alrighty ladies and gentlemen we have some breaking news here as the San Francisco 49ers are resigning linebacker Demetrius Flanigan fos according to Ari Marv of my sports update he covers the NFL for the 33rd team and Demetrius figan Falls us back for his sixth season with the San Francisco 49ers and this may makes I think a lot of sense for the 49ers he's a great special teams player I mean he's solid in terms of depth you know he's going to be kind of your last linebacker anyways so a lot of times you know they may not really provide you anything else or they may be better in a certain part of their game and in this case Demetrius Flanigan fos is really good on special teams I mean you've seen it where some when the ners are able to have those successful punts by Mitch rowski you see Demetrius Flanigan FS going out there and making plays on special teams so I think this is not a very big surprise whatsoever he's back again for the 49ers on a one-year deal like I said I think this is a pretty solid move by the 49ers I'm interested to see though now if they're going to be signing any other linebackers because you know they had a deal that they had agreed with Eric Kendricks you know yesterday early morning and then he ended up changing his mind in signing with the Dallas Cowboys and so we'll see if the 49ers end up signing anyone else at linebacker or and Burks is a free agent I don't think they're going to bring him back though you know if they do sign another linebacker I think they may look for a little bit more of a upgraded veteran because of the injury of Dre G not coming back from that Achilles you know probably gonna miss at least a few weeks I'd think in the season six to nine month recovery for Drake Greenlaw luckily he's still kind of young so he should be healing you know faster if he was up there in age so so I think this move makes a lot of sense for the 49ers Demetrius Flanigan falls back with the San Francisco 49ers great special teams player let me know your guys' thoughts in the comment section down below make sure to like And subscribe turn that notification Bell on to never miss anything San Francisco 49ers peace out and let's go 49ers
