Kyle U first of all you SE to amaze us sometimes my man I mean seriously um give us an idea of what the Dugout is like as you guys are are starting to come back in this game on a couple different occasions yeah you know the the biggest thing is that we we just kept going and going and going you know no I don't think anyone's down uh you know obviously okay okay thanks guys but uh yeah no one no one really panicked and uh you know it was just going about our bats and uh felt like we had some really good at bats off faet and uh you know a guy who's you know traditionally pitched really well against us and uh we had some really good bats off him and then uh grinded out that Bullpen but you know the energy just was still there the whole time and talk a little bit about uh how that Bullpen did after that uh tough start by Phillips and they sort of locked things down pretty well for you guys yeah they did a great job um you know guys coming out a little bit early obviously but uh you know bsy did a great job then he passed it off to Alvi who did a great job then T came out first spr out the bull pin for him this year and he did a great job for us and uh you know obviously after that you know the other guys just kept kept going kept shutting them down and uh they were given us a chance every single time and you know that's all that we can ask for as a as a team and an offense Kyle this is such a team game but it's so much individual individual too it was a great weekend you had the off day yesterday give me an idea how you reset when you have an off day to have a night like this is there are there certain things that you do after you know let's say if you have a tough series offensively or if you have a tough couple games do you what do you do to reset when you come back to another game play golf I was I was I was going to ask if that helped a little bit play golf and have a fantasy draft that's right uh no it was a it was a good off day you know obviously just all the boys at hanging out we were able to go out play golf and then we had the fantasy draft that night so it was a it was a really fun night for the boys was there anything in particular that you were working on because you look so short and balanced with your swing today I mean no movement at all you're just using your hands really really well I thought you were going to ask me about my golf swing um we that's what I meant well after after tonight you must have bombed it yesterday gol swing stinks but but uh no you know the biggest thing was going into uh work with Kong and uh Dustin and rafie you know just trying to figure out a couple things uh you know especially against right-handed pitching and uh trying to being a good position to to Fire and make a good decision on a pitch right that's what it's about it's making a good decision when you're going to swing and uh felt like we got a got a pretty good spot right now and just got to keep working at it dude it was fun to watch man that last one that last one was incredible that was great but you know obviously you know I think the biggest things too is there with you know Cody having Cody had a great atat before that lot yeah I mean so as well so you know kudos to them and uh they did such a great job for us tonight and even Willie Haven step in there for Cassie coming out really cool job well great job buddy we appreciate it and we'll talk to you again down the road thanks guys yep Kyle schwarber Our Guest he's got a lot of other interviews to do before the end of the night what an incredible day for the Phils offensively I mean they had blemishes there's no doubt they had blemishes but they overcame those blemishes game two is coming up uh tomorrow afternoon it's scheduled for a 307 first pitch which means we'll be on the air at 3:00 from to Toronto on NBC Sports Philadelphia for Ruben Amaro Jr and our entire crew I'm Tom McCarthy what a night for the Phils what a night for Kyle schwarber it was certainly one to remember the Phillies win at 109 Phillies postgame live presented by Cure auto insurance is coming up right now
