all right what is up everyone here is how you can activate a IR player on your ESPN Fantasy Football if this helps you guys out leave a like and comment for the algorithm but do not subscribe to me what we're going to want to do is we're at the league home right here we're going to go to the left and click on my team and then after clicking my team we can click manage ir and after clicking manage IR we can see our current ir and all we have to do is Click activate and then that after we've clicked activate we now have that uh player on our bench instead of in the IR so yeah that is how you activate a IR player or remove an IR player from your fantasy team
