do I want to buy this pen or do I no no no no no no register go back in later and add all that other stuff in but get your registration especially now that we're getting into a little further into the registration process um o to the mouse says I never thought it would be exciting for me to run I'm excited for you that's you know that's what we're here for we're here to um if you guys can watch me I mean look at me I am not a runner I am not what I would consider to be where I need to be healthwise B but I have done so many of these races and I'm getting the longer races and I'm getting better at it um you guys can do this too you can do it so and the cool thing is um o to the mouse I keep showing this to you guys uh when you get here o to the mouse we'll make sure that you have uh your bib boards uh these little handy D little devices are extremely cool um they pop off they pop off like this um what's going on there oh piece of cardboard piece of candy um they are handy dandy little pieces of plastic that have a very special adapter on the back and they pop together and it squeezes the shirt in between so your bib holds on to your shirt but there are no pins it doesn't leave a hole it doesn't damage your shirt at all uh and it's very very solid as far as holding on and because you can get them customized you can get whatever you want on your bitboards because it's you know the ear to your magic crew you can actually have one this is ear to your magic um and uh if you ever see anybody running around before after even during the races and you see them with the blue bib um bib boards you can walk up to them and go hey I'm I'm part of the crew as well and immediately gives you uh a a common ground and maybe even a chance to meet some new people uh as well so remember when you reach out to us uh for your room and ticket for any of your runne races let us know we'll make sure to hold one of these aside for you uh these sell on bibboards [Music] our magic crew who booked their race weekends with us here and that's also for Disneyland races so if you guys have a Disneyland race either the half marathon or the Halloween half marathon uh races um reach out to us we can take that care of that for you next year now we don't have 2025 open for H for um Disneyland just yet um but as soon as they do open up uh we'll be glad to take care of that for you guys for race weeks as well ferah says my dad at 76 told me he would do a 5k with me if he could use his scooter you can said he can carry my Starbucks people accommodations they do they do have accommodations but they don't allow for scooters uh rod says they need to do an hhn run um I will tell you this if you're if you're um familiar with um Hollow scream um they just started three years ago at SeaWorld at Hollow scream they are actually doing a 5k I just got the registration information for that last week they're doing a hollow scream at SeaWorld um uh for 5K it starts at midnight so that could be fun I think that might be kind of fun CU you're running through the area that they're doing the the hollow screen at the Finish Line they're going to have scare actors they're going you know you're going to have food and all kinds of other stuff there as well so uh I've actually considered that you're not allowed to review this oh oh wait this is the this is the food pole for today no no no what what is what is this called it's a breakfast bowl a breakfast bowl where where does one get it can you mobile order it no this is my homemade breakfast today and sausage and salsa with onions I'm not allowed to review it though I'm told I could get in trouble so here we'll try it this taste healthy I don't know if I would Des oh well I mean eggs it's got eggs onions peppers sausage nothing too bad it's better than all you can eat Blue Beard pancakes oh wait I didn't know those were down there I'm digging there are potato barrels at the bottom okay now it there's someone chasing I'm only running if someone's chasing me yeah with the dinosaur normally it's a dinosaur scary scary oh no Lori loves the magic says okay got to hit the road for 45 minutes have to leave computer behind phone and computer both say over an hour PE uh real men will PE real men run 6.2 miles so where here here let me do this Lori text me hey Lori why don't you uh send Susan a text all right uh question does Disney send you uh the Bible and t-shirt um they don't send Bibles out anymore for the Run Disney races um because it was uh it was getting really difficult with the no auto complete the bib and t-shirt no you have to pick it up uh so what what you what you do um o to the mouse is uh you will need to show up ahead of time uh before your 5K preferably the day before I'm Thursday and you'll be going to the runners Expo it's over at the um ESPN Wildwater Sports um they will have a place for you to uh go into and get into the line for your 5K B based on your your registration number you will go pick up your bib they will give you on your bib there will be a tear off actually it's up here that when you signed up you put your shirt size your shirt size will be on the top here uh you will then go to the runnner Expo building which is adjacent they will tear off that piece and give