hey y'all Jeff from Copa wine bar here here with our wine of the week and this week we are going pink and we are heading to the Central Coast of California one of my absolute all-time favorite producers from the P Robos area and that is Justin and this is their Rosé made of primarily sarra got a little bit of ganache and a little bit of cab trunk in it uh but this is a fun vibrant fresh Rosé uh it's got some color to it uh but no sweetness whatsoever uh this has a beautiful Tangerine up front and then this nice nectarine comes in uh right after that uh so it's citrusy but there's also some some weight to it a little bit of body but it doesn't diminish at all from how refreshing this is absolutely dazzling rosé dry [Music] rosé yeah that so first thing you get is that Tangerine but then that really nice ripe nectarine comes in right behind it it's it's just like Peach Mela in a in a glass absolutely dazzling stuff y'all got to give this a try just and Ros we'll see you soon thanks
