we have Slava Claus versus James liop odds for this fight right now so borchev minus 190 opened up at a minus 211 this one's a little tricky for me um the pick here is going to be borchev uh I I do think that this is going to be a by low off of his defeat to chase Hooper I mean we all saw him get dropped by Chase Hooper throwing that you know overhand hook whatever the case was um that's not a good sign getting dropped by Chase Hooper But ultimately he was still subbed so um you know even though he was dominated and every facet of the game he didn't get knocked out at least and I think that Hooper's takedown grappling threat made borchev fear that more and I think it opened up uh borchev to that kind of strike um you also saw that with his fight against nazim sadikov sadikov also has a well-rounded game some grappling takedowns as well I think borchev was uh kind of fearful of that and that allow you know sadikov to be able to launch some of his own striking now sikov is a better Striker than Hooper and you know actually think he's a better Striker than Lon toop too uh but I I don't think that lonp has that same grappling threat upside to throw off a guy like borchev so I think that even if he initiated the takedown I don't think that l top has a submission skills to really uh kind of force borchev to be threatened by the the takedowns themselves because borchev does do a good job of getting back up he's really good at scrambling working his way back up his feet so while he does get taken down a whole bunch um he actually does do a good job of getting back up I think on the feet I think borchev is much better um so there is maybe a slight concern that there may be a chin issue from borf cuz he's been like dropped in backtack fights basically but he showed me that he's enough of a dog to not get knocked out at least and especially in that sov fight he was dead to rights still came back and you know made it a draw right so uh yeah I think that um give me borchev in this matchup minus 211 you know I I actually think I would consider that as a parlay piece um but I think we might get a better price cuz I feel like the the money is going to go online top for throughout the week so I still like borchev here but I think we're going to get a better price uh I'll wait until we get that better price and then probably attack there so pick here will be uh Bev I will say viao I think he's going to knock this guy out um yeah just wasn't impressed by Li top in his last performance to be honest
