you know one second you know nothing's going on then the next second you're hearing your name on TV and it's the coolest thing ever you know um you know I was very fortunate to have my friends and family there and uh it just a very beautiful moment did you believe did you have did you feel like you should have been picked higher and I only say that because you know uh fact the number one overall pick that Year Mar Capel only made like one or two appearances ever in his career took him about 10 years to finally get the call so did you think at that time that you should have been picked higher no I um I don't really worry about that I think I think everything's worked out for a reason and um you know the Royals gave me the opportunity and um you know was loveing for that and uh yeah like I said everything's worked out for a reason and and um you know I wouldn't change it for anything in the world right Kansas City drafted you and before you made your debut you were traded to Oakland so just how was the mon League experience for you um my experience was great I mean we um you know you learn a lot it's kind of like the college thing