you a shirt with a bag in it and your bobby pins your your safety pins pardon me your safety pins that will tear your shirt up don't use those so that's where you'll get a ESPN wild war of sports you'll get your bib first and then with your bib you'll also get your uh announced it hollow screen can just change their day exactly B just says and this is what it looks like when Susan and Chris work for you unified communication they live on the same page and fun to see a healthy marriage I appreciate that part and also you get really really cool custommade breakfast that they should they they would be uh blessed to have over Walt Disney World this is really good your throat all it takes is one little situation and it just gets you to coughin again um Christy says I recently signed up for a local femer in December because they're giving out Santa suits get to run uh on the boardwalk under the Christmas lights that sounds nice it's a lot of Santa suits though everybody's wearing the exact same outfit you get lost um are we were was that able to work out no I haven't able touch okay okay so who do we have still left we want to we want to hang out with you guys for a bit G to yes o to the mouse got in for his first 5k set and ready to go Samantha says in for all awesome Samantha congratulations you got it uh K says getting close to time to sign up for the Mystic aquariums run walk Wadd 5K uh to support their African penguin conservation efforts takes place in early November I remember you um showing pictures of that last year that was pretty cool yeah they don't let the animals run out run about and run a muck uh here at Disney World for the races I mean what do you think this is this not exactly you know Cedar Point Sorcerer Mickey almost there Mahia family same time over an hour oh this is you know not trying to worry anybody but once you get past the first hour then you get into a smaller window um I expect that we probably will start to see something sell out it's princess it's very it's very um popular I'm not trying to make anybody stressed out but trying to get some expectations that usually by the first 90 minutes is when we start this thing see things start to fill up um but stay in there don't don't don't uh refresh or change anything so what what was she going for I think the 5K can you just call I did okay um Britney says my sister wants me to sign up for the parkway run walk 5K for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia um I think if you've never done those kind of things it's fun especially if you got a group to do it with you Christian's got to run um uh for an 11 o'clock meeting Christian hopefully we'll see you at the 2 pm we'll be back at 2 oh Missy I was over an hour for wine and dine then the time just started dropping quickly yes so don't give up I'm not telling you guys that if you're still over an hour there's no chance I'm just telling you at this point we need to be very cautious and watching to make sure that things aren't selling out on the links elsewise but um all registrations are still open so you're guys are okay and you may find that when you get into that point you may drop very quickly like oh Missi said how you doing running Warrior Sarah are you did you uh did you sign up for are you signing up for some of the races for um the princess it's uh February 20th to the 24th of next year oh and Pam what time period yes February 20th it's always like the third weekend of February so February 20th through the 24th um the Friday is the 5K the 10K is on Saturday and the half marathons on Sunday uh yoga will be taking place Monday morning Ain got in for castle one time all right so Rod is counting down Sorcerer Mickey is counting down Pam's going to be a car beach in December I like Caribbean Beach and it's so nice convenient wise right there on the uh for the Skyliner and you can walk over to the uh Riviera and just participate and grab some food or some of the things that are available over there all right so let's do a real recap if you guys are just joining us if you've already registered tell us who has successfully registered and for what races I'll start off um the uh uh right now signed up for the challenge which is the 10 can and the Half Marathon uh what did you guys get what have you signed up for and who is still waiting because we want to stay with you guys and encourage you guys with that as well um uh Castle runs or for the marathon and Princess weekend right yes so last year um we had well this year I should say we had weather issues and um they cut the uh half marathon um down to six miles or seven miles and so Calvin and I went back to um Art of Animation and ran the other half of the half marathon the half half the quarter marathon uh around hourglass Lake it's not quite the same but we still got the miles so when I wore that m I knew that I did it um but I've not ever gone through I've never run through Magic Kingdom I've never been in there so I'm hoping it's going to happen good morning Jordan how you doing this morning happy Tuesday pink lemonade will be at Caribbean Beach uh Resort in 39 days it's really nice to be able to jump right on the Skyliner and make it happen so it's really cool we are hoping to bring