After their recent breakup, Pip Edwards made
a barely disguised jab at her ex-business partner Claire Greaves (previously Tregoning).
The 44-year-old P.E. Nation sportswear designer posted a picture of herself backstage during
her brand's Australian Fashion Week catwalk show with two coworkers on Instagram on Tuesday.
Pip smiled, putting her cheek up against one of the women's faces as they snuggled for the
joyful picture. She then wrote some insightful remarks as a caption for the picture: "We did
good." My all-time favorite squad. Just two months had passed since P.E Nation announced
co-founder Claire was leaving the company, at the time of the AFW event.
Since Claire abruptly left, Pip has been the only creative director, and she
is completely revamping and relaunching the brand. With the transfer, one of the longest-lasting
partnerships in Australian fashion came to an end, and Claire will now 'pursue other creative
interests' as her career takes a new turn. Since then, Pip has shockingly deleted any
evidence of Claire—with whom she collaborated for ten years—from P.E Nation's social media accounts.
She said on her own Instagram page earlier this month that she had recently removed every
single post from the P.E. Nation page. Years' worth of posts endorsing the sportswear
brand are removed, along with any references to her previous business partner, from the page.
As Pip embarks on a new chapter in her career, the countless pictures of her and
Claire attending events together and promoting their business have disappeared.
"The past has been celebrated and now we pave the way for a new beginning," she said in a
moving comment for her photo.Wiping the slate clean to herald in a new era of @p.e.nation
#penation has started this fresh start.
