qualified croatia qualified serbia qualified we had ghana going into the third round of african qualifiers as well and we had north macedonia qualifying for the playoffs and for now that's all i could remember it was a hell of a day in terms of world cup qualifiers and you know too too much to add too much to digest man it's all too much it's all too much big up to dave velensky in the house how afc and concacaf so i will be just giving you a quick update to what those predictions were and i have predictions for con me ball coming up tuesday i'm doing it early and we have predictions for the uefa matches coming up tomorrow and to recap the big games that went on today i know it's already monday for some of you guys but for me it is still super sunday and i had a super day and we're gonna uganda nil khalifa kulibali in the 18th minute and mali go unbeaten in the group 16 points they go through to the third round while uganda kenya and rwanda misses out on world cup 2022 mali is still alive it's not guaranteed that they will qualify but they have a spot in the last 10 of african world cup qualifies so big up tamale well done well done let me make sure i come down to the proper this game left a a bitter taste in my mouth because i don't like the way ghana actually you know qualified for the last round there it was a very very suspect penalty given by the referee and he ought to be ashamed of himself he definitely got to be ashamed of himself but on the flip side though andre are you did score the penalty in the 33rd minute but on the flip side i think ghana overall what a better team on the day they had 14 shots at go4 on target there was some big chances that was missed by the the substitute that replaced um who did he replace again um muhammad kudos i think he replaced and that substitute is actually daniel kofi kyrie he missed a great chance and john and all you missed a great chance as well they had the better other opportunities kamal dean suleiman looked good on the day and they were indeed the better team and the goal was merited it's just not how i don't like the way they got the goal got daniella marty you're a freaking snake you weasel you didn't need to go down the way you go down and you went down for absolutely nothing in my opinion absolutely nothing and i did predict a draw for this game a 1-1 draw it finished in a one-nil win for ghana south africa in my opinion they didn't threaten too much in the final third only five shots at goal two on target they did have a lot of the ball sixty percent you expect that when ghana scored they would go into their shell and try to hold what they have but i'm really disappointed in the refereeing in africa and the fact that they don't have vr it's it makes it even worse there's been some horrible refereeing decisions down in africa man i'm telling you and they gotta fix that and it's it's something that has historically plagued african football with some horrible decisions always there has to be something controversial over in africa but congratulations to ghana nevertheless they did what they had to do and you know they don't hold the whistle you see what i'm saying and they qualify for the last round so that'll be it from group g we go on to group h where senegal beat congo and that game finished in a two-nil win for senegal both goals were scored by mr ishmael assad he could have scored a hat-trick but you know he scored a brilliant goal from distance in the 13th minute and a tapping in the 23rd he did get a 1v1 and screwed it up so senegal how amazing finished 16 points as well on top the table on beating in the group they go on to the third round they will be one of the seated teams as they are the top team in africa togo comes in second with five points namibia third with five and congo at the bottom with three which leaves us one more group to talk about from today's games we did a watch along to this one as well dior congo to benin nil listen this is yet another listen i predicted ben in to get something from this game and preserve their position up at the top of the table but been in quite disappointing and they were all played on the day they like south africa did not create enough chances to actually warrant a place into the third round so i have to give it to congo diy dear mercy and bokani in the 10th minute player was um held back dum happen all right do not bet your house on any of these teams just want to put it out there please do not do it it's not recommended so in the next game we had madagascar and tanzania play into a one-on-one draw so madagascar at home conceded in a 25th minute simon and suva but they equalized through hakeem abdallah in the 74th minute but pascal raza kanan tanana was sent off in the 83rd minute madagascar held on for a 1-1 draw the arcongo topped the group with 11 points been in with 10 in second tanzania third with eight points and madagascar last with fourth tanzania had a glimpse self versus sudan sit down to win the match well guinea bissau to win the match part of me three goes to one sides are gonna be rotated these are all dead robbers nothing to play for just pride and this one is also a fight to the death where cape verde wins they go through nigeria they only need a draw from that game and you would fancy you know nigeria to get something from this definitely will the super eagles will you know fly in any weather right there so morocco versus guinea that's a dead rubber morocco through to the next round already but tunisia versus zambia is a huge game because if zambia manages to let's say destroy tunisia then zambia could actually get the spot if mauritania does beat equatorial guinea so these groups are set up really really nice we have zambia with a plus one goal difference tunisia with a plus seven zambia with let's say they they win by four goals matter of fact three goals three goals to nil they go up to plus four tunisia drop down to plus four as well zambia would be ahead of them on goals scored they would depend on mauritania to beat equatorial guinea so it is possible because you have um guys for inaudible are playing some good football you never know what could happen but tunisia on the dick would also get the job done equatorial guinea in a very good position because let's say tunisia and zambia play to a draw equatorial guinea beats mauritania then it's equatorial guinea through to the next round so that's pretty brilliant and we will talk some more about these matches tomorrow and make the predictions cameroon two points ahead of mexico and it would be just a point behind the usa still