the rest of our crew in uh we are now past the 1 hour mark at 11:00 we are signing up for the 2025 Disney princess weekend this is the one for this year in 2024 uh and uh we want you guys to be able to sign up and get this bib uh to run with us um and hang out uh next year's princess races so loser D face I hope we all get the run through the castle in November they haven't released the the um the course just yet but I don't know I don't think we normally get to do that in November it would be cool though I would love it how you doing today wal I keep grabbing the mouse and there's nothing attach it there keep keep grabbing it I Chang laptops uh Calvin says I do love pop and and Art of Animation for raise weekends uh they give you easy Skyliner access very true single stop for race buses very nice and of course to make up any Miss miles for weather impacts because ourglass plake just makes it really easy to continually make your way around um I did not realize this until I started running races with Calvin uh that they do such an amazing job at Pop Sentry um you may not like pop Sentry you may like to go to other places but I will tell you um the staff who runs and mans the bus stations that pop for race weekends are topnotch um almost always we've seen the same cast member there to make sure to say hello and good morning this is 2 o00 in the morning guys you know it's like 2:45 and she is there smiling and ready to go and she's there when we come back from the races as well so if you ever go through pop a lot of support a lot of cheering a lot of Happiness um we've gone through ART and they were like but you know at Pop they were like over the top Spirit fingers everything it was really good um Calvin says sadly for the last five years Disney has only had the MK uh run through on marathon and Princess weekends things always change but that's been the standard for a few years we don't have the courses yet for wine and dine um I don't know maybe something will change but that requires them to do a little more extra work because then they have to incorporate the Magic Kingdom into the race course which means I have to get everybody out of there before the race before the park opens so it makes it a little bit more difficult um all right as a reminder if you guys when you guys are successfully able to register go ahead send us an email we want to know um if uh we can help you when it comes to the booking uh your next uh stay uh for whatever race weekend luckily for Disney World all of 2025 is open um so if you know you're going to be trying to register for the springtime surprise you can go ahead and contact us we can go ahead and get a room booked for you for Springtime surprise knowing that because of uh Disney's really lenient cancellation policy if for whatever reason you're not able to get um the registration it's easy to cancel and get your refund uh back for your deposit uh but for this race if you're if you are uh successfully registered send us an email let us know if we can book you that uh room and or tickets that you may need for February 20th through the 24th of next year remind us in the email because I know I'm talking with you guys if Susan's getting the registration we need to make sure that you guys are running one of the races because if you are we'll make sure to give you take them off too much Travis says it's very odd that the 10K is the first one to go it is kind of strange I would have expected the 5 okay I'm double checking 5K still open 10K is out half marathon's good challenge is good yoga is good Amia family is down to 39 keep going the angle of the camera go this way Carol now these are these are literally like seven look how look how they like bow out maybe uh maybe after today's this morning's live stream since we don't have to go immediately over to that uh I'll go ahead and get my eye exam scheduled I just I got to take the time to do it I've got so much other stuff going on I haven't had a time to have a chance to do that you know sometimes you just want to go where everybody knows your name and that's why it's nice to have a community that can pop in and you feel comfortable with um we want to encourage you guys if you have some other friends um people who like the parks and would like to have a a group that they can feel comfortable with get to know everybody and be very personable and invite them to be a part to come on in so is she good mhm she is seriously guys you need to have your budes you need a buddy system I just helped a buddy you cannot have eggs well you wouldn't eat eggs she might e eggs you think she would eat eggs she has a carnivore so uh coming up for wine and dine that's going to be this uh November this will be our third third year where the 5K we will be running together as a group now we haven't started doing that for any of the other race weekends just yet um but every year since 2022 we have had uh the 5K done as a group activity we don't run it we slow walk it so that everyone can be a part of it um and we cross the finish line together unless you're Gabriel and you get really excited run ahead of everybody he's never G to he's never going to live that down no you're going to hold it over yeah it's so much fun