>> All right. Good evening, everyone, right to that breaking news, an Amber Alert out of Rochester as police here search for a 7 year-old boy, Achilles Johnson, who they believe it is in danger. Achilles is believed to be with his mother silly to Johnson, who is also being deemed the suspect in this search. >> Police say Achilles was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, colorful shorts and white collar to square classes. Police told us Child Protective Service workers were concerned due to some recent statements in court by Kelly's mother. Now, the video you're seeing now is where the mother and child are both last seen on North Water Street. State police activated the Amber Alert just before 08:00PM and all law enforcement agencies are now trying to follow the few leads they have and locate the child. CPS told police they believe the child is in danger with his mother and until police.
