6.30, starts now. >> In the 9-1-1 call center in North Little Rock back up and running tonight after having an AT&T cellular outage. For the second time this week. Good evening and thanks for joining us for FOX. 16 News at 6.30. Our Kathryn Thornberry spoke to the call center's deputy director about how the people of North Little Rock were affected. >> That's a different operators are the North Little Rock 9-1-1, call center answers calls related to fire police and medical emergencies. But on Sunday evening, they can answer call to anyone for 30 minutes. There could have been. >> 9-1-1, calls that were not being able to be actually received about our equipment and house in 18 t outage impacted several parts of Arkansas, including the 9-1-1 call centers using the service provider like the one in North Little Rock. We could see those 9-1-1. Calls coming We just were not able to answer that call. >> And so all we did was just pick up the phone and call that color insight. We understand that you just called 9-1-1. What can we help you Gray says this is the 3rd or 4th time this year they have experienced in a TNT outage. Cybersecurity lead Christopher Wright says the cause of these outages is not a security threat.