though he was so excited about it that's what it wasn't out of spite he didn't leave us he was just so excited when he saw the Finish Line it was his very first race he saw the finish line and he just he was gone he was just he left us and he felt so bad when he crossed the Finish Line he turned around and he tried to go back over the line and join us again can't do that you can't go back um but we we get to be a part of that so 2022 was our first year running together as a group uh for the 5K for wine and dine we're going to do it again in November the night before we have a whole group of us going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party as a group it's going to be insane we're going to we going to be staying up all night going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party we're going to literally go back from the party to the hotel change clothes or shower or whatever go straight to Epcot to do the 5K for the wine and Dy um so we're going to be so tired uh and that weekend we're going to have a Meetup we're going to do the 10K we're going to do the half marathon and then for those who purchase your tickets and I think that may still be available Calvin I don't know if you if you know um for what what's that for what for the for the for the party the after party at uh Epcot if you even if you aren't signing up for the races if you want to come if you're coming that weekend you can sign up for the Epcot after after party that's going to be at the food and wine uh where we're going to do that it's going to be a huge fun weekend we're going to be a part of it together as a group we hope that you guys can meet up do some things together spend some time with other people in the magic crew and make some really great connections um get your own Disney friends make your good um back UPS get your get your uh Pals when it comes to running and stuff like that and uh it makes a big difference um being able to do a run Disney race together like that my very first two races I ran by myself I picked up my biid by myself I went to the Expo by myself I ran the Races by myself I waited the two hours at the finish the start line by myself I chronis the finish line and took pictures by myself it was just a lot of fun but I was just it was by myself um it's so much more in in involved when there's other people um So Christine uh the race dates for next year uh for the princess weekend is February 20th through the 24th so um Vanessa says the 10K just opened up again oh really it did it opened up again maybe they're batching maybe they're so MIA family you you know you're still looking okay 11:20 all up yep 10K is back open again Sweet did it guys and now it just closed again no it's still open for me did we get all excited for nothing and they opened it up for one person and no I'm still showing DK that's what I'm saying guys stay in if you've got a if You' got a space stay in it don't refresh don't do anything else like that again um Carol says wait there's a food and wine after party yes it's that Sunday night um it is you have the 10K or the half your if you if you signed up for the challenge or the half it's included it's not included in the 10K it's not included just for the 10K um and uh it is a special after hours party just for run Disney's uh races and um you can uh purchase tickets um I I want see let's see if they have them still available I don't want to talk about them and then realize that nobody can get in them talk it up talk it up nobody can get in why did you say it yeah post race party still there post excited so even if you guys aren't you can still get tickets for the Post rise party and come hang out with uh everyone else who's there that weekend as well Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party now it is sold out but it's sold out for Halloween yes everyone except for Owen and our family I think is going yeah I don't want Owen to go doesn't want to go well I think it's he I think he did until I told him I didn't want him to but I did it in a very loving and nice way he's running his first inperson race the next morning Owen does not do well when he is tired and the last thing I want to do is sabotage his first inperson 5k race by keeping him up the all night the night before so what we're going to do is we're going to put him in a hotel room we're going to put him at a Disney hotel we're going to make him go to bed early and hopefully while we're at the party he's sleeping because I want him to really enjoy his 5K um you know I I've I've done it I know what I'm getting myself into by not having sleep and being deprived of sleep Owen would probably enjoy Mickey's not so scary and then he would get up the next morning and he would be miserable I just know Owen so I'm like no you dude you should just focus on the race I think it be okay going Liberty's going Caleb's going and Susan is going so it sounds like we're punishing o but we're really not it's really to make sure he's going to have a good one um and there may be a a party on another night that you guys go to so M here yeah I might still take him if we if we have the money to do so we may he may go to another Mickey's no a scary party with us um Mia family was 39 