because i'm predicting the usa to win panama would creep up to mexico's level and might actually push them down to fourth in the playoff spot that'll be crazy if mexico has to go through the playoffs right costa rica in my opinion will go up to seven points will stay fifth but if all the results happen the way i said it they had they'll happen there will be a seven point gap between costa rica and panama and mexico that's a big big gap man that's a big gap even if you win twice you still have more catching up to do because the the teams ahead of you might actually pick up points as well jamaica are also in a similar situation where if they lose the game against the usa they could pretty much kiss their world cup qualifying campaign goodbye because with six games remaining they would need to get all 18 points 18 available points and get a maximum of 24 points and we damn well know that's not happening we know that's not happening that's a known fact it ain't happening el salvador pretty much the same boat and honduras i think they'll get eliminated pretty soon if not on tuesday they'll be eliminated in they're looking really really good they're looking good in all departments so it brings us to match day 14 bolivia uruguay last time these two teams met uruguay defeated bolivia four goals to two on uruguayan soil this is a game that they're gonna travel to a very difficult location in la paz uruguay is backed against the wall oscar tabarez has to deliver he has not been getting good results lately at all and uruguay are going through a slump they are not scoring enough goals with their back against the wall and they need to desperately pick up three points here i'm going for them to do the double over bolivia it's gonna be difficult but i have a feeling they're gonna do it i won't be shocked as well if bolivia pick up a win because in la paz these guys are formidable uruguay two bolivia one suarez i don't know where your shooting boots have gone all the youngsters that's been called up in the team they gotta you know get their act going and the the backup brigade around them guys like torreira and vecino and bentanco hernandez and all the guys that been around since the 2018 cycle gotta step up godin jose mourinho they gotta keep the ball out the back of the net because uruguay really needs something from this game i think they're gonna win the match two goals to one it brings us to the next game between venezuela and peru last time around peru won a goal to nil and i always say in world cup qualifiers or in any tournament whenever you meet bolivia whenever you meet venezuela you have to win your games you win your matches against bolivia and against venezuela that's 12 points think about it that is 12 points you need about 26 to 28 to qualify directly anyways and if you well let's say 20 27 to 30 and if you get 12 from those two teams all you need to pick up is a further 16 to 18. you see what i mean you place up you win your home games you get jaws and those those points will accumulate that's the key to qualifying to the world cup from south america peru i'm going for them to get another win three goals to one that was a big game for them in their last in the last match and i could see them doing the business again they beat bolivia and i think they're going to beat venezuela and eliminate lavino tinto from world cup qualifiers venezuela has been awful and they remain the only south american team yet to qualify for a world cup could they do it in 2026 where i think there's six places six direct places from south america and they do get another place into the playoffs so that could be venezuela's turn uh maybe they'll be the our team out again and bolivia as well they they haven't made the cut since 1994. so peru iii venezuela one colombia versus paraguay one won the last time they met colombia their quality team but they haven't been getting good results man they really haven't and they need a big result here against paraguay if paraguay fails to get anything from this game i'm afraid they will be eliminated because you you got what four games left after this and you need you only got 12 points four games that's 12 points 24 points won't be good enough and i i do think columbia with their back against the wall on 16 points i i don't think they they'll allow paraguay to get the better of them on home soil and i'm going for colombia to win this game two goals to one it will be close and go up to 19 points so according to my predictions so far uruguay would also go up to 19 points peru would move from 14 to 17 to keep the squeeze on uruguay and colombia colombia from 16 to 19 points so the table is going to be very very very close and it brings us to the next game chile ecuador if chile manages to get a win against ecuador they go within one point so ecuador would have 20 chile would have 19 colombian 19 uruguay 19 peru 17 and those top seven teams will be vying for two direct spots and a playoff spot and it's gonna be really really tense going into the final four games of cornmeal world cup qualifiers paraguay bolivia and venezuela i'm predicting to be all eliminated after tuesday's matches so chile ecuador last finished nil nil i'm actually going for a 1-1 draw here i know chile has been playing well but so has ecuador and i look but i but i i do fancy chile on home soil and i won't i definitely won't be surprised i know i sound like a broken record saying that but i won't be surprised if they win a fourth game on the chart to actually go up to 19 points and really put the pressure on ecuador and as i said as i said five teams would fight for two direct spots and a playoff spot it's gonna it's getting really tense in south america it's getting really tense it's getting intense it's getting really intense so one one drop for me though let's see how that one turned out remember it's gonna be a super tuesday there's games in conneble africa asia conquer cap and europe god damn what a tuesday we have coming up it brings us to the big game argentina versus brazil where the match hosted by brazil was suspended prematurely and we don't have any result from you know world cup qualifying this time around between the two teams but the last time they met in the copa america argentina did get the better of brazil a goal to nil in the final could they actually pull it off again leonardo messi would be fit to start this game i'm pretty sure and it's going to be a very difficult game for both argentina and brazil but it's going to be a very very very intense match where it's gonna be high octane from start to