there's lots of leaders that I work with that are women in my business that I'm incredibly inspired by I actually have two at the moment which I've just promoted recently into quite senior roles and both these ladies have come back from maternity leave now we know that's quite a challenge for ladies having to juggle the whole being a mom and being that caring um role model at home but also then having to step back into the workforce after a prolonged period of time off so seeing that transition and how these two ladies have handled that has been very inspiring for me because they're doing a really really good job of balancing the work life balancing the home life but also making incredible impact not only on bringing little humans into this world but also an incredible impact on the ladies that they manage within their team so you know they're probably the two that comes to mind straight away it's incredibly important for men to be part of the conversation because let's be honest this shouldn't even be a topic I'm really it's actually quite sad we're talking about this in this current age because men and women should be working together and we should be looking for the best talent out there whether that's male or female and I think attending Summits like this is great because it puts the questions on the table and we can now have a dialogue and a better understanding of what the challenges are for women in senior roles or roles within a corporate organization but then for the men to also be able to shape that and work in that environment because I think that's the challenge we have right now is a lack of understanding so bringing that to the table and having those open and honest conversations is something that we need to be having [Music]