minutes now 43 now it's 45 do it does that it'll go up and down it'll go up and down don't stress Amy says I need a breakfast that party is late uh when races open or closed they post a message to threads here's the thing though once you go through the the houses there like once or twice you're it's kind of done okay not like you know okay I was just checking yeah they still have post race uh post race tickets available in November if you guys want to join us for the post race party all right um latest I got on a refresh 5K is still good 10K is now sold out uh again half marathon still good challenge still good now those who are in line right now to get the half if the half sells out then you may have to find yourself to sign it up for the challenge uh run dis alerts yeah I was just seeing that was exactly who it was gry said the 5K is sold out I'm still showing it available I'm still I'm still having 5K is available how you doing hatbox ghost I I haven't quite prepared for my stream today this is my at home look but I do have on my run Disney shirt though pretty and pink right and the 10K is open just keep trying guys if you're in the queue just keep going with it we're in the final stretch this is when things are going to start happening this is when we're going to start by the time you get to 90 minutes is when you start to see things start to sell out so just stay in where you got don't freak out just yet just stay the course and yes I concur 5K is sold out ride down the 9 minutes you can do it we got the half marathon and the challenge still open and the yoga I'm surprised the yoga is still open I know or really thought that'd be gone run Y Yoga Disney yeah I do large yoga class in one of the parks Yoga Yoga that's right Crown B you just keep queuing just keep queuing hwood stud yoga with Yoda okay we're still open for the half marathon the fairy tale Challenge and the princess yoga so we'll keep an eye on that guys Rod's going for the half you got it R come on what less than 10 minutes do it do it who else let us know who in the chat is still waiting I know Mahia family uh was still waiting Rod is still waiting who do we have left in our crew that we're rooting for who can we who can we cheer on right now pink lemonade I just want to do yoga in front of the castle please and thanks omissi says the yoga sells out immediately on the west coast I thought it was going to be out by now as well I would sign up for the yoga just so I could get the yoga mat and then I'd just lay down and go to sleep I would just nap see if anybody would D flamingos it must have flamingos who would do that SeaWorld of flamingo yoga that would be fun flaming yo there are several that it is an Excursion at a couple of destinations you have Flamingo I don't know if I want to be laying on the ground under large birds no they come next you they don't on I've watched video they'll come and do their little happy they're going to do a little flamingo dance on your back no next to you they put like their head down and they do the little happy dance like hello they're so happy to be around you oh I hope so I want him to get on my back and give me a little that would be cool sorcerer Mickey's down to two minutes Mia family's down to 34 um Cal says I'm wondering if the shift from MK to Hollywood Studios for the yoga and making the cuz you know you want to be in front of the castle right the castle look that is kind of one of the big christe um uh we are doing the challenge the 10K and a half so we're doing the two races on Saturday and Sunday Shannon is still at 43 minutes oh goat yoga is super fun I would do goat yoga just so the goats could climb on my back and then jump off you know how they do a little kind of yeah I would love that that would be so much fun course I want to go swimming with uh otter too otter swims look like they are just the best all right guys we're in the tail end we can make this happen Rod's I think Rod's going to be our next I still have the half open I still have the fairy tale challenge open I still have princess yoga open all right Christy have a great lunch meeting we'll see you this afternoon at Disney's Caribbean Beach starting at 2 p.m. um Crown V goat yoga yes it's they you just do yoga out in this area and they just release these little goats and they just love to climb on everything including you so you could be doing a yoga pose and they're on your back just going hey hey I'm going to jump off your back now you know just go yoga uh quarini says stop teasing about otter swims there is a place on the Florida coast that we're going to see if uh somehow we can we can arrange an otter swim for sharing as a vlog I want to do that so much fun um I want to play with red p pandas that would be cute um pink lemonade is so much fun not getting a lot of yoga done as the goats tend to climb all over you but that's why you do it you don't really do it for the exercise you do it for the goat interaction I mean who's really there for the yoga right all right rod how's what's our what's our what's our latest you guys are making me scared I'm still showing half is still good fairy tale challenge is still good and yoga is still good Crown V that would be me distracting and petting the