finish we gotta expect some controversial moments in this match as well there's usually controversial moments in every single south american game and for this one though yeah i'm going for a 1-1 draw here i'm really going for a job brazil has been you know finding it very difficult to break down teams lately all their recent games with with the exception of the let's say the the the game against uruguay they kind of run riot but against colombia twice they struggled and the game against chile back in september they struggled and you know they they've they've just not been that team that just blow blow teams out the park every single game and plus they've already qualified for qatar 2022 so i expect them to rotate and experiment and try to strengthen some of their weak points so i'm going for one one draw it would take argentina closer to direct qualification as well but i'm not gonna go for them to qualify directly this time around if they do win they just might they just might actually do so and if results around other parks favor an argentina's direct qualification so that's my prediction there for cornmeal guys what we could do really quick what we could do really quick is do something fun right so after these games we could take a look and see who's more likely to qualify based on their fixtures right if we take a look at ecuador really quick guys ecuador let me share this screen with you that i'm looking at right now all right let me just share this one because i'm not actually um you're not seeing what i'm looking at right now so let me share what i'm looking at right now and get off of this one um ecuador look ecuador will play against chile and then the final four games will be against brazil they have peru paraguay and argentina that is very difficult for ecuador which means they have to absolutely they gotta be chilling be chilly be chilly and then let's see if they get something against peru and and and and paraguay it's gonna be very difficult against argentina and brazil we know this and when they play peru peru would also be trying to get points they're trying to f for three points so that game is going to be very difficult on peruvian soil as well we don't know the situation that paraguay are going to find themselves in but that game all the games could be very difficult so ecuador they got it stacked up against them let's just say that and to be honest i think all teams would have it stacked up against them we look at chile they play ecuador they got a friendly against mexico there then they have el salvador as well but they have argentina and brazil to play as well but that bolivia fixture would favor the chileans but then they have uruguay so the thing is chile would have to absolutely beat ecuador and beat bolivia that'll take them up to 22 points could they get further points against a brazil and argentina and are back against the wall uruguay on the final match to where this game could actually be a deciding game for one of those world cup spots it is tough for chile for colombia let's look at their path they they gotta be paraguay they gotta beat paraguay this could actually get us very close we we could actually see teams needing less points to actually qualify this time around the the way it's close peru colombia argentina they have bolivia and venezuela this is going to favor colombia big time the game against argent the game against bolivia and venezuela could favor them but you cannot take these teams lightly because we know what happened to paraguay the last time they met venezuela needing three points to qualify on the final match day they lost the game they lost horribly so even though on paper it looks like colombia uh favorites you never know what happened in these games man these teams could be banana peels so i think colombia has a very good path there paraguay peru bolivia um venezuela all teams they could pick off argentina is going to be very difficult we know that we know that we know that but with 16 points they have 12 points they could pick up there against those four teams or let's say eight to 12 points and they could they could they could get close but it's gonna be rough we look at uruguay who are struggling right now gotta be bolivia paraguay venezuela these are some quality fixtures here for uruguay peru they have the easiest path uruguay has the easiest path here are they going to take advantage and actually pick up maximum points or even 12 points from the remaining games south american games are very unpredictable but this looks like a if if you give uruguay this path and say hey win every game or go unbeaten with winning at these three they'll take it they'll take it you see what i'm saying they will take it it's gonna be hard still but i think they'll take this they got the easiest path in my opinion we look at peru they gotta play against um venezuela next they got colombia they got paraguay uruguay and they got ecuador so once you don't see brazil or argentina there anything is possible for you anything is very possible for you so they're good i think they they have a good path as well paraguay listen man for paraguay it would take a lot for them to qualify gotta beat colombia they're on 12 points remember brazil and ecuador who's playing well uruguay and against peru so that is how it is we're not going to take a look at bolivia and venezuela those teams are done for in my opinion so that's my thoughts on kunmi ball right there and uh we gotta wrap that up and move on so we talked about africa we talked about concacaf we talked about kunmi ball and let's briefly take a look at what's going on there and um all right that's a lot of going back there what's going on in asia because i'm gonna just give you the predictions that i made for asia really quick and then we're for iran to pick up a narrow 2-1 win which brings us to group b saudi arabia saudi arabia versus vietnam two nil into saudi arabia australia versus china 3-1 win for australia japan versus oman japan to get their revenge two goals to one versus a very gritty omani team and that's my predictions for tuesday's games against in in um asia groups a and b this is what the table looks like so far iran and south korea stronghold on top of the group there if they continue playing the way they play both will qualify directly for the world cup lebanon are looking good for the third place match you're going to the playoffs but iraq are right behind them you were here right behind them and syria pretty much in the fight still so all teams are still alive in asia but we go to group b where you look
