I'm T KY par Olympic champion from Tokyo in swimming also a frame Runner what I love about part run is having one of the friends there they're also frame Runners it's nice for us to catch up and run together sometimes but it's just nice to be part of a community and for me it's getting the awareness out of frame Runners like when I go to a new park it's really nice to explain to people what a frame Runner is and why I use it a frame Runner is a metal frame like a trike but it doesn't have pedals it has a seat and a chest plate taking all your body weight and you steer the handle bars like a bike so it enables people people who can't walk to run I decided to try part run after about a year of wanting to but not really knowing um if it was suitable for frames or whether it would be accepted and then I managed to convince my friend to start frame running and he had a friend who did a part running witness and he said that the route would be sucessful for us and he took us around there midweek to try it um so we tried the route realized it was actually all right um and agreed to try the part and off a bit convincing and we just loved it it was really nice um everyone knew my friends so everyone was really friendly and came up to us and asked us about frame running um and we're cheering us on and it just made me realize like how nice the environment is and it was a good place as well for me to be competitive and actually have some people to race against it just shows to people that anyone can do part run like if I can do it on a frame that anyone can do it I'd say I've completed more than 35 part runs but I can't remember exactly the number my favorite part run is West Park in wolver Hampton and it's one of the ones that is fairly flat is a slight Hill so it's a nice accessible route for me the path's quite wide and it's all tarmac but it's the people there the people there are so nice I've made some really nice friends there I just feel really welcome