goats and yoga pants no the goats don't wear the yoga pants that would be really distracting but that would be cute though if all the goats had on yoga pants you need like a fun little graphic to pop up whenever somebody says they got in yeah that would be great except I'm not using my regular I decid I did that last time and I didn't have access to communicate but we'll have to do that next time did you guys see the intro I did a little trailer for this morning something different what' you guys think uh do you get to take a goat home uh only if they let you take a goat home it's probably one of the troublemakers you might want to not take them up on that offer um Rod's down to four minutes uh FM Ever After wants the alligator swim I don't think that's I don't know you can do that at Gator Land if uh there's a there's a a zip line that goes right over the uh mating area uh for the Gators there so if you want you can just let go go for a gator swim so uh Susan's not been able to work this morning because I've taken over her work space and the work computer and everything else um if you're still looking for something from us if you put in a request for any kind of travel quote and you haven't heard from uh us uh on that yet feel free to follow back up don't don't don't say I don't mean to bother you no no you're not bothering us that's kind of the point we want you to bother us we want you guys to bother us all the time um but we want uh yay Sorcerer Mickey got your people in the park sometimes um FM ever after it's once in a lifetime I I swam with the gator once once um but no if you guys uh you know how to contact us it's Susan Edwards um oh for me or you for me for you oh wow it's like we ran a race look Calvin it's just like we just finished a race Susan ordered us a salted caramel honey Stinger these are the energy waffles that you get in your uh your your pack at the end of the races at the Run Disney races that give you a little box that snacks in it that help you regain a little bit of calories and energy and this is one of the favorites especially the flavor of the Salted Caramel so what was the what's the occasion just for signing up for R Disney run Disney snack so am I back I think I might be live again I'm sorry guys I'm not seeing you yet okay yeah yeah this isn't connecting um there we go so we've been swapping moving equipment around and I had an old old MacBook that I was using since Susan could help somebody with our with my laptop the problem was was when the battery died on in I plugged it back in it didn't want to connect to the Wi-Fi and so it pulled off I didn't realize it was pulling off a share Wi-Fi uh pass password off of this phone and it disconnected you guys and I had no idea um hey I think we're at the back end here uh let me double check [Music] again I missed it Mahia family where are you guys at um for the Disney princess I'm showing 5K is sold out 10K has become available again half marathon is open Challenge and 5K are out M family I made it me and my Mickey spouse will be doing the half uh what time did you guys put as your H finish time uh I think we did two and a half hours was that right I think it was two and a half hours what we put for ours but you can change that later Mia family it's fine you can change it later it's not something set in stone make sure you change it sometime in the next month or two and you'll be fine so congratulations um is there anybody else in our chat this morning still holding or did we get everybody in I think there was one other I'm trying to see who else was still waiting I'm shocked that we've almost made it to the 2-hour Mark and we still have the half marathon open half marathon and yoga is still open I'm also showing the 10K as as open again that may just be a fluke and it may not last for very long uh Susan o to the mouse says that he has emailed you okay just let you know all right well I think if you guys uh I think the majority of us who were looking to get into uh one of the races got in this morning congratulations to uh anyone who came in and made this happen today uh um I know it's frustrating I know it can be stressful um but we're going to have a great time in February February 20th through the 24th uh reminder now that youve registered reach out to us send us your email make sure you have um your room and ticket package ready to go when you arrive here at Walt Disney World let Susan know in the email that you are running the races and we'll make sure to get you your earto ear magic this is my actual personal I put it back on the back so it looks all beat up but we'll get you guys a brand new set of ear to ear magic bib boards to hold your bib to your shirt um and so um it's a great way to not have to put holes in your shirt by using the pins they provide they don't stick you in your fingers so you don't have to do a blood uh a blood draw uh and uh they keep your uh shirt from getting damaged and the other great thing is is that anytime you see anybody else with a bib on that has ear to ear magic you know instant instantly the part of the magic crew you can go up and say hello introduce yourself and hopefully make a new friend so you may already know them so thank you guys so much um
